Went to buy some tinned wire which had a price of 90 dollars Aud on the catalog for 100 meters and the guy named Shane tried to charge me $120. Aud When I questioned him told me the Australian dollar is low What a load of bullshit if you can't honour your catalog price why bother having a catalog in the first place Another Chinese ales man told me it's a outdated catalog when it clearly says 2014/2015 catalog What a ripoff company Never buy anything from them very dishonest people

Altronics do not have the correct information to tell you what you are buying listed on their site. The photo of the item I was buying is NOT the items that was supplied, in the said KIT. Added to this, the girl in the main office DOES NOT return phone calls, and can not be bothered in her words to call you back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!

Altronics Auburn has easily become our favourite store by far. The service from Shaun and John in particular is incredible ...above and beyond expectations and really make for a positive customer experience. We prefer going in store than shopping online - purely for this experience! Although...sometimes John smiles too much …

If you need online prices but right now, then Altronics is the only place in Sydney I've found that fits the bill. It's a tiny shop attached to a massive warehouse, but the prices are really good and it's the exact same brands and products you'll get in the CBD at twice the price.

Decent electronics store with a huge range. They are a wholesaler but still have a shopfront for consumers. Huge catalogue with lots of items you might find hard to get elsewhere. One of the only places in Australia that has a 4GB Raspberry Pi 4 available currently.

Been here numerous times in recent weeks to purchase electronics. Competitively priced, great service and store well merchandised. Really positive experience from Shaun, Rohit and Rob. Didn't know they'd opened up until recently, but about time.

It's not Jaycar. That gets points in my book. There's someone with half a clue rather than some spotty-faced 14yo mouth breather that has zero technical advice that helpfully says "I dunno.. have a look around and see if you can see one?"

Great service over the phone. Part ready when I arrived. A simple walk through of the product. Now have the old Wii up and running for the grandkids. Very happy. Excellent customer service. Lots of parking too.

Very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to find the product that you are looking for, even if it means putting a product on an overnight plane from Perth for you at their own expense.
