I typically don't ever have any issues with Rooms to Go since we started with them in Texas! However since moving this is the worst experience by far! I recently purchased a full bedroom set and a additional dresser online. Upon delivery it was just 1 guy which I thought ok maybe it's not that bad to set up. The guy then tells me that his partner is outside waiting at the gate because he has no ID to get it. I felt so bad and offered to help bring the items upstairs / set up. He told me it was ok and that he got it. However, both dressers were damaged and I had to place a call with customer service to resolve! Mind you we never purchase any furniture online, we normally go into to store to make sure it's what we want. Note to self definitely stick to what you typically do! My fault of course for choosing to online shop, it wasn't what was pictured online. Anyway, customer service was great, they helped me and was able to switch out the set I had for an entire different one! I was told leave everything as is and when the new furniture comes they will assemble the new bedroom set / disassemble the old one and take back with them, Awesome! (delivery + set up was all paid for prior). I was set to have my daughter's bedroom set delivered to me on 10/3/2023. Unfortunately that was not the case! I received a call from the driver stating that he's not able to get on post and he wasn't sure why his manager sent him down to Ft.Campbell to deliver knowing he was not able to get on post! He then stated his manager was asking if I can bring a truck outside to come pick up the dresser + the full bed frame and I would have to set up all on my own. I was shocked at what I was asked to do and I replied with a NO! I said first off it was annotated prior that I have a full bedroom set that needs to disassembled before setting up the new one + you need to take that with you back to Nashville. The guy said wait it's not disassembled? I said No! He then proceeded to tell me oh yea we aren't going to touch that, you will need to disassemble on your own or we schedule for an entire tech team to come out and handle that! I said excuse me! Tell me if you were able to get on post how are you going to set the up the new bedroom set with that still in there. He was like: I'm not sure, ummm let me call my manager back and figure this out. You will need to be rescheduled for another day. My manager will call you! I WAS LITERALLY IN DISBELIEF!! I waited an hour to see if the manager was going to call...STILL NOTHING! I ended up messaging my sales rep. Mrs Stephanie (SHE IS AMAZING) she gave me the number to the managers office and I called. A lady answered Ms. Kimberly I believe (could barely hear her / not sure if I got the name right either) I began to explain the situation. She pulled up my information and said oh yea it states here that the driver doesn't have a green card and I'm not sure why they would send him down there. She placed me on hold for 15 secs, came back on and said the manager is on the line handling a different issue. He will call you back once he figures it out and hung up! I waited 2 hours before calling customer service again to see if the manager will call and still no response!

Went on 25 Nov 2023 to look for two new recliners. Having spent 17 1/2 months with shingles in our recliner it is shot for support and our other recliner just too small for husband. Robert Gardner meet us when we entered. Told him our to let us just browse and he said find and told us to find him if we had questions. Looking for a good size recliner with enough length that my legs did not hang off and big enough to accommodate my husband larger size. He came to check on us, He pointed out the "bells & whistles" of the recliner we were looking at. We decided wanted two and luckily there were two available in the color. Then I asked about the mattress sales. He showed us options and had husband try out the adjustable base. Husband not easy when comes to mattresses. The Restonic Therapeutic (two sided) he sleeps on was purchased in 1990 and just recently realized his back pain was possibly from hid wore out mattress. Looking forward to New Recliners and Praying the New Mattress & Adjustable Base gives spouse a good night sleep. He had thirty days to try mattress and if should it not be a good fit for him he can exchange for one of equal value. Two stars for attractive, affordable, and available furniture. Zero stars for delivery service and customer service. My experience with the Madison, TN, store 3 years ago was a positive one, and so I had no reason to expect anything different this time when I ordered a sofa and chair. The deliverymen ripped a hole in the couch and tore the corner off my entryway wall, but they said nothing. As soon as they’d left I discovered the damages and ran outside to call them back but they had high-tailed it out of there. I immediately called customer “service” whereupon the rep refused to apologize or make replacement of the couch an easy deal. I was forced to choose a new delivery date that was inconvenient to my schedule, and she refused to rebate my delivery fee. We went around and around; I insisted on speaking to her supervisor several times to which she snorted, “That’s not necessary.” Really?! Nice customer service. The supervisor gave me back half the delivery fee, and the new sofa was finally delivered. None of this should have ever happened. It was a lot of unnecessary stress and I am still upset the delivery guys ran out of there. I hope they were fired. I won’t be back.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any major purchase for our home. We recently spent over $4000 for new bedroom suit. The $2300 bed was delivered broken, slats busted and rooms to go no help. This has been delivered and payed for, for over 2 weeks, yet we have not been able to use it one time. I have called MANY times, spoken with the service department. They refused to fix and said that they were not responsible, even though we had never even used the furniture. A tech was supposed to come out today from 10-2pm, tech never showed and no call from anyone. I have called many times today, being told I will receive a call back, still no call back. I eventually was told the tech called out of work today but no one called to make us aware and apparently they had no idea their employee didn’t show to work today. The manager Morgan was supposed to return my call after I escalated it further. To no surprise, no call back from Morgan. I will absolutely never purchase from this company again and I will be returning everything. They have no intentions of holding any of their staff accountable and it is absolutely ridiculous.

