Took my 4 months old kitten Picchu for his first shots and check up. My initial call to the animal hospital I spoke to Melissa who was extremely helpful and friendly, made me feel confident my fur baby would be in good care. Dr. Erica is fantastic, she took time to go over everything with me, full breakdown of price and explanation of all services and made recommendations. She took really good care of my Picchu and made him super comfortable during his shots and full examination, which was very thorough. I love that they show extra care, I called a few times after regarding common concerns having a new pet and they always took my call and have been very patient in answering all my questions. Picchu is now booked for his neuter surgery and I know he's in good hands. Highly recommend!

We didn't end up going here in person for an appointment just due to complications with timing, but we had an amazingly helpful phone call with one of the reception staff! My partner and I recently adopted a kitty and we were trying to piece together his medical history as some records were missing. The receptionist was very kind and understanding of our weird situation, and they were able to help us sleuth out a ton of helpful information, including which appointments and vaccinations we would want to book in the coming weeks. I usually don't love making phone calls, even under less stressful circumstances, but we were really put at ease and feel good to help our new little buddy get his ducks (cats?) in a row. Excellent and friendly staff, Dr. Burrows and Dr. Dugan took the time to answer all of our questions when our cat needed to urgently be seen. The vet techs were so caring. They allowed us to visit him multiple times a day while he stayed at the hospital, called us throughout the day to give us updates. Extremely transparent on cost. You can tell that everyone at the Animal Hospital of Oakville truly cares about our fur babies!!
