A few restaurants however, most of the spaces are empty. Outdoor seating is nice but security kicks you out after 15 minutes. I visited at 6pm, bought a sandwich at one of the few remaining restaurants, Omoide, went to an outdoor table to eat and relax. After 15 minutes a security person told me that I had been there past the 15 minute limit and I was loitering and had to leave. As I was leaving, I watched security do this to several people, including guests from the neighboring AC Hotel. They treat their tenants customers horribly, no wonder so many spaces remain empty. I'm not sure what their new business plan is? The next time I want a "to go" meal to eat outside, I'll avoid the Arizona Center and go to Cityscape.
Visiting but it was odd to find the entrance place to the mall from the parking lot. It said busier than usual but it seemed pretty empty. Love the man made waterfalls and the connection there is between the university and the mall because it had plenty of shade, seats and relaxing water falling sounds there were only a few stores though, either they are remodeling or new stores are barely coming to the mall? We opted for leaving because sadly there wasn’t much to see
Great friends, great food and drink, Also today, great weather. The last part of spring in Phoenix Arizona. Spent at the place of entertainment that everyone should visit. The Arizona center, has everything yours shopping heart could desire A broad selection of eateries to tickle anyones fancy. Food and drink fancy. The only noted minor inconvenience was parking due to various construction projects. But is well worth a visit. Cannot go wrong .
Plenty of shopping/restaurants and free parking with validation..See below for details if you're first time visitor. If parking in the garage, ensure to keep the ticket. 2 hour (3 hrs if watching movie) free parking validation can be requested from any store inside. Once validated (another ticket is provided by store upon purchase) by the store, both tickets need to be inserted one at a time in order for the discount while exiting the garage.
Went to see a movie at the AMC @ Arizona Center. There were many stores/shops including Starbucks, there were some food places, bars and a couple of water falls next to a small pond with chairs, tables and a beautiful bridge with lights. It was a peaceful, well lit area for socializing. It was nicely decorated with a tree and lights for the holiday season. There movie theater is situated within the center and I will definitely be back!
It is completely for the children's and kids and there was a good facility the growing up students children's and also good playing area forest children's and kids there are many view antique pieces are placed in there so that will gives our children's and kids you show our pastfrom where we comes and also gives more idea of our country and the atmosphere and nasa provided with more informations of our Earth and solar system
It's a great place to eat anytime (Lunch , Dinner). This place has a lot of restaurants, Fast Food Centre, coffee shops, Bakeries. This place is having very nice nice ambience will fountains and beautiful trees all around. There are lot of 5 Stars hotels Hyatt, Sheraton near this area. There are lot of other attraction like Basketball stadium nearby. One can taken Light Rail to reach this place
Dude.. the whole place is pretty much shut down. This used to be an awesome spot.. still could be but all the stores pretty much are shut down :( the fountain by the movie theater (which is still awesomely the same) is gone.. it's a bummer. Wish this place had a crew of friends who opened businesses here.. the architecture is great. Needs to be put back into use!
Shame it's not used more!! It's a great space and has been there for MANY years! We went to AMC 24 to see "Elvis". Theater was almost empty Matinee tickets are less than $6! Food/popcorn is extortionate!! But they have to make money somewhere right!? Parking is free if you get yr ticket validated at theater!Theater!! WONDERFUL
Fantastic! Their restaurants are terrific! Their workers were very supportive and welcoming. That day, they did very well and it was impressive. That's melting my precious heart. I feel the joy of the food he made. I am so thankful to him that he has provided us with great food.
All I can say is PHOENIX is magnificent! So many new fun things to do! Great weather so enjoying the city is so much better. This is why I live in PHX. And if you're lucky enough to be near van Buren & 3rd St when the church bells ring you are in for a treat!. Def check it out
I can see where majority of Arizona money goes to and that's Phoenix by far. We were there Sunday night everything was closed by 6pm except the movie theaters. The bathrooms were not located anywhere convenient. Architecture was great but accomidating? Not so much.
I'm here for work and walked to this location hoping to do a little shopping and snacking. There was nothing to do. The movie theater is still open but nothing fit with my schedule. I hope this place gets revitalized! Downtown needs something like this.
Choice spot for elderly pit stops providing there are no drugs being smoked in restroom and security ever enforces no skateboard policy. They can enforce no smoking but skate punks have free roam to treat those they believe to be homeless like garbage.
Large number of theatres so you can often see movies that have passed thru other theatres. Good parking garage & they validate. A little run down overall and even though they don’t have redoing seats, they still make you pick partuculAr seats. Weird...
This is soo sad. I haven't been here for 6 yrs. I come today and nothing much here. All the restaurants and shops i used to go to are no longer here. Not worth coming back since there is nothing to do except if you're going to AMC to watch a movie.
We like coming here for late night walks after getting ice cream. They have a movie theater, which is nice and usually not so busy like most. The garden is so nice at night with dime light settings. Parking is off of 5th street, towards the back.
I like going to that mall. And it's picking up again. It was pretty dang bustling on a Sunday afternoon. Used to be a graveyard! Purpose of visit was viewing award-winning film "Parasite" at A.M.C. theater. And I for once remembered to validate!
It's a nice place to spend the weekend. We went to AMC It was clean and nice ticket prices are cheap and parking is the only issue. You can validate the parking ticket in AMC. But only for 4 hours. If you stay more than 4 hrs you have to pay.
