When our property was damaged in a recent hailstorm for the second time in the last five years, we really dreaded the aspect of having to engage and find a reputable roofing company as our last experience had been incredibly negative. We could not have had a better experience than that with Blue Hammer Roofing. A few areas that I think differentiate Blue Hammer Roofing are customer service, communication, and responsiveness. I had the pleasure of being supported by John Gedik who patiently answered all of our questions as based on past negative experiences we wanted to be sure to select the right company to repair our house. John is not a typical sales guy with high pressure tactics and trying to quickly close on a contract and then disappears. Instead, he spent time working with us to really define the best solution to get our home repaired. John was great working through the process and being present when the insurance inspection was completed to make sure all areas of damage were covered. It was really great to have an experienced advocate helping to make sure all damage areas were captured during the inspection process. John also took lead on working and negotiating amended coverage with the insurance company which was hugely beneficial and less hassle for us. Through the entire process John was in constant close communication with us and unlike many roofing companies he did not disappear once our contract was signed. With regards to Blue Hammer Roofing, they really did exceptional work on our roof. One area I was highly appreciative of was the fact that Blue Hammer policy was to have a quality manager onsite to oversee roof installation. The quality manager was on site through the duration of the install (6:30 AM – 9:00PM Day, 6:30AM – 3:00 PM Day 2) making sure the installation went smooth and providing us real time updates. As the install was done in the middle of the summer with record breaking heat I was really pleased also to see that Blue Hammer was ensuring the roofing crew were being taken care. How a company treats their employees or subcontractors is an excellent reflection of the integrity of that company. On top of the great work done on our roof, Blue Hammer Roofing was also able to contract our other repairs to our house (Light fixtures, Fence repairs, etc.). Having a one stop shop and focal point in John that made everything happen made the process for us as homeowners a breeze. So, if you are reading this review and looking for a good experience on roof replacement and property damage repair, I could not more highly recommend Blue Hammer roofing. Should you choose them I suggest asking for John Gedik as he has unmatched skill set around customer service.

Right off I have to say I am totally impressed with the exceptional professionalism of the Blue Hammer Roofing team. Justin Beltran our go to man is patient, kind, caring, very experienced, knowledgeable, detail, oriented and very easy to work with. What Justin said he would do, he did. Justin worked diligently, taking photos of every imperfection to ensure we received the maximum claim amount from the insurance and gleaned us thousands more than expected. He took his time and answered all our questions. We were not rushed or pressured by him at all. Justin went above and beyond all our expectations. We were notified of each step of the jobs progress with photos to back it up, so, we were able to oversee the work virtually. Justin also made sure his crew was taken care of and their needs met. The crew did a wonderful job as well. They were considerate not to begin work before the allotted time. Rick and Justin supervised the crew constantly to ensure that we got the best quality of work. They even pitched in to help! Even the cleanup was exceptional! They even offered to clean up the little debris from my neighbors backyard. And if that was not enough, Justin came back the next day with his magnetic pole, and carefully covered every inch of our yard, gathering up any stray nail that might have been left behind. We were extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with in regards to getting our new roof. The crew and their manager were on time, respectful, diligent and hard working. We were especially impressed by our Project Manager, Evan Warth. This young man did his job extremely well, everything from inspecting our roof to negotiating with our insurance company. We didn’t have to do anything. He was very personable and professional. He explained everything completely and clearly. He let us know when our materials would be dropped off, came with the crew, on time, the day of the install, gave us regular progress updates, helped the crew whenever needed to make sure the job was done on time and helped with the clean up. He followed up afterwards in person and by phone, to make sure were satisfied and to ask if we had any questions. He came promptly to pick up the insurance checks for the company and made sure we had receipts. He always took a little time to chat with us. He is an exceptional person. He even comes by to see us when working in our neighborhood! He talked to the neighbors on both side of us, then we encouraged them and told them Evan would take excellent care of them. When I started dealing with Sanad I was very skeptical because we own rental properties and had bad dealings with fly by night roofing companies. Now dealing with my personal house which has solar panels that needed to be removed and re-installed, so I needed a company that could do both. After doing research about the company I realized it was a company in good standing with the BBB. I met with Sanad and he explained his process plus a time frame and assured me that I would be totally satisfied with the end product. He made me feel comfortable that he was knowledgeable about his job. Sanad met all of our expectations and more representing the Blue Hammer Roofing company. These are some of the things that I appreciated dealing with Sanad and his team including Tanya. We had some pretty extensive roof damage from a recent hail storm, and Blue Hammer Roofing did an amazing job with the repair. Kyle M. really went above and beyond to make the whole process feel so simple and seamless. Kyle did an extensive inspection of the roof and the whole property to identify all damage from the storm including all of our personal property. He came out on the day our insurance adjustor was doing their inspection just to ensure they didn't miss any damage that he had already identified. The day of the roof replacement, Kyle and his team did a great job of keeping us updated every step of the way by sending texts and pictures showing their progress on the roof. He also was sure to notify us when they identified damage to roofing boards that they were only able to find after removing the old shingles. They laid tarps down across our property to catch as much roof debris as possible, and they did several sweeps after to ensure no old nails were left behind in our yard or our neighbors. Kyle even went as far as to get our old screens measured and replaced. After having a roof replacement done 6 years ago, the difference in quality and service is not even close to comparable to Blue Hammers standard of excellence. I cannot recommend Blue Hammer roofing enough, the service is top notch and the attention to detail is unmatched. Huge thanks to Kyle and his team!

