Around 3:30am I decided to fill up some propane gallons before I had to go to work to keep my family warm throughout next week. When I went in the store to ask for help the guy that was supposed to help me said “I’m sorry, it’s to cold to go outside”. I just looked at him like he was a idiot.....It was only 50 degrees which at night in Oregon is not that cold. I don’t know who runs this place but they hire a bunch of idiots that are to delicate to get anything done and look like straight up crack heads . Thanks a lot for extra stress at three in the morning! I just left because I was not about to give this company my money . Very poor service! If I could rate this no stars I would.

Your guy gave me incorrect change. If the LD cigs are $6.20 - I gave him a twenty and he gave me $13 back. There were dudes behind me. It is after midnight, employee is a bit intimidating-which is good- for the neighborhood- I counted the change and looked at him and said I think you owe me some change but -thought to myself oh forget. A good way for him to make a bit extra on ppl who arent willing to quibble over 80 cents after midnight- being a woman - i just said I think you owe me some change as I was walking out. Next time- there wont be a next time, because I wont wait to go out so late And thats a good price- so I will be back. Just letting owner and customers know.

I walked in there just to get a empty 12 oz cup for my lunch and they told me they would have to charge me full price for a coffee! It doesn't matter if it's $2 or $100, I shouldn't have to pay for a coffee when I'm just getting a cup. Every other store in the Portland / Milwaukee area charges between 0 and 50 cents. When I told them that they said it's company policy. Maybe Astro Express Mart needs to change their policy because they're ripping people off! This is a poor part of town and you have rude and terrible employees on the inside. I can promise that I will never return to this store! If I could give zero Stars I would

I felt weird when I stopped for gas, realized my blood sugar was crashing. Paid for gas at the pump, went inside to buy some juice. Was told by the cashier he needed to see my ID for a $1.49 debit purchase. DEBIT. As in THE PIN IS MY ID. I just spent $200 across the street and $35 at their pump with no problems, but denied a bottle of juice in a medical situation. I had to drive down to Walgreens in that condition. If I was going to use a stolen card it would be for something a little spendier than some minute maid cran-apple. The pump attendants are great but for some reason the people working inside are always awful.

Great Gas! Great Price! I track my mileage like a scientist, it always reset all my gauges so I know exactly how many miles I should be getting per gallon and last night, I got gas there and I was so happy after driving 2 miles, to see my ratings go back up to 50 mpgs- after dropping down all the way down to 39 after my last fill at Space Age! Now, that locations far away from my home, however, I I called two other Astro gas stations closer to me and turns out that they all are owned by the same company and they all get their gas from the same source so, yay! I’ll be filling up at Astro locations from this point on!

I come here often for cheap smokes and there is always a uptight cashier working inside. Yesterday I came there and Bob was having a very bad day and you could tell. He was very rude and even got loud because I asked him why did he need my I'd for a debit purchase at that point he got even louder i will not be going back here I'd rather pay more with good customer service vs cheap and bad customer service I felt targeted like I was trying to rob him with a stolen card I just paid cash then he says you should of did that in the first place it took everything in me to not go off yeah if I was you I'd pass

Tonight was a first for me. Was yelled and cussed at after pulling up for gas by one attendant as well as called a redneck. Apparently Google is wrong, they close at 11 PM. I recommend not alluding Google’s error to the fuel attendant. The other attendant walked towards my front bumper, eyeing me the whole way, as if attempting to detour my exciting. The actions and demeanor of the two definitely created an unnecessarily hostile and threatening environment. Even considering the lady at the cashier is wonderful(only reason rating wasn’t lower), this will be the last visit from this tipping customer.

Staff has zero customer service skills. Gas and products in store are cheap, and so it's probably a safe assumption that so too are the wages and quality of the employees. Customers who venture into this establishment should beware of one cashier named Tori. Loud mouth, fat, glasses. Just listen to her spend more time bullshitting with the customers she likes and paying more attention to texting on her phone than her job, that's probably her. She will give you attitude for even attempting to purchase something in the store if you are not a regular. You've been warned.

They are currently under construction but when they were open they had no real manager and seemed to be open only when employees felt like working. I've showed up many times for gas and found the employees getting high or sleeping or just not there and the store closed at random times of the day and night. This store doesn't sell much as far as food and drinks go but they do offer cigarettes at a cheaper price and if they're open their gas and propane are usually the cheapest as well.

this store is amazing the staff have always been wonderful and I have no idea what these other people are taking about unless they have been banned from the store for shoplifting the staff have never once even given me the impression that they might be rude to any customer unless they have been caught on tape stealing from the store and I would be very rude to someone who is stealing from me

Stopped here for gas pretty much had to stop no choice my car was completely empty. Had two little girls in the car, and was told after waiting 15 min or more that oh there is a new guy inside doing shift change well ok I know all about new people why not get your ass inside and help him rather than stand around and not let anyone know what the deal is?? Very frustrating and just rude!

The manager (John) is disrespectful and inconsiderate when it comes to his customers and I often see him making obvious drug transactions in the parking lot I highly recommend replacing him because people like him don't need to work with the public.

I live nearby. I hate, hate, hate this place. The cigs are cheap, but every person working there is rude as hell!!!!! I finally said to the cashier that no one there ever treated me with respect, over 3 years. The guy behind me in line smiled.

Actually open 24 hrs. Can't believe I'm giving 5 stars, for them actually doing what they advertised, but after two 76s and a Shell that was SUPPOSED to be open 24/7 this was the only one out of the four that was actually open

That "Dick Sauce" review is pretty much word for word the same as he made for an Arco down the street. I wouldn't trust it because this convenience store has THE BEST customer service out of any store I've been to in Portland.

I didn't even make it into the store... but I called to inquire whether or not they had a particular flavor of beer... And I'm not sure why... but the young lady on the phone was incredibly abrasive and arbitrarily rude.

My only real issue is the employee who chooses to park her vehicle in the crossed line spot of the ADA parking. Not legal for them to park there. The employee should know better but this is not the first time.

The workers are good! Clean station, good selection, cheap gas, over price items, some of them. The one that I go to is nice. No beggers, no homeless, to guchhi for them. But it is vancouver, not portland.

Attendant wouldn’t pump my gas. Told me to do it myself when I finished prepaying. Attendant did not greet others as they drove up. Instead, he stayed off in the sidelines playing with his phone.

Bad pump jacked my money and gave me no gas and the attendant just gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. No money no gas, just a receipt.

I only wanted to put $10.00 in my gas tank and i told the gas pump guy $10 regular and he put the whole $20.00 in my tank

All of the employees here are Dope AF. I don't know too many times that I've been nostalgic over a gas station.

Gas is cheap, so are beer and smokes. Fuel attendants are friendly. What more do you want?
