They will probably know me as "Drysdale" the 9 months pregnant mom of a little 3 year old with an angry tooth! Let me tell you when I was in absolute AGONY as in it felt like I was giving birth through my face, the Dentist there and his assistant went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me comfortable. They didn't know me from a hole in the wall, and I called in on Sunday night for an emergency appointment the next day. No questions asked they took me in and took exceptional care of me. Arranged for my root canal THAT DAY, set everything up for me to go down to Stony Creek dental surgery and let me tell you....THAT was service!! Dr. Taimish even called me personally the next day to see how I was! He was so truly and genuinely concerned...please tell me what more you want in your Dentist? His staff is so friendly, so accommodating, they even called 2 weeks after my 2nd daughter was born, just to congratulate me and wish us well. I do not understand the poor reviews or the need for this very wonderful place to explain itself. I am not sure what people are looking for....the Taj Mahal, 8th wonder of the world, or for an incredible team dedicated to give you the best dental health you need. I have recommended Dr. T to everyone I know.

I've had a sensitive tooth for years but have never had a definitive diagnosis. This dental office has had many changes of dentists over the past few years and each one took X-rays of my tooth and none of them ever found anything wrong. The general conclusion was that it's probably gum recession. I even paid to see an endodontist who recommended a gum graft, even though he said it would probably not work and could possibly make the senstitivy worse. Then I saw Dr. Beshoy and within a 5 minute examination he found an area of erosion on the biting surface, where the enamel has worn away, exposing the dentin. He applied some fluoride varnish and problem solved. It's not a permanent solution, but I'm very happy that I finally know what is causing the problem. Thanks Dr. Beshoy! Good work!

Dr. Beshoy Tawfik has a very appreciable demeanor, allowing even myself (on the anxious side) a very comfortable experience through the more advanced dental requirements I have had. His knowledge and ability is evident, from discussions to results. Yet, uniquely, it is paired with a person who connects with you, making you feel heard and understood... even valued. **This combination is specifically what makes me want to plant roots here** As a result, I have more dental care confidence than I have ever had - now comfortable to tackle work that I have put off. I must say, I also appreciate his assistant, Shally. She is forward, attentive and so clearly kind-hearted. A good pairing for Dr. B in my opinion.

Dr. Beshoy Tawfik is amazing. I was SO nervous to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed, but him and his dental assistant made the process so relaxing and easy. They made sure I was comfortable, informed, and at ease. It was my first ever major surgery, and it was SO easy. I was genuinely shocked as I anticipated it to be a much more intensive experience, but he is so skilled and good at what he does that it was so effortless and painless. Diagnosed with a chronic condition of TMJ, I was told I would have to learn to live with it. I couldn't get thru a week without pain medication. During a discussion with Cory, my hygienist, it was suggested that I would benefit from Invisalign as it would correct my bite, often a problem with TMJ. I started my 10 month program in August but within a few weeks, was completely out of pain. Familiar with my history and caring about her patients, Cory quite simply changed my life! Professional insight and understanding is fostered through out the entire office by Dr. Beshoy making all my visits relaxing and welcoming. I've been dealing with Ancaster Dental Centre for many years although in the past the names of the business and especially the names of the Dentists were changing all too often. Now, with the name of Ancaster Dental Centre, you get a very friendly staff and a Dentist who besides being extremely fast and good at his work, is a very personable man, who, actually spends time to get to know you. We moved to Ancaster recently, and have been looking for a new dentist, can not say enough good things about our first appointments, my daughter 6 and 8 were greeted by fun and friendly Staff, who made them instantly feel comfortable. My 6 year old needed a root canal, and Dr. Dani was not only exceptionally skilled but joked and made Sophie laugh the whole time. Afterwards Sophie said she didn’t feel any pain, which as a Mom meant the world to me. If you have kids I highly recommend this practice. :)

Normally, spending an hour in a dentist's chair is not that appealing. But Dr. Beshoy and his lovely assistant Hana made the experience a relaxing and comfortable one. They built up my upper front teeth in preparation for a night-guard. The result was better than I expected. The entire atmosphere at the ADC is relaxed and welcoming. And of course the long-time dental hygienist, Cory, is simply a goddess. If you are looking for a professional and down-to-earth dentist then the ADC is the place for you.

I had my first root canal procedure today! Everyone I had talked to had a horror story for me. Gotta say my experience was far beyond expectations. It started with the friendly receptionist greeting. I was in the chair 5 minutes before my app't time. Dentist arrived a few minutes later. She explained the procedure and said it would take about 2 hrs, which it did. Zero pain through the whole procedure. My payment was $150. less than initially quoted and now 4 hours later all is good. Highly recommend!

I had an old filling fall out on Friday, which is unpleasant to begin with, and I am 7 months pregnant, which was problematic. I had high hopes for this dentist's office due to its beautiful interior. Unfortunately the only thing that is beautiful about this place is the look of it. The service and staff here are down right ugly. I do not believe the know what patient care is. I would highly recommend if you like pain and torture with a side dish of rude.

Spent close to 2k on root canal. No instructions were given. I had an infection a year later, when the Dr. suggested me another root canal treatment. Totally ruined and disappointed. Very rude staff, Doctor decided that I need a Crown even before the X-ray( my complain was on and of simple cold sensitivity) and they told me my previous clinic was late to send my records, and when I check with them they did as they received my consent, so your office to be blamed for being late.
