We absolutely love Perfect Home Furniture. While looking for a new sectional, we wandered in to perfect home having no idea what to expect. Our salesperson, Mo was extremely helpful but not pushy at all, giving us our space to look but being available if we had any questions. We ended up buying basically a whole new living room set with higher quality furniture for a lower price than just the sectional, compared to other stores we had been looking at. Mo took great care of us, he also made sure we got the very best deal, going completely above and beyond, calling me a few days after we purchased our furniture to let me know that the sectional we bought was actually on sale at a better price than we paid, so we were refunded the difference. We were totally surprised and impressed by this. We were also told to expect our delivery mid January but it was ready before the new year! Our delivery drivers (I totally forgot to get their names) were also amazing. They too, went above and beyond, taking great care of the furniture they brought in and were so kind and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed before leaving. I highly recommend perfect home furniture and we will definitely be back in the future for future purchases. There are so many businesses that are seriously lacking in customer service and just general human kindness. The entire experience with Perfect Home Furniture was such a breath a fresh air.

Absolutely awesome experience from the purchase of my furniture to the delivery. I am actually going back to buy more. When I entered the store I was not confronted by a sales person. I love that!. After I was allowed to do my browsing uninterrupted I was greeted and asked if I was looking for something special. No pressure at all. I love that! . The sales person went over the pricing with me and again no hard sell. I love that!. I ended up buying a phenomenal Canadian made sectional, an upholstered chair, and 4 bar stools. Awesome! So far not one negative. Delivery was a week later and two incredibly nice gentlemen arrived at my door to place the furniture (John and Cal). These men were the nicest and funniest guys that I’ve ever and I mean ever! had deliver furniture. While they assembled they made sure they were completely professional, respectful, and courteous. I love that! At the end of my experience they shook my hand and said thank you for choosing Perfect Home. Again the respect for their customer is un-ending I will always buy from them because their furniture is so nice and the experience is one I will always remember. I felt like I was a VIP. Carol L.

We had bought a couch just over a year ago from the heritage point location and it fell apart immediately. Long story short, we had manufacturers warranty and extended warranty, but didn't get a response for over a year. It wasn't until Brad from the Airdrie location called to help us after he saw that I left a negative Google review. Brad was very helpful and supportive. The extended warranty company, Guardsman, is a pain to work with and has a drawn out process. 4 months after the claim was submitted, we got confirmation that we can get a new couch, so we went to the Airdrie location to pick something out today, and it was a very smooth process. Willy was very friendly and helpful and showing us a selection of sectional styles we were interested in. I enjoyed the experience much more at the Airdrie location than at the heritage location. Hoping the rest of the process goes smoothly once the couch is delivered. Didn't not get the extended warranty this time, because Guardsman isn't pleasant to deal with.

This review is long over due - I purchased a sectional from Perfect Home Furniture Heritage meadows -the couch spring had given out in a spot within the one year warranty. The technician came out to check if it was worth repairing. The outcome was to replace the couch. so i had gone in to pick out a replacement which was great i ended up spending a little more on a bigger couch but the staff were very helpful went above and beyond for me... 5 stars to them ! The delivery drivers were awesome! you Don't usually get delivery drivers that seem to enjoy there jobs! these two were telling jokes singing and happy to answer any questions. Hopefully they can look up who did the delivery ( i don't remember there names) and pass along the great job they are doing !!! 5 Stars to them as well!! Thank you perfect home for the amazing couch and great service!!!! 100 % would recommend them !!!!

It’s no surprise that Perfect Home has beautiful furniture at great prices. But the service is more than excellent! 1) The moment we walked in, Chris greeted us. But he’s not the type to hover over you while you’re shopping. After letting us know of the current promotions, he let us have our space. When we found what we wanted he gave us all the information we needed. He answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy or “salesy”. We will definitely ask for him next time we stop by. 2) The turnover time was quick and our furniture got delivered when they said it would! 3) Shoutout to Kel and John, the delivery guys who set up our furniture wonderfully while bringing us entertainment. They are so pun-y! Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely be shopping here again and hopefully get serviced by the same awesome people!

Deep our salesman was great.No pressure salesman here . Just the right amount of help when I needed & not when I didn’t. I found a fantastic couch & chair up in their clearance. There were beautiful furnishings & furniture throughout.Lots of great deals,& a huge selection. I had my furniture delivered. Major shout out to Kel & John the 2 delivery guys.These 2 guys were hilarious cracking jokes, manoeuvres with these 2 large pieces through narrow spaces & a small elevator. Made it look easy.Clearly pros.These 2 went out of their way to help me out. Really appreciated their helping hand.Enjoying my comfy new furniture ♥️

My review is based on the service in store. The employees are just way too intrusively overbearing and aggravating for me. Its giving aggressive sales! They make shopping experience unenjoyable. The following around the store. You can't take a minute to breathe and decide under your own breath without being interrupted every second pretty much. Its classless. Anyone that walks in to a store already knows what they want to buy or have an idea. You can't decide for people what to buy or when to buy it. I don't understand the following around?? If a customer has a question they'll beckon to someone for help. When you ask for space they literally just show up the next minute. Makes me sick!

