I have never written a review in my entire life - but this place kind of screwed me over big time. Went looking for a car after i was hit on 95 and my car got totalled, i needed a car asap since i had to get to work because i live paycheck to paycheck. Bought my current car from them and have had bad luck since - TPMS light has been on since purchase after i returned several times to have it fixed (still on to this day after 2 months), within a week of purchase the check engine light came on and when they took it to get it figured out, i find out they sent me off the lot with very worn brakes. During this time, their mechanic was hilariously rude to me, never been spoken to by an employee in any business place like that before, i’m 24, i don’t get rude with employees because i know what it’s like to be spoken to rudely by customers, so he was completely out of his mind. About a week after that, i clock out of work after a long day and the car won’t turn over at all, they were at least kind enough to fix it no charge. They promised they fixed my tire pressure system and what do you know - it came back on after driving off the lot again. Today, about 2 months after purchase, i have my TPMS light, engine light and brake light for some reason (i put on and took off the brake still nothing). For the past two months, i’ve called asking for an itemised report of everything done on my car, continuously calling almost every week, kept being told i should receive an email by the end of the day, still nothing. The only good thing is that most of the people that work there are nice, don’t get me wrong, but i have been under constant stress because i stupidly decided to purchase a car from them. All those times required for my boyfriend to leave base up in Georgia and drive all the way down to Jacksonville to pick me up and deal with this car - we were both promised reimbursement for gas and that obviously never happened. I’m exhausted because all i want is a good working car that’ll get me from point A to point B. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

After a VERY rocky start, I am pleased to say that Auto Gallery went above and beyond to rectify what I experienced in my first go around. After reading my initial review, the GM, Brad, reached out to me to see how he could make up for what happened to me. He was upset that I had experienced it. He talked to me and worked to understand my unique situation. And he set out to right a wrong. A few texts and calls over the next (less than) 24 hours and he and Jerry had gone to bat for me! Karen was extremely apologetic for what had happened and even drove to pick me up - and it's not a short trip. My experience with her, this time around, was nothing short of pleasant. She and Michael took time to cover everything with me and worked tirelessly to ensure that I received the treatment that any customer deserves. I'm happy that I decided to hear them out; and I'm thankful that they valued my business. To Brad, Karen, Jerry, and Michael - thank you a thousand times!

I can't say enough about my experience with these awesome "AUTO GALLERY MISSIONARIES" I left a google review before because my car buying experience was so easy , It was unbelievable. But of course, I ran into an issue. Nothing that they did.. But they handled it like it was. EMIN was AMAZING!! & for someone being a first time car buyer I was a little skeptical but, the process didn’t take long AT ALL. He got me approved within seconds! He is a very respectful man & clarified the entire process in detail without any confusion & when I had a question it literally was answered within minutes or same day of asking. 9/22 I just bought a Range Rover from Alton and he was great!!!! Professional and quick. I will definitely come back to see Alton for my next vehicle. There was some issues with my truck soon after i purchased but the GM at Auto Gallery is awesome. He had my truck towed to them. It’s now at Land River getting diagnostic done. He is stepping up and taking care of the issues! I’m very impressed with his response thus far.

Jimmy, Sam and Ethan, made us feel like family since day one when I began my car search in July. Clutch issues in less than 2k miles, and the tail light was cracked. Didn’t notice it until our first rain which fried the LED light. your aftermarket warranty won’t cover it. Don’t go to As Is dealers, or you end up with a 24k car that needs an additional couple grand in work.

I recommend asking for James. He was knowledgeable and accommodating to my family’s concerns. The dealership has sufficient inventory and nice cars throughout all the locations. It’s definitely a dealership you will leave feeling confident as a consumer.