I purchased a sectional sofa on November 30, 2023 from the Rooms to Go store in Madison, TN for $5,111.92. We were very specific about wanting a sofa that would give neck and back support to me. The 2nd criteria was that it reclined enough. After sitting in all couches in the store we found only one that fit those requirements. On December 13, 2023 the sofa was delivered. They were materially different from what was in the showroom. There is over a 6 inch difference in the height of the back cushion compared to what was in the store. That means no head or back support. The reclining position is about 4 inches higher. The store salesperson was contacted, store manager and 800 number with no one willing to even try to help resolve the issue. Everyone kept pointing to others. To completely ignore a customer with a new puchase is ridiculous. It is very easy to take a tape measure and see the difference. We were told to call the manufacturer since they only sale furniture not make them.

I would love to give a huge shout out to Steve for being such an amazing employee for Rooms to Go in Madison TN! Not only did he help us find an amazing living room set and kitchen table, he was such a pleasure to spend the day with shopping for our new apartment! When I say 10/10 for customer service, he had us the moment we walked through the door. The laughs we shared and answering all the questions we had in every set we looked at, we could have kept walking through that store and say Steve add this to the tab! But seriously we want to thank you Steve, and for anyone looking to get new furniture to ask for his assistance in searching for the perfect set for your home! We can’t wait for our next room to furnish and know we will be able to work with him to make that happen too!

This was my very first visit to Rooms To Go & Christian(a salesman )met me at the door. I told him what I was looking for & he pointed me in the right direction. He offered to come with me & I told him I'd rather just browse on my on. He checked back to make sure I was ok. He was attentive but not intrusive. I did find the chair I wanted, it was a great price & Christian walked me thru the buying process. This was a great buying experience for me, made so by the Customer Service I received. I will definitely go back when the need arises and do highly recommend Rooms To Go to anyone looking for great furniture at good prices & great Customer Service.

It is so nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile! Michelle White, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable! She knew exactly which and where the sectional that I wanted was. She explained in details everything about the warranty and delivery. While she was doing the paper work we spotted a recliner and with her impeccable attention she started to tell us about it, massage, heat, one of those that we all dream about. So we decided to buy it, and asked her to add it to our purchase that was already done, with out any hesitation she did just that. I will always ask for her when I purchase anything at Rooms To Go! I highly recommend her!

Our experience at this Rooms to Go was excellent. The sales associate, Christian B., was very helpful with our purchase despite his store not even carrying the items we were looking for. Instead of sending us to a different store he helped us order the items anyway. It was the quickest and easiest furniture shopping experience we have ever had. And that include him taking the time to indulge me in some nerd talk as we were buying Star Wars kids furniture. We will definitely return for more furniture in the near future.

Writing this review on my husband's Google account. My mother and I went into this store on Monday and were warmly greeted immediately by Roberto immediately. He was very kind and helpful, but not pushy at all. We found a sofa and purchased it. Thanks to Roberto for being a perfect salesman and making our purchasing experience so easy. We'd definitely return for future purchases and will be asking for him to help us. I'd definitely recommend this location. They have a nice selection and it's well staffed.

Robert was my salesman today. Did incredible work. Casually checked in with me while I browsed for an hour or so and informed me how to read all the signage to make an informed decision. The staff were friendly and patient. The delivery was longer than expected. The glider chair does not glide, it arrive with a critical piece bent in the mechanism. We called to have it replaced but nothing ever arrived. It’s been over three months now with no word. The sofa arrived with minor black marks on the upholstery. We decided to keep it but three months in the cushions are sagging. I think the furniture here must be cheaply made. I wish I’d waited and purchased elsewhere.

Christian Brassfield what is an amazing help. He allowed us to browse around and then checked in on us. We were able to chat amongst ourselves, and not feel pressured, which was perfect. In the end we picked the best couch set and rug for our needs, and Christian was very knowledgeable about the warrantees and protections to make a good decision for our sale. We went to search for a sofa and had the best experience here if the three places we went. Joseph greeted us, gave us good information about sizing and options and then left us alone to try them out. We didn’t feel like we were being followed or bothered at all. We go a gorgeous mid-century modern sofa that was also comfortable. I highly recommend this place if the several that are in this area.
