I am immensely dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of customer service from Ashley. I ordered a sofa over two weeks ago, waited for my delivery date, just to find out that morning my sofa wasn’t going to be delivered. My husband and I took off work and stayed home for the delivery, and I didn’t find out the delivery was going to be canceled because I was contacted, I found out because on the tracking delivery email I received the morning my sofa was to be delivered, the quantity stated 0 for 1 of the 3 sections to the sectional that I ordered. If all sections aren’t at the warehouse then the delivery has to be rescheduled. What a HUGE inconvenience and especially frustrating to not have communication about the change!! Then I go to the Miramar Ashley store and the manager, Yama, showed no compassion to the situation. He didn’t put much effort in trying to make things right and didn’t show too much care and concern. Usually with great customer service when a customer is put through such a situation one would think the manager would try to go over and beyond to keep your business, but he didn’t. I asked him to call his manager and he said because of the holiday he’s too busy and won’t answer. I’ll never shop at Ashley again. I don’t appreciate the lack of customer service and communication when I waited so long for my sofa to be delivered, just to find out on the delivery day that my sofa wasn’t coming. Then go to the store and experience a manager with a lack of concern. I’d give no stars of it was an option

(Went to ikea and living spaces, and Ashley had by far the best deals. Elias helped us out and was super friendly and professional. Would recommend.) Correction ! I originally gave this place 5 stars because the prices were great and the quality of furniture was great. However, they assured us of a delivery date and when we called the main headquarters to find out what time they'd be delivering for that assured date, they had no record of our information or delivery date. They promised itd be there the following day and that wed get a call beforehand regarding timeframes for delivery. When that time had passed and still received no call about delivery, we called back and AGAIN they said they didn't have information about our delivery and they wouldnt be able to get it to us until over the weekend. We paid extra for an expedited delivery because we were having a house warming and they dropped the ball hugely. After numerous complaints and good for nothing customer service reps, they offered to give us "gift cards" to their store (which why would we spend our money with them after such disorganization?!) But anyway when these "gift cards" came in the mail they were SPEND $400 AT OUR STORE AND GET $100 OFF-what a joke that is not a gift card that's a promo. I guess as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.. I'd spend my money elsewhere.

Go see Jimmy. We met Jimmy when we arrived to San Diego at Ashley Furniture. He was very patience and walked through the entire store with us. We told him what our budget was and he made sure we kept our budget but also made sure the furniture we bought was well made and went with our color scheme. He made us feel very comfortable. Unfortunately after two months , our apartment was flooded and we lost our brand new furniture. Without any doubts we knew to go back to Jimmy. Jimmy comforted us and was very sincere about our situation. Jimmy easily access our previous invoice and made it super easy to re-purchase the furniture and very patience when we wanted to make changes to certain items. Any concerns we had , Jimmy has always been a phone call away. Jimmy will always carry a special place in our heart due to his professionalism, ethics and his amazing heart for his customers. Highly recommend the store . Go see our new friend Jimmy.

Buying the furniture was an awesome experience and Bill was great! It was after our furniture was delivered is when there has been problem after problem. Things have been sent in the wrong size, missing pieces and we are sleeping in our living room because we have half of a bed put together after multiple people have been sent out. We have called multiple time and the times when we do get a response it’s always the same thing “our manage will call you” and guess what? The manager NEVER calls. We are beyond frustrated, annoyed and disappointed. My family and I only ever get our furniture from Ashley but after this experience I never want to deal with them again. It’s been almost 2 months and nothing has been even started to get resolved. If you buy furniture from this store and you have a problem they will just ignore you in hopes you stop reaching out.

