Okay so before 2 days i took my cat to this vet as her butt was infected, and when dr wong saw her he told us that she doesn’t have any infection and that her butt is itchy because it’s dirty. He then cleaned it and he didn’t even want to give us any medicine but when we told him that she was screaming and licking so we want at least acream he then gave us one rudely!! When we returned home the cat started licking and screaming!! It was really hurting her so we then took her to another vet and he said that her butt is really infected and he gave her antibiotic and anti inflammation I’m still wondering why dr wong said that she’s ok Don’t u think he is a bad doctor!!!!!! He is the worst doctor i’ve ever seen! He even was talking so rudeee! If u want to visit a vet go to any other vet but not this one!On top of that his charges are incredibly high.

My chihuahua was having diarrhea non stop with blood and some skin infection. Made a call in the morning and my fiancé was there. The doc did a great job and handling Louie boy and explained about the condition of my baby to my fiancé very patiently and clearly. Within a few hours from consuming the med, my baby recovered. No more diarrhea and he had the best sleep ever after the few days of suffering. His skin is healing so well in just 2 time cream application. The fee was also very affordable. Dr didn’t unnecessarily do test, kept it precise, concise and professional. Best thing is that this vet is just 3 mins from me. Thank you so much doctor! God bless you!

Sent my baby girl (puppy) here for spaying. Today is the 9th day after the surgery. Very very satisfied and happy with the work done by Doc Wong. The wound healed faster than I thought and she started being active back and wanting to play around just after the first few days of the surgery. Touchwood there was no bleeding or anything, and everything is fine plus the scar is almost disappearing. The price is also affordable and reasonable for the work done. Thank you very much Dr. Will definitely recommend this clinic to the rest of you for your fur babies.

I like a vet who emphasizes on the well being of his patients and taking his responsibility as a vet very seriously. He explained and addressed my concerns very clearly and with patience. He and his friendly assistant were very gentle when handling with my fur baby. A pet is already stressed out in an unknown area with all sorts of fearful scent congested in one small room. So a calm and understanding handling really helps the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Wong to any new and seasoned pet owners.

Dr. Wong is a sincere and helpful vet. He prioritizes your pet’s best interests over unnecessary procedures, which is something I really appreciate. During consultation hours, he’s happy to answer any questions via phone or WhatsApp. He also doesn’t charge consultation fees for simple examinations. Bedside manner is polite, informative, and matter-of-fact, which is great. Highly, highly recommend.

Brought my three years old Pomeranian here to neuter, send him in at 10:30am and doctor called at 1pm informing me that I can pick him up already. Really fast and efficient, doctor also explained very clearly on the wound and what are the do’s and don’t after the surgery. My dog’s wound were around 1cm and it healed within 7days, will definitely recommend this vet to others. :)

Brought my baby that was having diarrhoea & vomiting. Vet said it was ok. I was like skeptical. And my baby puked on his floor. Again the vet said it was ok. The last time i puked was 2 decades ago and heck no that was normal. My verdict is ok, NEVER TO GO THERE AGAIN.

Very professional & no nonsense Vet. Had my Frenchie spayed here & am completely satisfied. Treated my dog’s ear infection, gave a tube of medication plus clipped nails without any extra charges….Thanks Doc. PS: The spaying fees were very very reasonable too.

Doctor took 1 look at my dog and informed me she needed an immediate blood transfusion. Told me to bring my dog to the hospital. Didn't charge me a cent. So much compassion and I'm really grateful.