First time shopping here for furniture but will definitely be back in the future. Picked out our new couch from the large showroom and got a great deal on it. The salesmen helping us was very helpful but didn't stalk us around the store like what you experience at other similar stores. I also received a call after the fact that we had been accidentally overcharged for our sale so that I could come into the store and be refunded the difference. That level of honesty was greatly apperciated. Our couch was available in stock and was delivered to our home within a week of payment. Delivery guys were efficient and friendly. A great experience the whole way through.

It is literally the best furniture store out there. I needed 4 couches and since we were renovating the place, I had to imagine everything and that of course takes time to put everything together in head. Anyway, so I took my time n Debbie made my experience even better by suggesting and sharing options. She answered all the questions i had (and trust me I had many) and then left me to explore things on my own. I like it when staff doesn't follow me in every corner. Delivery was scheduled and delivery staff was also very nice n followed instructions.

Service was good when we were purchasing, the sales team is great. Unfortunately, the product does not stand the test of time. We purchased a sectional in 2019 and we have had to replace one corner section of it, and pay to have it replaced. One middle section was wareented to be changed out and we will have to replace 2 more sections if we choose to keep it. We are currently looking at buying a new sectional, it will not be from here. We are truly unsatisfied with the warranty and lack of craftsmanship in the product we purchased. Butter beware.

We were greeted respectfully as we entered. Asked what we were looking for and shown to the exact location upon telling the salesperson. The prices were second to none and the quality was equal to or better than everything else we had looked at previously which was quite an extensive list. The salesperson answered all our questions, and when he was unsure he told us, and went and got the answers for us. All in all a great experience and we will be back to Perfect Home in the future for more furniture shopping and purchases.

When we came it we had a moment to browse. Then Peter came over and was inviting and very patient with us. He asked what we were looking for and promptly showed us different choices while helping us to understand the different design and construction of the furniture. Ultimately after trying about 8 sofas we decided on a decor rest sectional. And as Peter had pointed out the construction quality and comfort are superior in this brand. It's was a great experience and we appreciated Peter's help and expertise.

I have been eyeing the Evolve 5pc living room furniture for some time now. A week ago we popped in and had some questions answered. Sandra was very helpful with the information but we went home to mull it over yet again. 5 days later, we called and spoke with Sandra and she helped to set up the sale over the phone and they sent a link for payment and it was all done. Thank you to all at Perfect Home. This is now our 3rd purchase over time and it is always a pleasant experience.

We bought sofa and dining table there. Vira, the sales staff was really friendly and the manager was very helpful too. Especially thanks to the delivery team, John and Kel. They are quite professional, efficient and friendly. They even helped us moving some other heavy furniture in my house. I was just in the store yesterday and had wonderful service from Kasia. I had to give four out of five as I actually haven't had the furniture delivered so don't know what that service is like. But the buying experience was great and the prices are competitive. Highly recommend seeking out Kasia for help at Perfect Home. We bought a leather sofa, love seat, and recliner. Less than 30 months later, sofa and love seat are shedding, the leather looks like it’s been in our home for ten years, not less than three, we paid about 4 thousand dollars for the items. We didn’t buy the extended warranty. With leather we didn’t think it was necessary. The store blames the manufacturer. We are not happy. Buyer beware I guess. I would buy furniture somewhere else.

Nice furniture but it's expensive for what you get. The owners are nice and the service is good but we aren't happy with the product quality. We bought a couch from them, saw it in Calgary and bought it from their Airdrie location, and within a year our $1100 couch padding has squished down. We're not heavy people yet our couch has dramatically thinned out. The store has a lot of accents and decorating pieces that are quite lovely.

The 2 stars is because of the collection, the rest is not good. You buy the furniture, it takes ages to come. Now I also bought the protection plans but those doesn't work. They keep rejecting my requests, giving some weird reasons. IF YOU HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE, DO NOT FALL FOR THE PROTECTION PLANS !!! I WASTED $500 JUST ON THAT THIBKING ITS FOR MENTAL PEACE..

I bought 2 unbelievably comfortable tempur-pedic pillows. I have to say that the pillow I had previously doesn’t come close to my current one. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a comfy sleep and stability on my neck. Especially from waking aswell. Perfect Home Furniture will definitely have what you would need! The salesman was good and helpful. However we wanted to just buy the floor model in the store in our house. Instead we were told to drive 35 minutes to the warehouse in Airdrie to get it. It wasn’t there. Instead I had to go to the Airdrie store to get the floor model from that store. Ridiculous and a huge waste of time and expense for no reason.

We just purchased a great sectional for a great price at Perfect Home Furniture however, beyond those two things we received outstanding customer service from start to finish. Great options, various price points. Too soon to judge anything about the quality of the couch we bought as it's yet to arrive, and we will know only after a few months of use. Great customer service and overall satisfied. I would personally hope that store had a few more options with the more "affordable" price points.

Perfect home's staff are friendly and doesn't really follow you around while you try and shop around. They would just ask questions if you need help or give you some information on the furniture you are looking at. We had Kamal help us choose the right couch for us, and he had really great advices! I went to buy a couch during their 60% sale, lots of nice pieces to choose from but I chose an Italian white leather by Violino with a slim looking couch $500. off. Beat all other stores in price comparison by $2,000. Great delivery guys too. Liz
