From start to finish, their service was impeccable, and I am more than happy to share my positive experience with others. The movers arrived bright and early, even earlier than expected, with an abundance of energy and good vibes. Their enthusiasm was infectious, instantly putting me at ease and reassuring me that I had made the right choice. Incredibly, they completed the entire move in just five hours, thanks to the efficient teamwork of their four-man crew. While their hourly rate was $200, I found it to be well worth it considering the smoothness of the entire process. I was particularly impressed with their problem-solving skills. They only needed to disassemble my table, but they managed to maneuver the couch out by removing just the sides instead of having to take it apart completely. This saved time and ensured that my furniture remained intact throughout the move. Not a single scratch on the walls either! Working within the limitations of an old building with a tiny elevator was no challenge for these professionals. Despite the obstacles, they handled everything flawlessly. When it came time to move the couch, which was huge, they efficiently removed the door using their well-equipped toolbox. It took them no more than three minutes to remove the necessary screws, allowing them to effortlessly transport the couch without disassembling it entirely. The attention to detail and care they exhibited were truly remarkable. All my furniture was meticulously padded and taped, ensuring that nothing was damaged or scratched during transit. Their commitment to protecting my belongings was evident, and I was highly impressed by their professionalism. Furthermore, upon arrival at my new place, they continued to demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction. They placed protective runners on the floors to prevent any dirt or damage, with two movers working inside and two outside. The movers on the inside even removed their shoes and used additional runners, leaving no room for any concerns about cleanliness. The team took the time to consult with me on where each item should be placed, sparing me the hassle of rearranging boxes later. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the moving process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I had the BEST moving experience ever! Moving is stressful and scary for me (based on past experiences with other moving companies). My experience with Amazing Grace Movers far exceeded my expectations. My hope has been renewed. Before the day of the move, I communicated with Kiai regarding the furniture and my expectations (my belongings were being split between 2 locations). He never complained or even gave me the slightest impression that my requests were inconvenient or that my move would take longer than most traditional moves. He provided me with estimates and clearly informed me of his fees (there were no surprises after the move). They arrived on time, introduced themselves politely and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process of packing and moving the contents of my 4-bedroom home. They were very respectful of my belongings and treated them with utmost care. They valued what I valued. They communicated respectfully with each other and that spoke volumes to me. They worked well as a team and everyone seemed to understand his role in the process. They also worked steadily and never wasted time. They properly and carefully packaged all my furniture and loaded the truck according to my specific requests regarding the drop-off points. Nothing was scratched or broken. They were so careful! The furniture and other items that were to be placed in storage were neatly stacked and they utilized the storage facility so well, we had space left over. It was a relatively cold day so I only glanced at their work intermittently. I was not disappointed at all. It was perfect. A few days after the move, I visited the storage facility and noticed that in order to protect my stacked furniture, Kiai and his team left some of their packing blankets between my heavier furniture to prevent them from scratching. They did that because they cared. They never even mentioned it so I would not have known if I did not go back to the storage unit. Such grace, humility and kindness. In addition to organizing the storage area so well, they assembled the other furniture (including a U-shaped desk and recliners) with care and speed. I could go on and on about the service, teamwork and professionalism of the Amazing Grace Movers team, but I think you get it...they are AMAZING. They are also honest and have a spirit of excellence! If you're looking for a great moving experience, Kiai and his team will definitely take care of you (and I say that with absolute certainty). Kiai and his team are AMAZING!!! They are second to none. Kiai is a natural leader who guides, coaches and supports his team with respect, gentleness and kindness. They go above and beyond to ensure that the items being moved are properly and carefully packaged for transport. My most recent move (yesterday) was from my place of business to a storage unit. They did what appeared to be impossible to me with so much ease and poise. They utilized the space in the storage units very well as they positioned the carefully wrapped furniture (including clothing racks, slatwalls, filing cabinet, wrap desks etc.) for safe storage. They understand and anticipate the needs of their clients. They are well-prepared for any moving job. They literally swept one of my storage units and picked up loose paper. Kiai even went the extra mile to dissemble clothing racks for me. They valued my belongings as I value them and treated them with such care. The entire team was just so respectful, warm, approachable and professional. They sustained their professionalism from hello to goodbye. Kiai is an outstanding leader and observing him as he communicated with and instructed his team spoke volumes about his character. He was consistently composed, well-spoken, strategic in planning the positioning of furniture for the best storage, relaxed, and simply put me at ease (on a very stressful day). Kiai and the team saved me during a very trying time - I was not able to be there due to a work disaster. I had to reschedule the move date and they graciously accommodated me and let me keep a time slot even though I was unsure if my new building would let me book the elevator in time. The patience and kindness shown was above and beyond what I expected! The move was quick and efficient and very affordable considering the volume of boxes and heavier furniture. They arrived early and assisted my Mother in finishing up packing when they saw her having some trouble. They even helped protect my furniture with shrink wrap and blankets which was something I didn't even think to ask for! I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a move big or small. They are super easy to work with and extremely professional and hard working!

