So, I went furniture shopping looking for a recliner and or couch sofa set. I went to 5 total locations. This was the last location I went too before making my decision. This location was also 30 minutes out of my way. But...always listen to your gut. Nothing I looked at from, Rooms to go, to Ashley's, haverty's and finally family leisure had nothing on American Freight Furniture. I'M SO HAPPY AND SATISFIED that I went out of my way to look at the options they had available. 1st off...they had plenty of recliner options that were not all leather! Now at 1st walking in I felt like i was buying something out someone's "trunk". But looks can be deceiving and after looking around was blown away by the quality and the pricing of their items. Now they may not have a nice set up like A rooms to go, or a family leisure But you can tell because of all that they really did pass the savings down to you. Not many places can you honestly say that about. As you can tell from my photos I made my couch purchase and was very very happy with it. The pricing is absolutely FANTASTIC here. Ikea sells things for more money and it's a cheaper quality. No clue how there are more ikeas than American Freight Furnitures. Great business model great staff member too that helped me out. Gave me his attention, options, and made me feel like Yes, this is where I wanna spend my money today!!!

Amaya was very sweet and took care of all my needs. She definitely deserves all 5 stars. However the delivery never showed up on the delivery day. I ordered a refrigerator that was in stock at the store and ready for delivery. The store stated they had a next day delivery guaranteed. It’s now 7:25pm, I have called the store multiple times and at 5pm today Dennis assured me that the delivery was on its way in the next hour. Well I called back and now Dennis is saying “it’s unfortunate but the truck drivers are gone for the night”. Dennis was very rude and unprofessional. He was talking to other customers while on the phone with me and taking payments. He consistently put me on hold and over all never was able to actually help me. There was no manager available to speak with per Dennis. So now it looks like my full day was wasted and I will have to call out of work again tomorrow to wait on a delivery that is not guaranteed to arrive. Oh I asked Dennis for a time for tomorrow and he basically said they can’t give me a specific time. Very unfortunate and this is bad business.

Hands down this was the best shopping experience for an appliance that I have ever had. Took my fiancé to buy her a new refrigerator. Hers quit working the previous evening and food was literally thawing in the freezer. Arrived about 11am after speaking with Jason, the manager, to confirm they had a good selection of side by sides in stock to choose from. The staff there were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and readily answered all of our questions. She found the one she wanted, I applied for financing and was approved, and they delivered it around 4pm the same day! We have decided we will be buying ALL of our future home upgrades from American Freight! As a small business owner myself, I had no idea that these big companies offered such attention to every single service detail for their customers. Completely impressed. Props to both Jason's as well as the delivery guys and especially to Susan - the Goodlettsville location manager - who was there helping out at the Antioch location and was instrumental in our entire purchase experience from beginning to end!

I could not be happier about my purchase. My home is still being constructed and I will not even be moving in until the 1st of May. I found the Melon Sapphire sectional on their website. It was absolutely beautiful and very reasonable price wise. My issue was that I had nowhere to put the sofa until I move. I did not want it to sell out. I submitted a question to them and within maybe an hour, Sandra returned my call. She assisted me with any questions, took more pictures of the sofa so I could get a better look, and assisted me with the purchase. She even offered to store my sectional until I move. She also went above and beyond to show me she wrapped my purchase and stored it where it would be safe and undamaged. (See photo) If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you Sandra! If you are looking for new furniture, this is the place. Just ask for Sandra!

Everything about my shopping experience was absolutely wonderful. I was assisted by Jason, who is an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable gentleman. He assisted myself and my partner with every single question we had, and helped us find exactly what we needed for our home. He did not hover or inundate us with questions or information. He allowed us space to discuss our purchase, and made himself available to help however needed. There was no hard selling or pushing towards unneeded purchases. Jason made sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchases, and has made us repeat customers. I will be telling all my friends and family about this business, and making sure to tell them to speak to Jason when they come in. Thank you Jason, and American Freight.

The warranty is a lie. So save your $199.99 . Everything was great until I sat in my recliner the very night after they put it together & part of it fell on the ground with stripped out nuts. I called Brianna who was so helpful while making the sale & trying to get us to write reviews in the store ,the next day & told her . She said it's a warranty problem now . It's been months the warranty claim was denied. My wife calls weekly to get it handled. They do nothing. Will never shop or recommend this place, unless this is made right.

Delivery guy wouldn’t install the dryer duct that was purchased based on the recommendation of the American Freight salesman. The delivery guy insisted it wouldn’t fit without trying to install it and recommended a dryer duct without fitted ends. I purchased another duct and neither of them fit. Be sure you insist the delivery guy helps you install prior to leaving and getting your refund for the dryer duct sold to you by this company. I also called and left messages and never got a call back. Horrible customer service.

I give the store and workers a THUMBS UP!! Jason , Jordan and the staff were phenomenal to work with ! My experience was a smooth process I felt so welcomed by everyone in the store ! The store was very organized and prices were reasonable as well! I am good I was able to find a good bed room set at an awesome price ! Had to purchase a washer a fee weeks ago and Dennis was extremely helpful. Well today the dryer went out. Wad a seamless process. A few weeks ago I was having a really hard time with my warranty and Jason made it right. He called me told me to come see him and he really kept his word and made it right for me. Cheap prices and excellent customer service! There was a slight mix up with the delivery guys. But Kedra with American Freight was very professional and sympathetic and fixed everything in less than a few minutes.
