BEWARE... BEWARE... HORRIBLE.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... WRONG PRODUCT USED ON MY HOUSE. AS A RESULT MY CEDAR SIDING IS RUINED. $125,000 plus OF DAMAGES TO MY HOUSE. The ordeal I have endured with Artisons Painting is a cautionary tale that no homeowner should ever have to endure. If I could, I would give them a negative rating for the utterly atrocious experience I've had. This is not a licensed business I found out regrettably after the damages they caused. My initial encounter with Joe was filled with optimism as we discussed an exterior home project. This project encompassed staining my home and addressing rotted cedar siding across various sections. Regrettably, what should have been a straightforward undertaking turned into a series of mishaps and mismanagement. My concerns began when the project commenced and Joe's crew used a sprayer rather than a paint method I requested. Joe insisted the spray method was far more superior and will penetrate the cedar better. His painter proceeded to spray my cedar home before addressing the rotted wood, a process that was inherently flawed. My attempts to correct this were met with disregard as Joe insisted that this was their standard procedure we will remove the rotted wood after were done spraying your home. The paint they used was watered down. I addressed that to Joe and he stated it wasn't and that we just put water ontop of the paint so it doesn't dry out. As they spraying began, I immediately questioned Joe as to looking like water being sprayed on my house. Joe gave me another line, it was just wet. IT WILL BE OK. At the end of the day, my concerns became evident. I saw bubbling throughout the house highlighting a severe lapse in execution and my cedar home now had an appearance of a hardy board siding stripping the integrity of a cedar look. What added to the distress was the revelation that a latex paint had been used instead of the agreed-upon stain, a breach of our contract terms. NEVER WAS A PAINT REQUESTED!!! The lack of supervision on the crew, coupled with a clear misunderstanding of the project scope, only exacerbated the issues. Joe's intermittent presence did little to rectify the situation, as the problems persisted and worsened over the 2 days. Materials were utilized without any prior discussion or consent, leading to inappropriate substitutions such as plastic PVC trim around my shed door, and pine wood was slipped in for facia board replacement. Corner boards were replaced with unsuitable wood, and the cedar siding that was installed was on the wrong side—nothing short of a DISASTER! Paint brush streaks adorned the gutters, a stark reminder of the mismatch between oil-based stain and water-based paint. The application failed to adhere as promised, with bubbling and cracks emerging within a day. As the months passed, these flaws have only magnified, rendering my house a disheartening sight. The distressing culmination of this saga has left me utterly disheartened. Not only has the aesthetic appeal of my home been marred, but the workmanship and professionalism promised were but empty words. The nightmare continues as I grapple with the consequences of this ill-fated endeavor. Every glance at my house now evokes a sense of frustration and sorrow. Artisons Painting has been nothing short of a disaster. The lack of adherence to contract terms, disregard for quality workmanship, disregard for the customer and their home and evident lack of supervision have transformed what should have been a positive transformation into an ongoing nightmare. I implore others to exercise extreme caution before considering their services.

Update, we had Artisons Painters back to do more painting work as they always do the best painting work. We had them install trim, wainscoting trim, custom shadow boxes trim and had them spray it. We were very pleased with the house painters from Artisons Painting and how professional they were. We had them spray our cabinets, doors, trim and they painted the walls and ceilings in our home. The finish looks perfect and they were able to get it done sooner than they originally quoted me. All areas were covered and they made sure to put 2 coats of good quality Benjamin Moore paint on. Joe and his team were always asking if I had any questions and kept good communication throughout the entire process. When they were done we inspected the job and made everything was done that I asked for. They had some really unique ladders that were able to get high up and take care of our Great room. I initially reached out on their website for an estimate and Joe responded right away and scheduled me in for the following day. From the first time I reached out to start it was only a week and a half. All in all a great crew and family owned business that you can tell really cares. The seem to go the extra mile to make sure everything is up to my standard, which are high.

Artisons Painting was very precise and straight forward when I contracted them to paint my mother’s home. Joe was on time and itemized all the separate rooms so I could pick and choose what I wanted done. They told me that 2 coats was necessary for a professional finish and to properly cover up the old color. Other painters said 1 coat and would charge more for a second coat. He included all materials in the price so I knew exactly what I was paying. After the work they checked all the rooms themselves and then with me so we could make sure the job was done right, which it was and it looked great. I couldnt find any flaws and was so happy to not have to nit pick and worry avout the job. They are the easiest and most polite contractors I have used and took the worry out of having someone in my mom’s. Great bunch of guys, keep it up.

I was searching for the best painters near me and Artisons Painting came up as the Top rated local painting contractors. Joe the owner came out the next day to estimate the exterior and interior painting of my home. I had some drywall damage that needed repair and he itemized that separately for me. I had the whole house painted, drywall repaired and my cabinets spray painted and I'm very pleased with the painting. They were clean and on time and Joe got me the estimate out the next day. Artisons Painting pricing was very competitive and they finished painting ahead of schedule. One thing i was very happy with is that they are family owned, don't sub out the work and they are not a franchise. All their own employees do the painting so they make sure its done right the first time.

It always hard to find a good painting company near me and I saw Artisons Painting doing a beautiful job painting my neighbor’s house. When they were done I had Julien and Joe give me a free estimate. They wrote it up on the spot and started the next week. They were very tedious and made sure all areas were perfectly painted and their paint lines were straight. I will give them a call in the spring to do the exterior. Artisons Painting was top notch from the start to the finish.

Artison's painting did a variety of small jobs and they were amazing. The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding. They covered everything, we're respectful of my house and their work is beautiful. Joe and his team were on time and did a few other things that I hadn't noticed. Great work, nice people and professional. I'm very picky and I highly recommend them. They did better work than Jon Dec that wanted to charge me significantly more.

Joe and his team are the best. They’ve done a few wall repairs for us (we live in an old house with lots of “surprises), and recently installed shaker style wainscoting trim in our basement that we LOVE. They are very professional and skilled craftsmen, and they are very good at communicating along the way to make sure things turn out exactly how we want them to. We will definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to others!!