Texas weather is unpredictable and harsh. When Pedro Soto knocked on my door days after a hail storm blew through DFW, I was hesitant to engage to say the least. He explained the potential damages my only two year old roof might've incurred, performed an inspection and offered to call my insurance agency alongside me to jumpstart the claim process. Incredibly helpful and courteous as insurance jargon isn't my area of expertise. After some serious delays on behalf of the insurance agency, Pedro had his crew complete my new roof install in good faith - trusting me to submit payments etc. once the processing had finally taken place. He is trustworthy, accommodating and insightful. I also had the pleasure of working with David Broome to navigate the inspection portion of the claim process. David's industry experience and overall commitment to satisfying me as his customer was on full display from start to finish. He was patient, courteous, and informative - allowing me to understand why things were happening and proposing various courses of action to take in order to achieve our project goals. Pedro and David provided superior customer service and were very diligent in working to get me all I needed and was owed. The service and attention we received from Blue Hammer Roofing and Mike Nguyen was topnotch. We evaded every door-knocking roofer/contractor, but serendipitously met Mike when he was working with our neighbor. He was professional, patient and took care of everything we asked for. Austin Pair worked tirelessly to make sure our insurance company paid for all our policy covered. While I wasn’t too happy having subcontractors work on a few aspects of the job, Mike kept the work on time and ensured the quality of work promised. He was accessible every single time I reached out - even when he was on a plane, sick or off-work days. Abdiel was the Quality Control Manager the day our roof was replaced. He was gracious, efficient and kept us updated throughout the day, sending photos of each stage of the roofing process. He made sure the job was completed on time, and the hardworking crew cleaned up properly afterwards. Even after the last check was cashed, we were able to contact Mike to take a look at an oversight in our attic. A Quality Control Manager (Tanya Case) arrived the very same day to take care of our issue. Pleasant interactions from everyone at Blue Hammer. Daniel was the Sales agent who introduced the intricacies of roof install to me. He was an excellent communicator, organized, detailed, and personally available through the initial assessment and walking me through the process. I had spoken to few other roofers and decided to go with Blue Hammer because of Daniel’s subject matter expertise and transparency in explaining every detail of the process. He coordinated everything right from start to finish. His level of responsiveness and professionalism really puts this company on an edge over others. Project Supervisor – Rick a courteous gentleman did a fantastic job of keeping me informed every step of the way. He sent me visual updates regularly which strengthened my confidence in them. He explained super clearly how the quality control process works and did several inspections to ensure a quality job. The crew was on time, highly efficient and quick in getting everything done in less than a day maintaining workmanship as well. They did an incredible job on our roof. Their price was extremely competitive. Blue Hammer and crew go over and beyond with all aspects of the work. I recommend Daniel, Rick and crew for all roofing jobs.

