Do not trust them when they say they will refund you. They don't refund in store, you have to call some other place to get your money back and if you don't follow up, it could take months. We got a recliner couch from a sales guy call Vinny, he says the discount he can give us is only for today, but we can refund in 48hr if we go home and decides if it doesn't fit our house. So I paid up front , but next day we called to cancel the order, i called him 3 times in the 48hr span trying to get a email confirmation, and he just gave me a customer service line to call to cancel, and he said they don't deal with refund in store, refund can not be done through them. Eventually I got the email confirmation from the customer service line but it will takes 7-10 business days to refund my credit card. So I waited patiently for 10 business days, but it's more like 16days including weekends, I still didn't get refund. I call them and they said they forgot to log it in their system to refund me, and I have to wait another 7-10 business days. I ask them can it be expedited, but they say they will submit it up and see if they get back in the next few days. Lol. How can they just forget to refund over $4000 after their customer waited all this time. This feels like a total scam. I'll call my credit card company and try to back charge the money. It's quick for them to take your money, but have to jump through hoops yourself and keep calling them to get your money back.

Came in to buy a couch. Ended up being the wrong size so we called to cancel the order. Sheetal, who was helping us stated that we did not need to come in to process the refund and when I asked her for a receipt for evidence of the refund she laughed and said that they don’t provide refund receipt. She just said that in 2 weeks it should be in my account. I kept getting texts to schedule my delivery however, Sheetal told me to just ignore the texts and they should stop soon. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I still have not received my refund and Ashely’s Homestore left me a voicemail stating that I still have an active purchase to be delivered. I called them back and turns out my order was never canceled even though I called Sheetal twice to make sure it was canceled and asked for proof of refund as I purchased a couch elsewhere. Now it’s been a month and still no refund. Do not recommend going to Sheetal.

Vinny our sales person was fantastic!! But the customer service for getting the refund is horrible. I called the cancel the day after due to the sofa measurements being too long as discussed with Vinny when buying it that if once I get home it didn’t fit I could call to cancel which I did. Twice and was told they’d reach out to confirm cancellation. I’ve been called by 3 different people continuously asking when I’m picking it up.. when I cancelled. And was told it was never cancelled. I’m confused as there’s no head office phone to call.. I keep speaking with the same girl when I call this number provided here and there must’ve been some confusion as she definitely didn’t cancel my order I’m desperately needing the 2 grand I spent on this couch as I’m unable to find a better fit until I get it back. Very disappointed in the fact I’m not getting an update on what’s happening .

I am an Ashley furniture customer from a few years ago. I dealt with sales person Vinny for my first purchase. He was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help me pick out my sectional. Which I love it looks great in my living room! This past week I took my parents back to your Brentwood location in Calgary. Again we were greeted at the door by none other than Vinny! He was very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. We took some time to think before making our decision and he even came in on his day off to make the sale which we really appreciated! He is hands down the best furniture salesmen we have ever dealt with. Thanks again Vinny! We will be sure to return to Ashley for any future furniture purchases

Second time shopping at Ashley’s, once at this location and once in Whitehorse, Yukon. Both interactions were less than desirable. Firstly, when we purchased new furniture in Whitehorse 5 years ago the store was less than competent. The items were damaged and staff were not customer service orientated. We recently ordered a cabinet for our our new house from the same set post move and dealt with the online store as I wanted to avoid dealing with the employees directly. Turns out online ordering from Ashley’s was as bad as in store service. Subsequently this was our last order from Ashley’s.

We just bought a queen bed frame from Ashley. Great selection to look at and the staging/styling was well done. Our sales rep, Simran, at the Brentwood store was knowledgable and gave us good space to discuss. We settled on a real wood frame and the price was reasonable. Fingers crossed the delivery and product are as good as our storefront experience.

We were very well received and serviced by Adrian. He helped us get our measurements, and promptly answered all of our concerns. We ended up going back on a second day and changed our choices, which he welcomed and helped us to get sorted. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a bed frame parts are missing they sent me new ones and then one of the important parts were ripped out and I still can't build my frame it's been a month. Such a hassle don't buy from them! It takes up to a week to get your parts too

They delivered at the right time and super friendly. My mom was very happy they took off their shoes before coming into the house. She didnt expect that. I purchased furniture's from Ashley before and they never disappoint!