A great spacious outdoor indoor combo area that has seen more well attended days. It is hard to rate properly due to factors mostly out of their control but I’m hoping to see more event or community related events there and it must be hard
The ambiance is serene during the daytime, perfect for strolling with some friends or with your family. There are also several restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. It’s a good place for hanging out with friends and families. Your
Lots of construction and not very many people. This place has definitely seen better days but I'm hoping it will return to its former glory someday. The tradition of movies and ice cream is still fun with the kids all these years later.
I just love this place. Not too busy. Also filled with homeless. It’s a great walk around “thing” and casual eats. They have a cool water oasis area. Do not walk through here at night though. There is a lady on security and she’s rude.
There's some construction, but I found all the areas to still be usable and it wasn't very crowded. I think the presence of the crane is putting people off. It was lovely actually because all the shaded couches were available.
A great spot although there are many empty store shops. With the building around the area I imagine more businesses will be drawn to this perfect location. Jersey Mike's recently opened and is a welcome addition. #jerseymikes
I've been there numerous times. This time I took a friend of mine and realized how beautiful a place it is through their eyes of a friend of mine who's never been there. I highly recommend it to anyone who has never seen it.
There were 5 or 6 businesses and the rest of the area looked like a scene from a zombie apocalypse movie. The emptiness could have been serene but it just felt weird with so many empty shops there. Would not come back as is.
Saw a movie at AMC, I can’t believe how dirty this place has become. Are used to be very clean. Staffing could be an issue but they should at least keep it clean. Popcorn always taste burned. Just used to be a great place
Really cool outdoor mall area with some decent choices for food. Connecting to it is a very nice theater. If you are in Phoenix go ahead and check this place out. It had a very aesthetically pleasing design as well.
Nearly vacant on a Friday evening and a lot of shops are closed/spaces available for rent. I don't think it will be around much longer. Starting to get run down and a lot of teens skating all over the place.
One of my favorite places to walk my dog. Was even better pre-pandemic when the restaurants that were within the center were open (3 different ones) and have since closed. Hope they replace them soon.
This plaza is usually pretty quite and the waterfall into the pond is a nice touch. There are a few random shops and food places in the plaza but there are also a lot of empty/available shop spaces.
Oh the possibilities... come here if you want a private place to have a convo… clean and modern place but needs something big to draw the people back. Hooters is now shut down for good …
Great area to relax and have quiet meetings if need be. Cool chill scenery and not ever too crowded. Ooh and u can take pics around the pond and bridge they have close to 3rd-5th street!!
I wouldn't call it a shopping mall- it holds a lot of business centers. But the design is beautiful and it's a great place to catch a movie: reasonably priced and not that many people.
Definitely a must go place in Downtown Phoenix with all the outdoor/indoor shops including restaurants & nice drink places. I give the whole area a 5 ⭐ & will return next year!
Cool little area in downtown Phoenix. Couple of blocks from Chase field. Across street from Sheraton grand Phoenix. Good food options. Canyon cafe. Good outdoor seating area.
I love all these mixed retail spaces we've sunked our tax dollars into just to lay vacant so we can raise the cost of living and continue to price out Phoenicians.
We went for a movie and it was amazing, I am definitely taking my wife there again.this is my father in law, such a great guy. I even dressed like him.lol
Beautiful scenery to enjoy. Rode my bike around to familiarize myself with my new city and enjoyed all of it. Parking? That’s a tough one, hard to find
Came here to goto the movies ñ. Great scenery, kids love taking pictures in front of the Arizona center sign. Good food options within the complex.
Loose bricks in the walkway from the parking structure all the way to the theater. Hardly any shops. It would be great to see it thriving again.
Awesome place.Very relaxed feel to it.Biggest thing I like Is if your phone dies on you there are free charging stations throughout the complex
I like it there very friendly staff and security officers feels safe. Free refills I have nothing to complain about. They validate my parking.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Must visit. Also the renovation is looking great. Makes staying downtown a no brainer.
Nothing here except AMC movie theatre, ice cream, and the last remaining restaurants. Someone needs to revive this place.
Nothing really good or bad most shops are closed. Also, there are lots of homeless walking about. Keep your eyes peeled.
Big and centrally located. I went to the theatre, so not sure about the other shops. But it seems worthy of exploration.
Was awesome place went to the bank there and it was totally high tec .no tellers all done on computers I was impressed
Hadn’t been here in years and it’s sad to see it empty. Aside from the theater there’s not much reason to visit.
Wish more of the shops would come back. Has Jersey Mike's, Coldstone, a sushi place, movie theater plus a few
Could be a really neat place if they encouraged businesses into the vacancies. Another lock down casualty.
Most of the first floor places are empty. But it has an amazing courtyard with statues, water, and shade.
Such a great place for a family day!! Its $12 a person and there is 3 floors. So much to do for all ages.
Absolutely deserted. Had no idea this is now a ghost town, good memories of being here in better times!
Really beautiful place. Don't go during summer. Heat is almost impossible to bear. But it's amazing.
Eclectic, very well located, nice atmosphere. Good for an evening walk or shopping if downtown.
Nice place. Offers electric charging stations to students and people in need. Good atmosphere.
I always have a wonderful movie experience at AMC there. The upgrades of the mall are amazing.
Beautiful setting, not fully utilized prime for small business as downtown Phoenix thrives.
Great spot to hang out during day & knight, watch a movie, shop and have some food!
Location is in a great area. Pleasantly surprised. Absolutely worth the visit.
Use to be all the rave back in the day, now it barely has much there.
Always easy to get in and out of, the price is right and it's clean.
This is place is completely empty. There is nothing here...
Love walking my dog through there every night. Beautiful.
Fun place! Especially now that it is cooling off!
Nice place Ii go there to charge my phone
Pretty empty, not a lot going on