I hired Amazing Grace Movers Inc for my move to my new home this past week. I did some research as I had an awful experience with 2 burley men doing my fathers move and was worried about having a similar experience. Multiple neighbors recommended Amazing Grace movers and I was not let down. The moment they walked in our door they got right to work, they were very courteous and polite and had my house emptied in just about 2.5 hrs. I was so impressed. Then on the offload then ensured everything went where it should go and made the move so seamless for my family, all my anxiety and fears were put to rest as they were so quick, professional and friendly. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Thank you all so much again!!

Best mover and moving experience we’ve ever had, and we’ve hired movers at least 5-6 times over the last 20 years. Amazing Grace Movers had it all: responsive and accommodating, with friendly staff. They were respectful of our home and it’s contents. Most items were wrapped in blankets and labelled as required. They asked questions to confirm they understood our directions. Most of all, I was impressed by their hustle…always moving with a sense of urgency, not biding their time to drag out their hours. Our move required six stops to load or unload and Kiai and his team were very understanding and easy to work with. DO NOT hesitate to hire this company. You won’t be disappointed.

Great service from start to finish. Booked Amazing Grace well in advance which wasn't an issue. Kiai got back to me immediately and answered all my questions. As I've heard horror stories with movers being late etc, I followed up with Kiai a few days before my moved and confirmed everything was on track. Morning of, he emailed and said they were 40 minutes out. Arrived before he said he would originally which was great! His team was awesome, did excatly as instructed. Wrapped and secured our items so everything was damage free. Unloading at our new place went extreamly well. Did excatly as asked and confirmed. Definitely couldn't ask for a better experience.

Amazing service, period. I found Amazing Grace based on a recommendation and was not let down. The move was done on time, promptly, and with care. Staff were professional, respectful and courteous. Pricing is up front and reasonable. I hope I don't have to move again soon but Amazing Grace will be my go to if/when I do. I found this company based on their high ratings and they deserve it. Quick and detailed responses from the start with a quick confirmation for booking. One of the few places with 3 hour minimums instead of 5. Team arrived early was very professional and thoroughly wrapped all our furniture. At the new house we requested they take off their shoes for newly finished floors and did so without a fuss. They finished a bit before the final hour was up and asked if they could do anything else to help to use the full time. Was impressed and would recommend as the best value in the city.

We have used Amazing Grace movers 3 times now. Our first move in 2021 we were completely blown away by the service we received. In December 2022 when we needed to move everything out of our house and into storage, we knew without a question we wanted to hire Amazing Grace Movers again. My husband and I had an incredible experience with Amazing Grace. We had a very difficult move and they were a light in the middle of the darkness and chaos of downsizing from our home of six years to a smaller place. They were friendly and got the job done in the exact time estimated. They were careful with all of our belongings and so easy to communicate with. They are also incredibly affordable! I would use them again in a heartbeat and have already been recommending them to clients, friends and family members.

I was amazed at the excellent service Amazing Grace Movers provided! They were professional, friendly, responded quickly, and went above and beyond during my move. They showed great care with my possessions - nothing is damaged or lost. They even refunded an overcharge that I didn't see at first - showing excellent integrity. I had these guys do an apartment move for me a few years back, their price was the best I could find and the service was top notch, the final price came in less than I was quoted and Kiai was a pleasure to deal with - very friendly and personable. Something most business these days don't understand at all, that when you can give the best price AND the best service / product at the same time, you are the best in the business, full stop. I hired Kiai and his team end of March and they were amazing to work with. Showed up 15 mins early and did a fantastic job. Made sure all my furniture was protected and were very helpful with ensuring all my things were as I needed them to be. The Amazing Grace team was phenomenal from start to finish. We booked a last minute move and they were incredibly accommodating. They arrived early, moved everything efficiently, and offered advice on items we would be moving elsewhere. They were thorough in their pre-inspection of the condo and all of our items arrived in perfect condition. They were friendly, kind, fast, and well-priced.

The best moving company in Calgary, period. Great communication, they show up when they say they will, and they make everything easy. They've moved me twice — including most recently from Calgary to Edmonton, with *a lot* of stuff — and everything went perfectly both times. I'm not planning on moving again for a very long time, but I can't recommend these guys enough.

These movers were fantastic! I was nervous because I've had poor mover experiences in the past. They were responsive from the point I first inquired.