This company is a joke. They come out and tell me they can assist me with my house roofing. They start their paper work and follow up with insurance but that’s about it.. my rep Evan Warth started out nice wanting to help. He was on track of everything and then I don’t hear back from him. I called and he said the senior qcm is away and will need 2 weeks. I’m sure there are other people that can assist but sure that’s fine. I wait the two weeks, no response. Not trying to be annoying, I emailed Evan and text messages 3 times throughout 1 1/2 weeks. No reponse or no call back. I finally got a little ticked and called and he said “oh I’m not a cm anymore I am a qcm I can’t help you.” But I needed a qcm in the first place. I asked him if anyone doesn’t reach out to replace your spot to Keep going and he said “nope”. What company does not have a continuation of service? So, if I never called I would not get anything done? The thing made more upset was the fact my original person assisting was annoyed I called. I’m sorry I called you on weekend but get your act straight and don’t talk to a customer like that. I am done with this place.

We live in Kenner, La., and our roof sustained damage during Hurricane Ida. We found Blue Hammer recommended on the Atlasroofing.com website. And we are really glad we did. They did a phenomenal job for us! They really made this whole process a lot easier. From dealing with our insurance to the roof install. Trey was great! He came to our home and took his time climbing on our steep roof to assess the damage. Blue Hammer sent us their estimate to repair our roof and Trey came back to meet with our adjuster to review. Once we received the final insurance estimate Trey and Ali came to our house to review the estimate in person and go over all the details. Very professional from start to finish! The day of the install they made sure to protect our property from falling shingles/debris; everything close to the house was covered/protected. They kept the area clean start to finish. We recently had our entire roof replaced by Blue Hammer Roofing. It was a pleasure working with this company during a less than convenient time for me (after the winter storm). Ryan and Nehal ensured that my needs were taking care of on a timely basis. I was well informed with the cost, time to completion, and selection process. The team came on time and completed the project in less than 6 hours! In addition, through the whole process, I received drone pictures of my roof which allowed me to see the progress and ask questions that may have arose. I must say it was a long process negotiating with our insurance company Farmer’s. Jessica Soto with Blue Hammer was very helpful with the help of David Broome, they negotiated all they could with the insurance company. Insurance company low balled from the very beginning and finally increased a few thousands after 3 months of negotiations. Overall, the team at Blue Hammer did a great job. The day of installation the install team was here bright and early ready to install. Installation went well and they actually finished an hour earlier than expected. Tony Rose from Blue Hammer was here on installation day to assist the team and keep us updated on the process of installation and he did an awesome job sending pictures and informing us of every step. A random knock on the door that ended with a wonderful and professional experience. Ali Qureshi is a very professional worker and just a good person. He inspected my roof and found significant damage that needed addressing. Everyone says they have good insurance until you need it. I haven’t always had the best service from insurance in a time of need. Ali and Blue Hammer Roofing took care of everything. They assisted me in filing the claim, meeting the adjuster, and ultimately receiving authorization for a new roof. Install was also very professional. The crew worked well with us as we have dogs that had to go out from time to time. They cleaned up well and even helped repair a damaged gutter. I highly recommend Blue Hammer Roofing if you think you may have storm damage or any roofing needs.

