It’s a very small coffee shop. Don’t like people making your order? No problem, at this place a robot can do it for you. At this place messing up your name is optional. This location has 7 robot arms making orders. I recommend using the app and ordering it that way. Absolutely 0 human interaction if you don’t want it. Does this mean that your order is more cost effective? Nope, but the show is worth it. Also they won’t mess up your order. I’ve been to this place a few times and the robots always maintained consistency. This place have very little seating. There are 2 small stools in the lobby of the building next door and 2 small tables that seats 2. Iced matcha latte 5/5 Whole milk, ice, dissolved matcha powder. Pretty simple drink but a lot of places mess this up by not dissolving the powder. This place makes it the way I like it. Every time. Service - 5/5? They are robots… so I guess it’s 5/5? They don’t mess up your name. They make your drink consistently every time as long as you ordered it correctly, no small talk and they take about 1 min for your drink. What’s not to like? Want human interaction? Talk to the person next to you while the robot makes your drink.

They spent so much time wondering if they could, they didn't stop to ask if they should. Didn't even realize it was a full robot barista situation when we first ordered. I wouldn't really call myself an idealist in regards to the heart of coffee, but this made me feel blah. It's not that I want to see a bunch of people rushing around stressed making coffee, but if it's gonna be this, than may as well just have a vending machine spit out a latte. It would have been faster actually, since it stalled a couple minutes needing to be refilled with milk, which the robot arms could not do. All that for a lukewarm chai latte. I might not have even done a review if I hadn't received a tepid drink in place of a hot one. The 2 stars are because the human working there was nice.

First time trying Artly Coffee. My partner and I arrived on a Saturday around 1:30pm and it was pretty busy. If you’re looking for a quick coffee and go I do not recommend this place. It is def a lab experience where a robot makes your coffee for you and that can take a little longer than a person who might speed make your drink for you. If you’d like some tasty drink and an experience while you’re at it then I def recommend giving this place a try. AND Jarvis pronounced my name correctly which most human baristas get wrong lol.

More of a novelty experience to watch a robot making your coffee. Being near Pike Place Market, the coffee is not cheap. It also take a longer time to get made, so what was supposed to be a hot coffee was quite tepid on being made. Also, with no human actually making the coffee, and this being only take-out, why are customers being prompted to tip? Note that this place does not accept cash. Overall, good to try out once for the novelty of it, but there are so many better coffee places nearby.

I think it is super cool to have your coffee made by robots. And those robots are the only barista in the US to pronounce my name right LOL. With human barista I simply just said my name was Kim, because they'll never get my name right. Anyways, the shop itself is small, so yeah it is a bit of a wait but I don't minds honestly, and since it's robot they're super precise but not as fast as human barista of course. Although I don't mind, starbucks has way more line to be honest. And the coffe taste decent.

Such a cool experience to watch a robot arm act as a barista - and using normal barista equipment too! The latte art movement was so smooth as well! We used the app to score some really good deals on the coffee, though it was a bit buggy at times. The coffee tasted great and the pastries were pretty decent, but much better with the option to heat them up. One of our drinks had to be made by hand due to some technical difficulties, but overall not bad!

A slow moving novelty…. The main attraction is watching a slow moving robotic arm making you a cup of espresso… As far as the cafe experience . Slow and rather average. I wouldn’t call this the future of coffee. There are large all in one machines in Europe that can run circles around this. But it’s something different than watching an underpaid barista making your drink. They do have a tip option . For the robot ???

Heard about this place on social media and decided to check it out when I was in the area. Super fun and unique experience watching the robots create our drinks using barista tools with the utmost precision. I got the honey rose latte with oat milk, which was good overall but I wish it had a bit more rose flavor. I’d still recommend checking this place out for the experience!

Very interesting concept. It was really fun watching the robot making drinks, the table displays the progress of each customer's order. Technically the coffee/drink maker robots may not be that challengingly complex, but seeing the technology gets applied and blended into daily life is definitely something innovative.

It was incredibly fun watching my family react to robots making our drinks. The prices for coffee are not expensive! And the human barista was incredibly friendly and helpful with our questions. Looking forward to coming back again!

A tiny coffee shop with a powerful technology. The AI driven robotic coffee maker was amazing, it was innovative and unique as compared to other cafes. -1 star because except from the technology, the coffee quality is similar other normal cafes. If this coffee beans could be more authentic and higher quality, this coffee shop can def do wonders Internationally.

Greatly impressed by the barista robot as it did an amazing job making a coffee for me. This was my first time visiting Seattle and Artly Coffee is definitely a must go place. I am looking forward to seeing more Artly Coffee throughout the country

Cool concept but a little slow for my taste!! Ordered a cappuccino. Robot prioritizes cleaning the frothing pitcher before giving the coffee to the customer who had been waiting for more than 3 mins since it started making the darn coffee. To say this is after I tipped it 15% (maybe it felt I was too stingy).

It is a small beautiful shop with AI as your barista. It is such a cool experience. We had Chai Latte and Ube Latte with oat meal, they all were so tasty surprisingly. We loved that the flavor were strong but so smooth. Loved it, definitely come back.
