Very skilled team they are with state of the art wheel alignment. I brought my car there another time just to look up on an unusual noise on the brake and they disassembled it to look for the problem and charged me nothing because they couldn't find any issue. But the noise has gone so I'm very happy. Only slightly disappointed on how they failed to identify my 2 bad wheel bearings as I told them about the noise and they keep telling me it was not loud enough to be the wheel bearing (on quiet road it was really annoying to me). That is the reason why I reached out for other shop to fix the problem otherwise I would not go anywhere else.

So glad to have found Arcus by chance after the stress and financial setback after getting messed around at 2 other mechanics who damaged more than they fixed! Up to date technology that finds all and any issues with the car, followed by fair pricing and quick work. Shout out to Scott! Such a professional, nice guy. Thank you so much! After reading so many good review online, I decided to come here as my car's clutch was making loud improper noise. I had to wait long time for diagnosis result, replacement clutch work, and for them to give me a receipt. At the end my clutch failed again after 6 months, I tried to contact them but no response. Because it was my work car, I had to get urgent repair somewhere else. I am very disappointed with their handiwork and will not come back.

Took my vehicle to Arcus Auto Services (trading from inside Pedders Artarmon), and spoke with the people. Was unsure of the issues, but was given a complete and comprehensive list of issues, shown all the evidence and provided all the diagnostic information which proved where the problems where. Appointment for 2pm to change 2 front tyres.. Sitting here at 2:30 and my car hasn't even been touched. All I can hear is what looks like the owner swearing and going back and forth on the phone. Not coming back because of the quality of service and professionalism is simply not here. It's now 3:11pm and still not ready. They are not busy at all. no excuses

pretty unimpressed. brought my car in for a quote for some minor fixes and standard servicing. when I came to pick it up my battery was dead. didn't really have battery problems before. didn't get a clear explanation about what happened. if there was a problem with it, it would have been mentioned in the quote etc, so definitely feels like something fishy.

The best mechanic I have been to, since I met the team about 6 years ago I have had all my vehicles serviced there. Pricing is fair, workmanship is fantastic and most importantly their honesty and Integrity is fantastic. I have recommended countless friends and family there over the years and they have all had the same experience as me.