I am so amazed with the level of professionalism and workmanship we received from Blue Hammer. The company sales rep Mike Nguyen was knowledgeable, patient, honest and courteous. What I appreciated most was that the company utilizes quality managers, namely Bobby Odgers for our case, to make sure the job was done right. And it was, from start to finish. Every step was performed in a timely manner, and the cleaning up was immaculate/meticulous. We were provided with an aerial clip and pictures of the stunningly beautiful completed roof plus a certificate to give to our insurance company. I cannot recommend Blue Hammer enough. I had incredible storm damage (wind and hail) to my roof, attic vents and gutters and needed everything replaced. I am SO pleased with my decision to use Blue Hammer. Sanad was a miracle worker managing the insurance inspection, the claims, and even getting the Conservation District and City permits we needed to get the work done and then was incredibly patient with me while we waited on the weather to cooperate. Then, my install was absolutely perfect thanks to the incredible management by Tanya and the high quality work and attention to detail of the entire crew—and I was blown away by Tanya’s drone coverage of all the work while it was in process and completed. When I first met JC the day after a recent hail storm I was initially skeptical about going with Blue Hammer. I wasn't familiar with the company as they were a newer company in the area. But after a couple conversations with JC he walked me through Blue Hammer's history and explained what Blue Hammer would do to get my home back in tip top shape. Blue Hammer roofing did a very thorough and professional job when called upon in response to the damage from the hailstorm in the area in May 2023. They were great in keeping me informed of progress with invitations to inspect as well as look at pictures taken during the repair process as well in interacting with insurance with respect to timely provision of documentation and updates. Blythany Locassio, the manager for the installation was exceptional in terms of clarity of communication and professional respect and conduct. Our roof was demolished by giant hail not long after the terrible snowstorm of 2021. I contacted Blue Hammer Roofing and spoke to Jeremy. He was prompt in addressing my concerns, was extremely knowledgeable and ensured my roof was restored not only back to its original state but even BETTER! He did a great job answering our questions, made suggestions to improve the appearance of our roof (at no extra cost) and made sure we understood each step of the process. The crew began and finished as explained in the timeline, worked quickly and efficiently but at the same time made sure I was given the quality roof I expected. Blue Hammer Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters! I was lucky to interact and work with Jon Daniel, Angel Ramirez and Dustin Realini. Jon as very proactive, responsive, and really understood our needs and scoped the job very nicely! Angel did an amazing job coordinating the team, works and delivering with outstanding quality (it is not a small roof, and all was done within one day, pretty impressive!), and Dustin stayed on top of the coordination, following up with other parties constantly. We hired Blue Hammer to replace our roof. Procuring our special shingles was a bit tricky, but Miguel, the owner, jumped in to sort things out. He tracked those shingles from the Certainteed factory to our place. This wasn't our first roof replacement with him – he's always been this hands-on. Tanya was really good at keeping us updated and managing the install. The crew was very effcent, handling our requests like matching paint and sealing up trouble spots. Blythany and Alex effiently handled all the insurance work. Overall, working with Blue Hammer was smooth, and we're happy with how things turned out.

Terrible communication and not doing what they said they would do. Drove by one of their jobs and got a nail in my tire. It was 100% their job, even picked up more debris and another nail in the exact same spot I drove by. Felt the shingle and nail stick to my tire as it happened. All I asked for was to pay the portion of my tire where the nail voided my warranty, not even the full tire. They said they would cover it and due the right thing, but have just ghosted and stopped responding. There was 3 sales reps just standing there talking, should have been monitoring safety and cleanliness of the project.

The new roof looks great. I had a small problem during a heavy rainstorm where i discovered a small drip leak around the attic fan. I notified Blue Hammer and received an immediate response. They came out and replaced my roof at the beginning of February 2022. Took care of all negotiations with the adjuster. Brianna Gonzales was there for me all the way. We just had a hail storm a February 22, 2022 and they jumped back on the roof for a quick roof inspection and everything was great. We got the top of the line shingles and they were worth every penny. So happy with Brianna's professionalism, responsiveness and overall exemplary service. I had my roof repaired and the crew did an outstanding job. When I asked them to make sure the gas lines were not harmed, they bundled them together so they were not damaged. My Project Manager Eric Trejo also went over and beyond to ensure I was given accurate information in reference to the project. Our insurance company denied our roof claim 3 times!!! When Rodney rang my doorbell, I was very skeptical that Blue Hammer Roofing would be able to help. BUT THEY DID! Rodney was here when my insurance adjuster came to look at the roof and he even climbed up with him to point out the damage that hadn’t been reported before! And now we have a new roof!!!!! And it looks awesome! And the workmen were really nice! Not usually a review writer, but Rodney and Blue Sky went above and beyond!

The men from Blue Hammer are excellent at their jobs. A neighbor who does commercial roofing watched them and was impressed with the excellent quality of thier work and their attentiveness to the task, as well as the product they used and the appearance of the completed roof. The only reason I docked them a point was that even after I requested it, they failed to remove two wood flats and some heavy metal roofing parts from my front yard which are too heavy for me to move.
