I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars...I would gladly do that if it was permitted! I found myself without my main suitcase following a flight to Portland for a business presentation the next morning. I was staying downtown at a hotel near the waterfront and saw the sign, "Auditorium Cleaners" from my hotel window. Dashing down, I was frustrated to learn that the Korean proprietor spoke broken English but we connected more quickly than I thought we could. Once she understood my plight...she agreed to keep the cleaners open later than usual so that she could press my suit and shirt. I couldn't believe how cooperative she was! I highly recommend this dry cleaners. I've been back several times!

Picked up my laundry. Sadly, I had asked one item to be specifically dry cleaned. Based on my now slightly brown shirt (was white) looks like it had been thrown into the laundry along with all my other clothings. Owner looks like a lovely lady but I would advise that if you do go here to make sure that the owner understands your request before leaving. As a person visiting this will be my first and last visit if I ever come back. On the plus side. My clothes are pretty clean.

My husband accidentally washed my favorite trousers. Don’t know what kind of magic Angela pulled, but they are back to normal size! Amazing personal touch. I’ve never bought flowers for a dry cleaner before, but I am again happily married. Could NOT recommend this place more.!!

My office recently moved to this neighborhood and I gave this place a try because It’s so close to my work. The service was good and on time and the owner friendly. Perhaps it’s inflation, but prices seemed surprisingly high. I paid $18 to dry clean one jacket.

The price I paid when I picked up my wash and fold was not what I was quoted was not what I had been told when I called ahead. The lady did. It understand me when I asked her to explain. Travellers should take the time to go to another location.

Charged me $52 to dry clean one shirt and two dresses. One dress was returned to me with wrinkles everywhere. Will not be returning. They do not have a price menu posted, so you have no clue what the final cost is until pick up.

No price list, no fixed pricing, you are told to bring in your laundry so they can eyeball it. I was quoted $55 for 10lbs of wash & fold that costs $15 anywhere else.

Got a suit cleaned, and they repaired the hole in the pocket with me asking and for no charge. Prices are weird and sometimes high, but that's awesome service!

Their wash and fold prices are outrageous. Dropped off laundry (about 12 pounds/1 load/8 days worth) and it cost $56!

They are thorough and timely. They are not inexpensive, but location and responsiveness are on offer!
