TL;DR - Quality workmanship, good customer service, recommend working with Ken We recently had a leak in our roof after a heavy storm. Arrington roofing was able to send Ken out to look at the roof the same day we called and patched it within a week. Based on our knowledge of the roof and the guidance of Ken, our main point of contact, we decided to replace the roof (we expected to replace the roof when we purchased our home). We were very pleased with the workmanship on the roof and speed with which the team worked. Ken was very knowledgeable and responsive to questions and concerns. We had one billing snag, but Ken quickly worked it out and provided consistent, quality service throughout the engagement. We would highly recommend Arrington Roofing, and Ken specifically.

It was very good quality work during the roofing demolition and installation but there were too many delays in completion. Delays included the ordering of roofing materials, solar panel flashing and mounts, and Good Faith Energy company scheduling. The delays resulted in the inability to use the garage where the solar panels were stored and the inability to hang pictures back on the interior walls in the house. Mario did an excellent job (5 stars) with the fence staining, carport roof replacement, and spa roof coating. Several years after the initial installation follow up repair of a roof dome that was blow away by a spring storm from its support base was excellent.

Arrington Roofing came to my rescue and gave me a great price too! I had a giant tree limb fall on my roof and damage the decking. I was worried water would get into my attic with the upcoming rain storms. I called them over the weekend and they had someone over the next day (Sunday) to tarp the problem spot. It was completely fixed a few days later, with great communication keeping me in the loop the whole time. I lucked out finding the best quality roofers with a great price too! I needed repairs done to my roof and chose Arrington Roofing because of all the great reviews I had read about them. I'm glad I did because the 2 young men (Medford & Dakota) that did the repairs were both courteous and happy to explain everything they were going to do. They even came back and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end results. When it's time for me to put a new roof on my home I will be using Arrington Roofing again because of the follow-through and great customer service I received.

In the process of removing old roofing paper, it was discovered we had water damage to roof decking by one vent pipe. Crew was able to make repair immediately. Removal of old roofing material was quickly done. Any debri was completely removed and secured in dump container. Property was scoured for any hidden debri and was left in pristine condition. All staff was courteous and conscientious of their work performance and assuring us of a 5-star product/service. We received the 5-star job we were hoping for!

Great experience using Arrington Roofing! We used them both to replace our roof when we first moved in and again when we need some insulation/radiant barrier installed. Super professional company, all the way from crews to the office. Communication was excellent and not a single dollar asked of me prior to commencing work. After a tree fell onto our roof and damaged a section of concrete tiles, Arrington came out and quickly dried in the damaged area before an upcoming storm did any additional damage. We live in an historic district and our tile roof is quite old. Not surprisingly our tiles were discontinued, but Arrington was able to find used tile that matched ours perfectly. We had a solid experience with Arrington and would definitely recommend them.

Over the past couple of years, Dakoda and Cameron have overseen and completed 2 repairs, redone and improved a porch roof, and completely re-roofed our garage and guest house. Medford & Dakota are consummate professionals. They are exceedingly polite, explained the process, and got right to work. Unlike many roofers, they cleaned up the job site and while doing so inspected the rest of the roof for any other damage. As an embedded bullet and several raised nails were found, they applied sealant to refresh the condition to nearly new.

We needed repairs on several vents in our roof as well as some unneeded ones removed. Their crew showed up on time, were cordial and professional. They noticed some additional issues while on the roof but given the its age recommended holding off until replacement. Overall they did a great job and I’d hire them again in the future.

Arrington Roofing came out and replaced our 18 year old roof that also had critter damage. They were thorough and did an excellent job. We use Arrington personally (home), and my wife's business (office). They are always great, available quickly, and I don't feel like I have to worry about being charged for something I don't need/want. Randy is top notch and one of the most honest and one of the most upstanding men I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Had a couple issues with communication but they were quickly resolved. They use subcontractors for some of their projects which I don’t personally prefer. They did a fine job though.

Dean was great. He was able to give me an explanation of what needed to be done for a flat roof repair and once we accepted the estimate he and his team came out and fixed the roof and cleaned the gutters the next week. We are very satisfied with their work and would use Arrington Roofing again.
