I would always, always recommend this spot and was a regular here until today. I spoke to the owner as usual and he told me 1 hour and a half to two hours my car would be done to park it on the side of the road, I said sure that’s fine I dropped it off at 6:00pm so I leave. I come back 3 hours later at 9:00pm, because I wanted it to be definitely done and it’s still sitting there at the same exact spot not even started still filthy, and forgotten about because the vehicles that came after me were done. I was not even recollected & remembered at all, completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I went inside asked for my keys and left. No apology, no remorse for my time or regular business there at all. I grabbed them and left no one said nothing to me. Extremely disrespectful, I was a regular until today it’s unfortunate I have to find a new auto detailing spot.

I experienced nothing but wonderful things from this establishment. I haven’t been to another auto shop for a car wash since I started going here. The interior and exterior cleaning provided are top tier! Aside from interior and exterior cleaning, I’ve have other works done here. I got my windows tinted twice and always came out to my liking. My most recent work from Astoria would be my vinyl car wrapping. I’ve gotten so many compliments from various individuals regarding my vinyl wrapping. If you’re ever looking for a spot to really treat your car right, this is definitely the spot. They treat your car with care and you’ll be impressed with the final product! Shoutout to Joaquin and his team for an amazing job!

This guy Joaquin is shady and a thief. I paid $450 for what should have been a complete detailing. The services were substandard and incomplete. I left my truck with him over night so that time wouldn’t be an issue and I was guaranteed the best polish, wax and cleaning my truck ever received. The exterior wax/compounding was barely noticeable and when I asked why the exterior trim wasn’t polished Joaquin response was “that’s $300 extra”!! The rear interior seats weren’t cleaned, they just wiped them down with Armor All, even their technique with Armor All is uneven. I have multiple dull spots throughout the interior. Obviously never going back and hopefully this will help others.

Astoria Auto Detailing Center. The only place I trust with my car. Have been coming here for years and have never left disappointed. I had recently given my car to Junior for tints and a wrap. All I can say is that when I came to pick up my car I couldn’t believe that it was right in front of my eyes. Junior made my car truly the way I wanted it. The wrap was amazing and the carbon tints finished the look. I will always be a returning customer and want to say that if you ever come here you will not regret it. Thank you Junior and the whole Astoria auto detailing team.

Not worth it. Paid 50 bucks for something I could have done myself. I asked for interior car wash, but the guy left the seats dirty, he said if seats were to be included price would be $150 but he did not specify that from the beginning. He also said I would have to pay $150 again if I want seats to be washed cause they gotta do the cleaning all over. Also the trunk was left wet and I needed to ask him to dry it for me cause I needed to place my scooter on the back/trunk. Highly not recommended, unless you don't like money.

I left my car and told them I wanted detailing and a fill washing in and out. Charged me 250 and the only reason I agreed to pay that is because the car would be ready. I got other pricing for 1/2 the price but would have to bring back the car during the week. When I got my car, still stains inside they didn’t even do the light covers which were opaque and the car wasn’t waxed!!! Frederico said it would cost another 250!!!! Highway robbery. Horrible experience and I highly recommend you run the other way!!!

Came in offering to pay them directly the same amount I was about to pay for a Groupon. They looked at my car and offered $75 inside and out (including armorall) instead, saying my car is too dirty inside to do a good job for a Groupon level of service. While it was relatively dirty, it wasn't anywhere near the level of being a disgusting mess.. But in any case, I went along and settled for a $70. I'm very happy with the results, it wasn't a Qtip level job, but a pretty solid one for the price.

Your stuff will be stolen! At first, I thought they did a good job. The guy with the hat was nice and I even tipped him $20 at pickup. It took a while but the car was clean and spotless... I thought it was a pretty sweet deal from the Groupon I purchased. When I got home however I realized someone had stolen two of my flashlights. I leave one on each of my doors for emergencies and they were nice flashlights. Do not come here, such a disgrace for a business- Be warned-THIEVES.

Amazing results. By far one of the best in the area. They pay great attention to detail. Car always comes out spotless. They found money in my cars a few times and left it in the center console. I’ve had my cars clayed, polished, interior steam cleaned and waxed. Always happy with the results. Prices are fair. I trust my cars there. Owner is a great guy and so is his son. The workers do an amazing job. Never a complaint. Made my BMW look better than it did out the factory.

I have been a customer for the past year and honestly best car wash spot ever in New York City. It is the only spot I trust with my car. I got my front windows tinted as well and they were done really nicely. The tints had no streaks or bubbles and you get warranty on them for the first year which is great if something does end up happening. The staff is very friendly and the owner has become a great friend of mine; would highly reccommend.

Came to this spot earlier this morning and absolutely love the work they did to my car. It was very dirty and they did a splendid job on it. Car looks amazing. The best thing is that they took their sweet time detailing my car. They did a wonderful job. Took more than an hour cleaning inside out of my car. I used the groupon deal without any problem. People here are really cool. 100% will come back here for another detail / car wash

I wish i could give this place a higher rating but: 1st. It took me 2 hours to wait for my turn waiting for 2 cars ahead of me.. I wish they could tell me beforehand. 2. The hand wash is great but the thing is they dont attention to detail. For a $60 wash I paid there’s still alot of streaks and water in between door panels. For the price its not worth to come here and the wait. ‍♂️ the wash is okay but not that great

Great service !! I couldn't believe how much of a great job they did , didn't miss any spots ! My car was really dirty inside due to the fact I have 2 kids and I don't have leather seats. I had a few scratches on the outside he took care of that ! Making my car look brand new . I truly recommend this spot , his a great guy with reasonable prices. Now this is my new spot for car wash and interior car wash . I love it !!!

Great job by these hard-working guys at Astoria auto detail. I’ve taken my car here at least three or four times by now. They do hand wash which is hard to find in New York City. Also the guys are honest. I accidentally lost a $20 in my car a while ago. They found it, I guess while cleaning, and left it on the seat for me. Great service.

They left my car on the sidewalk for four hours with the windows wide open. Dropped off car at 4 pm picked up at 8:30 pm And nothing was done ! No wash nothing I spoke with the “boss” Joaquin He was super rude & told me they’re no thief’s walking by after I questioned why my windows were wide open all That time I am so disappointed!

The service was amazing. Got my car tinted within 30-45 minutes. The results were phenomenal and there were no bubbles. They even cleaned my windows after putting the tint on and gave me instructions on what to do after. The guys were amazing, fast, and cool. Will definitely come back with some of my boys later.

We went to Astoria Auto detailing because we are looking to trade in our car. We went with the interior shampoo of the seats and floors, full vacuum and dashboard and console clean. A+ They did a fantastic job and I cannot recommend them enough. We will be back. Friendly service. Tip the guys! Cash is King!

I visitied Astoria Detailing Center for tints on my BMW 4 Series Coupe and the owner Junior was the one who took care of my car and did an AMAZING JOB i never knew that tinting a windshield 20% would be so crystal clear lol but he did an incredible job will for sire be reccomending to family & friends !!

What a great experience I had tonight, I was looking for a car cleaning place that was open late and close to my house. Their service was great , excellent customer service! They even picked me up form home and dropped me back. I am super happy I found them and I strongly recommend them!

Horrible they didn’t clean the car. I just got the car and wanted a basic clean. They didn’t even bother cleaning the cup holders which you would think be included in the basic. There is still spots of gunk everywhere on just the center console.

From the best place for wash your car, they came to be a little bit more than decent place. It’s get also crazy expensive. $56.44 for regular (no any special service) for SUV. Just get decent was.
