New View Roofing replaced our roof due to hail damage about a month ago (Feb 2022). We are one of the biggest skeptics of roofing companies as there seems to be someone knocking on our door every other week. In fact, we see roofing contractors as piranhas. However, we happened upon New View after seeing one of our neighbors having work done on her fence. Fortunately for us, New View Roofing bucked our skepticism, and it wasn’t without some initial resistance. Our manager, Burton Hughes was exceptional. He was proactive about following up with us but was never pushy. He always arrived early, was on top of the process, patient in explaining the process, made things happen quickly, ensured the highest attention to detail, and even offered some suggestions. Our roof looks so much cleaner with the ridge vents that he suggested. In addition, he arrived early on a Sunday AM even though our insurance company only gave us late notice Saturday afternoon that an adjuster was coming out to inspect our roof the next morning. Who would have known adjusters work on a Sunday? Burton worked closely with our insurance company to ensure that all the damages were truly considered and was able to get additional coverage for us. As far as the roofing crew, they were incredibly efficient and conscientious. They also arrived early, started work promptly and worked diligently to replace our roof in one day. We are still in awe that the work was completed in just one day. New Roof does not subcontract out the work, so the quality of the crew’s work stands out. The team is skilled, and they work so smoothly together to remove, repair, replace and even clean-up. As minor as that sounds, this company stands out amongst other roofing companies because they invest money on people to ensure that nails and damaging debris are picked up properly on both our premise and our neighbors’ property after the formal work was done. That was not the case with some of our other neighbors who used other companies. We could go on and on about New View Roofing and our manager Burton Hughes. Burton Hughes with New View Roofing set the standard for the way I expect roof repair after a hail storm to be done! He was at my door within hours of me reaching out to him and impressed me with his experienced based knowledge. He not only identified damages to my property quickly, but advised me of the next steps I needed to take to ensure a timely repair, avoiding further damage. His team showed up and was waiting for the adjuster and pointed out the areas of damage to them and they agreed with the assessment. The adjuster told me that "these guys are good to work with because they shoot straight!" Soon after, the work was completed as scheduled and took less than a day for all the repairs needed! Worked with Joey Hong for my home hail damage inspection and repair. From day one, I have nothing but positive experience. Joey did free inspection and gave heads up with insurance process. His inspection report is NOT exaggerated like other roofing contractors(who knocked my doors often). Its up to mark about which may get approved by Insurance. Didn't ask to sign any contract/doc before insurance approval. Once insurance approved the claim, they didn't ask even a dollar till work is complete. Not even a penny for materials. They are professional and very flexible to work with. Brain scheduled all repairs at my convenience (Roof replacement, Fence/door cleaning & Staining, Gutter replacement, Window screen replacement, Garage door repair etc). Working with Nick Royer for having my leaking roof repaired has been an absolute pleasure! Even though an extremely busy period, after 2 days of heavy rain, with most companies I contacted initially not being able to send out a project manager sooner than 3 days to have my roof inspected, Nick was able to came in and check on the roof in less than 24hrs after my initial call. Moreover, he had one of his crew members come in and fix my roof leak problem within 36hrs of my initial call. I very much appreciated that the entire roof was preventively sealed, not only the problematic area, with his crew being very meticulous checking all potential problematic spots and even cleaning some of the air vents that I was not aware they needed to be taken care of if it wasn't for them to take care of them. I highly recommend Nick and his company, one of the very positive experiences I had with any roofing company!

From day one, Scott showed up right on time and made a very good impression on how he would help me with the claim process. I am a veteran on 100% service connected disability and New View Roofing, ViC Voinovich, was the only roofing company that would send someone out before the next round of weekend rains and more damage to my roof and ceiling would occur.. He came out at 6pm when every other roofing company said to just use a bucket and hope the ceiling doesn't collapse due to the water. Vic came out and placed a patch cover until the insurance adjuster can get here next week. He stopped more damage from occurring until the insurance adjuster gets here. I can't say enough how this shows he and they care about people and not just the money like every other roofing company that wouldn't even try to get someone out before the next rain came. They will get my business by showing that level of care for someone.

Working with Scott was an absolutely wonderful experience all around. I needed his help 2 years ago before I even officially moved in and he quickly diagnosed the issue with what I thought was my roof but turned out to be my patio door. I bought a house that needs a lot of work including a new roof. New View Roofing was the only contractor that didn't give me a headache. They were on time for the bid appt, stated the date they could start/complete the work and actually did it and they didn't hit me up with additional fees. Joey Hong was referred by a friend. I contacted Joey for roof inspection and he promptly scheduled an inspection. We contacted New View to get a second opinion on our new construction roof, and Scott Berlin came out to do that inspection. He was friendly and professional, walked through the whole place with us, sent his drone up to get a better view of the very steep, high roof, and made a number of recommendations that were invaluable in getting the roof and drainage systems finished to a good standard. Nick Royer was very timely and professional in handling our roof replacement due to recent wind and hail damage. I invited New View to give a bid on a new roof. A representative came by and was very knowledgeable and personable. That was November 2. He said the bid would be forthcoming. The bid never came. I have called and he said he would send the bid right over. I never heard from him again. I don't know why he didn't want my business.
