I will never buy another piece of furniture from any Ashley. The salesman was helpful but ordered the wrong desk. I realized it pretty quickly and he corrected it. A few days later my desk was delivered. The delivery drivers told me the hardware was not available but they would leave the desk and order the hardware and it would be delivered to me in the mail. After a week I didn’t receive it so I called customer service after 30+ minutes of the phone the CS person said she was ordering it, the call dropped. I called back 2 days later and was told my hardware was on the way. Now a month has passed I went back to the store they told me to call customer service 6 calls later in one day, because they repeatedly get disconnected I was told a technician would be contacting me I 48 hours. Of course no call. 3 calls today, now I’m told someone will contact me by Wednesday. I have repeatedly asked for supervisor. The worst customer service. Now I am stuck with a $800 desk in multiple pieces with nothing but lie after lie from Ashley.

I would have gave a 5 because the guy who sold me the couch was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. The delivery guys got some dirt on my cushion. When they called to see how the delivery went I told the man over the phone. He said he would get someone out to take care of it. I said okay I don’t need to call myself he said no I got it. Few days pass by reach out to the sales guy he gave me a number to call they say send a picture soI did. Then they text back sorry this should have been reported within 72hrs. I text back it was I told the guy that called the day it was delivered no response. This is not how you should treat customers. I won’t be back. Yes I could clean it but I shouldn’t have too I paid for a service so this wouldn’t happen.

Me and my boyfriend went in on Labor Day to find a sofa sleeper for our guest room. We had no intention of finding the perfect fit due to the small size we needed and particular color we had in mind. Boy were we wrong!!! Not only did the friendly staff help us find exactly what we were looking for but it was the perfect price!! 50% off the ticketed price the kind lady and gentlemen that are staffed there were so kind and helpful with helping us load our coach!! It was soooo heavy and Ishmael helped us with a smile the entire time. We greatly appreciate all the help we experienced at this location and we will be recommending all our friends and family to shop here! Thank you kindly

The best things from the overall experience is was Anna she treated my granddaughter with kindness and love she is super nice if you are going to shop ask for her she is super sweet I purchased I Dinner Room table Tv stand and dresser and one mattress I was able to take with must of everything except my Dinner Room table I’m editing my review do to I send Someone the next day to pick it up at 7:20 Pm they says that they hade a hard day and to come back tomorrow to pick it up what kind of service that is I work in retail I have never tell a customer I’m to tired I hope the owner does something about it not fair for me know I have to make a third trip just because they did not feel to work

NEVER COMING BACK! I drove 45 minutes with the intention to outfit 4 BEDROOMS in my new house and the doors were locked with staff ignoring me, then one person "shooed" my away with rude hand gestures pointing to the door with hours posted closing at 7pm -- it's 6:40pm and the web listing SAYS 8PM! Since no one wanted to be courteous and at least tell me they closed early for whatever reason and ask me to come back, I will take my business elsewhere.

Found an awesome dresser and got a really great price! All four of the staff members I talked to were amazing and very helpful. From the 2 helping me with items, the tech loaning me a tape measure to check one of the dressers and the gentleman that help get the dresser to my vehicle, all of them were amazing!

James and the rest of his staff were friendly and very informative. They got us approved instantly and the process was super efficient. We were able to select our first choice too! (Rarity in today’s market) Not my first time using Ashley as my furniture retailer and will certainly not be my last!

Anna was great to work with and she recognized my husband and I after we returned to the store to purchase a recliner. Her assistance in finding the right color and style made our purchasing experience easy because of her outstanding customer service.