I’m pleased to share an excellent customer service experience from Aida Maroun at Ashley Furniture in Miramar. My Husband and I received our new sofa Dec.17 but decided to exchange it. The fact that the new sofa was delivered to our home, I did not know if it was possible. I reached out to Aida, who listened to our issue and immediately took it for action. Upon approval from the store manager, she immediately contacted me to come back and pick a different set. My Husband and I felt relief that we were going to be able to exchange the sofa. If, it wouldn’t been for the store manager and Aida’s passion, honesty and outstanding customer service, this would have never happened! They both were incredible. We had such a wonderful experience choosing our new living room sofa. We live in a 1-bedroom Downtown high-rise and we found the perfect living room sleeper sofa with a chaise that we envisioned for the space. We had the absolute pleasure working with both Mindy and Marie and they made our purchase so seamless! Mindy helped a lot with the initial research for our couch (she even gave us her phone to contact her anytime with any questions we had) and Marie made the payment process so quick and easy. And for just $100, you can have your couch delivered and assembled by their delivery team. This is such a special place. Andre, the manager, made everyone who came in feel valued and cared for. I really, really don't like shopping, but this place made me feel like looking for hours. It is full of so many beautiful decorations. The variety of pictures and wall decorations is amazing. There are so many styles to choose from and it is set up so well. My daughter needed a new bed, and was impressed with the selection and the prices. She found just what she was looking for. All of the employees seemed wonderfully kind and laid back. What a great experience. I definitely recommend taking a look if you need anything. There seems to be something for everyone. Thanks for the great experience Andre. You made me into a shopper. We’ve been buying Ashley furnitures for about 2 decades now. We’ve always had a good experience with Ashley. This time we got a couple of furnitures and was assisted by Mindie Kang. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and very sweet. She helped us without the pressure of buying anything we don’t want. We had a problem with our box spring (being too high) and I reached out to her about it. She went above and beyond to make sure Ashley will take care of it. We appreciate her manager Andre for helping us out as well and getting the new box spring delivered. We will always come back to Ashley. We had great customer service which is lacking these days. Please look for Mindie if you happen to shop there. She will take good care of you :)

There weren't a lot of sales people available to answer questions. Then when I did find one, he was good at taking the time to look for the chair I wanted to purchase. After not finding it on the show floor, I decided to still go ahead and order it. I specifically gave him my new address, yet when I received my email confirmation of the order, it still showed the old address. Had I not caught it before I left the store, the chair may have been delivered to my old address. This sloppiness and not paying attention to detail is unacceptable. Customer service resolved the problem before I left the store. Otherwise, it would be a one star review.

This was by far my worst experience! This store charged me over $2,000 above their online prices and took them more than 2 months to match their online prices. The warranty company they deal with is Scam (protect all), they charged me $749 for a warranty and they don’t want to cover anything! Claiming because we wiped the stain with a cloth! No I paid $749 for nothing! Now I have new furniture that l need to throw away! The best part about Ashley? You call them 100 times and no one picks up the phone!! I will NEVER buy from Ashley again and I will warn anyone looking to buy a furniture to not deal with this headache!

After realizing we had made a mistake with our measurements we had to take another trip out to the store and change our pieces. Our original salesperson Mindy who was extremely helpful and nice was unfortunately not there but instead we were helped by the store manager Andre who was extremely patient and helpful. He was very courteous and professional. Andre helped us pick our new pieces and took care of the paperwork. David was also very nice and helpful with the exchange. We had another great experience at this location and recommend it to anyone looking for great furniture at a great price. Thank you!

Just purchased a new sectional as well as a dining room table and chairs. Ask for Marie at the Miramar location, great customer service, very knowledgeable and not pushy. Thank you Marie! 9/19/23 Edit: Upon delivery, all 8 dining room chairs were damaged. We refused the chairs and been told by a customer care representative that the chairs will be remade and inspected before they send them again. They tried to deliver the new chairs again today and 7 out of the 8 are damaged again. The customer care representative, who called me was rude, impatient, and hung up the phone in my face. Terrible experience.

We came into Ashley furniture and were greeted by Marie. I told her I was there to use a store credit immediately asked me for my name so she could look up the details. As we looked around she was an outstanding employee I never felt pressured by her I ended up getting an entrainment center. She was very helpful in getting my delivery date and even went the extra mile to help us with a the delivery and set up. If it wasn’t for her help I would of honestly just let my 400.00 store credit go to waste. Thanks Marie you are amazing and very helpful I will definitely come back to see you!

Bill was awesome with my phone order. I purchased a sofa and chair a year ago and wanted to add one more chair. I ran into a roadblock when learning the set is being discontinued so they didn't have the chair at my local warehouse or store. I called down to San Diego as my husband and I are in the process of relocating out of state and have one last load coming to the new place. Bill made the process of getting that one last chair in need delivered to my husband before the last load arrives at the new place. Thank you Bill for completing my set and making it a painless process.

