Karon Beighton - Senior Valuer started the sale of our home. Karon came to our home, she was very professional and informative with regards to what you need to know about putting your home on the market. Karon advised the staff in the Allerton Rd office would be dealing with our sale and that they would stay in contact with us throughout all the different stages of the sale. Bobbi was our main contact in the office, she was always very polite when contacting us. We were kept up to date not only by phone, but by text, and we had access to the app. Atlas also recommended a solicitor. This solicitor was not forced upon us, but is one that has been dealing with Atlas for some time now and so would make the sale smoother. We can not fault Atlas at all, we would recommend them and would use them in the future. ✨️ Our home is sold subject to contract. ✨️ Thank you so much to the team at Atlas.

My partner and I chose Atlas Estate Agents after interviewing 8 local estate agents. They came out as our clear favourite and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we ever made. The team were friendly, totally professional and always ready to keep us informed and to answer queries immediately. They were great valuer for money and their suggestions when we needed EPC and other certificates were reasonably priced and quick to supply. Our sale dragged on for almost twelve months but none of that was the fault of Atlas and I can't thank them enough for staying with us with no loss of service.Just to reinforce this review my sister was selling a house at about the same time as us and she had chosen a different estate agent ( one we interviewed in our 8) and after twelve months she has had to change as she could never get any information, help or updates from them.

Not long completed after a very long drawn out sequence of events. All in all not bad but not great. Special credit however must go to Jane who progressed the sale at the latter stages. She dealt with a number of issues very professionally. A word of advice if you use Atlas DO NOT USE THEIR SOLICITORS. We were informed from the outset that they use local solicitors and that this could speed up the process ........(very disingenuous) we later discovered that we were allocated a solicitor from Preston, with the head office being in Peterborough, seeing as we were based in Liverpool this is not very local !!!!!!!!. Also they were very poor at attention to detail as we had to correct them on numerous simplistic matters such as getting names wrong on documents (on more than one occasion) and details such as purchase price. As stated earlier AVOID and use your own solicitors

Atlas have been managing our property in Garston for 2.5 years now and we are very happy with the service they provide. Their rates are competitive, they are very proactive and they are always available to talk to when needed and quick to get back to us with information when we have a query. We don't live in Liverpool and it's great to have agents who proactively manage every aspect of letting our property. They also ensured we were not left out of pocket and successfully secured us a deduction from the deposit when our last tenant vacated and left some rubbish which needed cleaning and some other remedial work to be taken. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atlas. I've mainly dealt with Will but all of the staff I've had contact with have been great.

Marketing of property was excellent, making full use of their website, Rightmove and Zoopla. Advert was perfectly written and the standard of photos was top quality. Atlas set the price at the right level to generate interest from the right buyers and gain maximum exposure. Excellent communication throughout the selling process with updates on all viewers and regular overall progress updates. Atlas were very skilled at matching my property with the right profile of potential buyer and therefore went for quality of potential buyer, not quantity of potential buyer. Atlas were also very helpful and knowledgeable when offers were received and helped me obtain the best deal for me. all staff engaged with professional, courteous and helpful.

After 2 years of searching, being gazumped on multiple occasions and a million and one viewings, we finally managed to find our first home through Atlas, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Having previously dealt with the used car salesman style of a nearby agent where every contact just felt like they were squeezing more money out of us, Jane and Elaine were friendly, calm and made things happen as quickly as possible. Our best and final offer was actually the best and final, and I would gladly use their services in the future. The new home package we received on completion day was the icing on the cake. Shout out to the fabulous Jacqui - someone promote this woman!

Very unprofessional from the lettings team especially when it comes to check outs from the only “person who can do it Will” as soon as wanted to end tenancy early he turned nasty, unprofessional and personal attacks! Would not recommend - if you do go with them take your own before and after photos. They only do after inspections the week before Someone moves in… so you could be waiting a month before they do their inspection during that time when you have cleaned when you’ve left ( they have viewings with multiple people going in and out ) and then do their inspection and says it’s not clean, they should do the inspection as soon as you have given the keys back.

I rented with Atlas Estate Agents for a property in Liverpool during 2019-2020. I'd recommend them without hesitation; from the initial organising of viewings through to arranging the tenancy agreement and eventually vacating the property, Atlas Estate Agents were highly professional, responsive and reliable. Always friendly and courteous in correspondence; Will handled my maintenance concerns swiftly and Michelle even very kindly helped to outline my options when my living arrangements became strained during the worst of the first Coronavirus Lockdown. I found Atlas were very good at keeping you updated on the sale of a property. I particularly liked how they provided details of potential buyers- not just the value of the offer, but their funding (e.g. cash, 50% mortgage), and whether they are buying the property to rent out or live in as their home.
