I was looking for a car because my transmission had failed me on my old car I called a several lots no one had what I want it there was one Chevy Malibu that was at the Jacksonville Cassat location but at the moment it was unavailable so I spoke to Khalil and he told me he would keep me posted on that vehicle of course I did not leave him because people don’t normally call you back when they say they will but Caliyah was very great I actually just got a phone call from him letting me know that they had received the exact vehicle that I wanted and he wanted to call me and let me know so I really appreciate that he was very friendly very professional and the empathy was outstanding thank you Khalil even though I got a car from somewhere else just him thinking about me made my day because I really need a car thank you

Went in last night with my fiancé trying to find a reliable car. We worked with Paul and I have to say his presence was a bit unsettling. He wasn’t the kindest to work with and as my fiancé finished the credit application and took it to his manager he said “don’t get too excited” basically saying that my fiancé isn’t gonna get approved and that just really upsets me and isn’t something you should be saying especially loud enough for your customer to here. When you’re working with credit applications you want to have a positive attitude regardless of their situation or if you actually think they’ll get approved. This was extremely upsetting to hear, and we had the down payment money, but after this experience we realized we didn’t want to give business to them.

Horrible Experience!!!! They are a bunch of crooks!!!! I never in a million years would recommend anybody to buy a car here unless you wanna get ripped off. They never went over the contract with me and on the next day as I was going over the contract I saw that they are charging me $34884 for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata! Tried to return car but they refused stating they have a no return policy. The also forged my wife signature on the documents without my wife consent. Please don’t shop here! They are a bunch of crooks and scammers! They prey on low income citizens! Go to a credit union and get your loan. Please don’t go to Aaron or Khalil!
