Go to a reputable car yard . I drove out of car yard with full faith. Then we had it checked and found cable ties everywhere . Aswell as a list of unroadworthy faults . In response to reply nothing could be further from the truth. Attempted to amicably call Car Yard We provide both time and transport for various charities including in time of covid collating to amounts in the thousands which we don’t disclose. We were sold an unroadworthy vehicle that we incurred the expense of keeping another vehicle and having to buy a new vehicle which greatly reduced our ability to provide charity to people in need during covid while ( un Australian first car ) vehicle was continuously broken down and taken off the road . As you can see Hadi still cannot take responsibility for his actions Aussie first car sold an unroadworthy Vehicle . Broke down continuously from first day and towed numerous times. Hung up , physically attacked and verbally abused and the wife refer Merry( which gave a 5* rating) is just as bad. Came off second best which police said totally self defence on my part. Then there roadworthy certifier who does there roadworthy's tried to fight at a store and had the police called on him. Don't know how they are aloud on the streets let alone run a car yard. Took no action in time of covid and made it deliberately difficult as to many others. Made no action until was taken to court. Says offered double amount of appraisal which I had appraised and is nearly five times less of purchase price not including list of unroadworthy items and parts fixed. Hadi will attempt to talk his way around anything . Hadi and UN Australian first car will attempt physical and abusive language until he's taken to court. Looking to buy a used car, thought I might check this guy out, seemed legit at first but I asked for a certified RACQ mechanical check for his used vehicles, prior to purchase, but sadly this used car dealer was strongly against it. I won't go into the details, but I would be very wary about purchasing from this dealership. If Aussie First wanted my business they would absolutely let me have the car checked out, however since they are against you having the car inspected, then they may have something to hide. Caution! Edit: In the response to my comment this business believes an RACQ qualified mechanic will lead buyers, like myself, to other used car companies which frankly just isn't true. I am having a mechanic verify the car is road legal, and check for any faults. The response only further proves my point. Second Edit: In their last paragraph they have lied stating I used a different name, which couldn't be more untrue. Third Edit: It appears that the owners has entirely edited their original response entirely, but as you'll see with my prior edits the history of what they have originally said/done. Please be aware, and buy at your own risk. CARE.

Me and my partner bought a Jeep Patriot 2013 at the Greenslopes dealer on Tuesday, 20th January 2022. The car seemed ok at first and I even explicitly asked if there was a problem history which the dealer Merry answered "NO". But as soon as we drove the car for 20 minutes, a loud noise could be heard from the front right wheel. We didn't drive the car anymore and took it to my mechanic first thing on the next Monday morning. The car has an extensive list of problems and it is NOT EVEN IN ROADWORTHY CONDITIONS. It looks like the car's problemas have been covered up on purpose. The dealership has been asked about the problems of the car more than once. They lied to us about the car state to make a sale. When I contacted Merry about this problem, we argued. I'm now asking for a refund. We are backed up with very well known mechanics so we are ready to take it to court if it's necessary. DON'T YOU EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO SELL THE CAR.

I bought my car about a month ago from here and the quality of service and the kindness shown to me by Mary( and her amazing son) was second to none. I was a bit hesitant as I am a single female who doesn’t really know a lot about car engines etc, I thought I may have been a great target for a salesperson. But not Aussie First Car. I immediately felt comfortable and everything I was told about the car was the truth. I got a fantastic buy and would definitely recommend Aussie First for any sales, mechanical work , plus the beauty is the whole experience as this family business is a pleasure to deal with. I paid the extra for a 5 year warranty at also a great price. I will be getting my car serviced 6 monthly as I know this company is not taking me for a ride. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! Everything typical about a deceiving, greedy, dangerous and 100% dodgy car dealership are who these guys (Max & Daniel) are. I bought a second-hand car and have had to spend over $2000 on it so far and more to be done, which includes getting a whole new tyre set. My local mechanic states the current tyres are illegal & one is as old as 2008, this car would not have passed roadworthy. No wonder the guys talked me out of an RACQ inspection before buying. Even though I was promised the world with this car, it's been nothing but trouble ever since. This place should not be in operation - please do not consider them!

Very friendly staff. So many cars in their yard to choose from. I did not buy a car but was able to test drive and have a look at a rav4 that I liked. The staff were so nice and provided an umbrella for us while in the hot sun looking at cars. They were patient while we did all the checks and did not pressure us to do anything. The car seemed good even though I did not purchase due to my own circumstances but I did like how straight forward they were in a non-pressuring type of way. I would probably return in the future for another look.

Bought a 2011 sedan off them and 30mins driving home from the yard the car broke. Apparently spark plugs were faulty and the engine almost blew according to racq. Only giving 2 stars because they fixed it after 7 days but when I questioned them about why it was broken the owner told me to “just go”. They got defensive as soon as something went wrong I would just avoid this car yard. they’re not honest people

I bought a camry hybrid from then maria said to me everything is perfect the car is passed inspection and roadworthy as well and after 1 week car was having a massive engine problem she has taken full money from me and i rented car for 4 weeks and after that she deducted 2000$ i dont knw why and then returned me the money it was there fault and i was stressed around 4 to 5 weeks they never picked up the call

Went to the yard recently to look at some cars I found on marketplace. Many of the cars I was actually interested in are WOVI, if they don’t say clean ppsr assume wovi, feel like they should state this upfront. Test drives are limited to 10 minutes and there is no insurance cover for you. May be possible to get a good deal here if you know what you are doing.

Dishonest, I didn't buy a car but I wouldn't trust them to purchase one off them. Purchased 2 child car seats, got home and found the 2 tether straps had been cut and obviously in an accident will not refund my money How do I contact you, I spoke to habib and picked them up from merry.