I wish we can take them to court, but is my own stupidity so don’t be like me. First of all these 5 stars you see are people like me who were promised $25 gift card if you give the store 5 star, they stand and watch you do it then they tell you you will get in in the mail. 4 months no gift card. but the one really pissed me off is you can not get thru the phone and when you do they never call you back, i have a furniture missing parts but i still didn’t get it yet . majority of the sales guys are related, so you can’t ask for a manager cause he is the uncle or something.

Update: I noticed the chest was extremely wobbly upon delivery and I let the driver know. He said to call and report it if the issue was still there once I put my stuff in it. They sent a tech out just for him to tell me it's the design of the chest and won't be changed and to put something under the chest to distribute the weight evenly and blamed my carpet. My previous furniture had no issues like that. Not giving me the option to change it is ridiculous. It's a safety hazard if that thing tips over. Scott was very helpful with purchasing our bedroom set. Thanks!

Our salesperson Jimmy greeted us as we came in the store and made us feel like family. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. I just bought a mattress here and the whole experience was fantastic! Scott was awesome and helped me so much to narrow down what I needed. The selection was very impressive; there were some pricey ones if you’re in the market for that extra quality but also some wonderful, more affordable options. Something for everyone! I was pleasantly surprised at how many options there were to choose from. The whole store is great, so much natural light and a beautiful selection of furniture. I will definitely be back soon!

We purchased a living room sofa set from the San Diego store and were very impressed with the sizeable options the store had for us to select from. Julian was very patient and on point with his assistance in making us aware of various features, comparisons of different options. Andre, the store manager was quite easy to work with also. I went to the Ashley store in Miramar and spoke with Jimmy. He was my salesman. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable and I inquired about a military discount being. I'm a Veteran Marine, and he said that he would try to get a discount. In fact, he actually got a 10% discount. Approved by his store, manager Pouya. And my wife and I will be getting our brand new couch this Saturday. And we're very excited, so thank you very much to the entire team.

Taxmen was wonderful. I was struggling with my decision. When I showed her the table that was made for me, she took me straight to the perfect chair. I had skipped past this chair because I thought they were part of a set. It took her 5 seconds to point it out. I had tried Macy’s, Target and Living Spaces but Ashley’s selections, prices, especially, the assembly and delivery price sold me. This was my first time at Ashley and I go again.

What a great shopping experience! Marie greeted us and led us through a smooth, stress-free, and informative tour of the bedroom and living room furniture that we were looking for. She was never pushy, answered all our questions, and appeared to genuinely want us to get the right furniture for us. I recently purchased furniture from the Ashley store in Miramar, San Diego. I can’t say enough good things on how impressed I am on the service and experience I had. Momo was my sales person who by all means, terrific. He went above and beyond in overseeing my purchase and I want to publicly thank him for all that he did for me. Ask for Momo when shopping at the Miramar location you won’t be disappointed.

This review is based on the customer service of Scott, who took over for Jerome who apparently was taken away by another possible buyer. Scott was professional, courteous and available to answer our questions. He even took a painting off a wall to check for pricing. We ended up purchasing a coffee table and another piece of wall art. I will update this review when the merchandise is recieved.

If you’re in the market for a cloud couch, check out Coleman Furniture online. I canceled my order of the Sophie couch after realizing that Ashley Furniture was overcharging me by $500. (Including free delivery with Coleman vs. $199 with Ashley Furniture). The sales associate assured me I would only be able to purchase this couch through Ashley. Do your research before purchasing in store.

My husband and I visited this store on a Tuesday evening. We went in specifically for an accent chair. Marie found us walking around and not only helped us find a chair, but also showed us the upstairs sleep center where we picked out a mattress. She was entertaining and got us an amazing deal and we felt very good about our purchase. Customer service was 10/10 for her and her manager.

My first visit was ok, the couch I found online turned out to be discontinued and not available when I got there and the service wasn’t all that great, a couple weeks later I tried again and found exactly what I was looking for and Kristin was a really great help in the process. Couch got delivered 2 days ago and it’s perfect! I’d go back based on how my second visit went.

Sam is the best! He was patient with us during our multiple returns to the store and burned some calories walking from one end to the store to the other multiple times as we tried to decide between two pieces. He even moved furniture around so we could see what pieces worked best for us. We’ll be back to see him when it’s time for something new!

I have to reach out and commend Scot for his extensive knowledge, patience and selfless guidance. The store has a great selection of reasonable y prices furniture, especially if you can find something that doesn’t need customizing. We were able to match some pieces from our shopping list and use Ashley pieces, thereby saving a lot.
