I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from Emile Attar, the owner of Autobon sales in Portland Oregon. From the beginning I found Emile to be sincere candid honest and the utmost professional. I live in Medford Oregon and my son had located a 2007 Cadillac DTS with only 63000 miles. I called on a Monday to inquire about the vehicle which was to be a surprise gift for my wife and after our conversation I committed to wanting to purchase the car if it was all he said it was. I told him the earliest I could get up there would be in 5 days on Friday and without hesitation he said he would hold the vehicle on simply my word. How rare is that these days?!! So on Friday after informing my wife of her impending gift but giving her no other details as to what kind of vehicle just that we had to go to Portland to see it. I also shared these facts with Emile as we were orchestrating our plan to meet. Upon arriving on Friday night at about 5:30 p.m. we were warmly greeted by Emile. My wife who was now giddy with excitement not knowing what was coming as Emile pulled up this beautiful bronze colored Cadillac DTS which look like it just came off the showroom floor despite being 15 years old my wife eyes lit up!!! Needless to say the inside was immaculate it hardly looked like it had been sat in and it drove like a dream. It was one of the easiest decisions I have ever made so we consummated the deal with a cashier's check for the predetermined agreed-upon price. While waiting to finalize the transaction by doing the paperwork which was being done by his son Randy who he himself was very pleasant professional and efficient. We were treated with some of the most wonderful tea and the entertainment by a parrot by the name of Coco who actually spoke clearer than I do. All in all it was the most pleasant enjoyable and honorable car purchased I have ever made and it was all concluded within one hour. So may I suggest if you are looking for an upscale low mile showroom worthy vehicle with an owner who actually means what he says and says what he means you will find no better place than with Emile at Autobon Auto Sales. For the past 14 years, Autobon Auto has been my family’s go-to place for car maintenance, repairs and even car purchases. It is a family business, owned by Emile and also run by his son Randy together with another son, Rory, and their crew of mechanics. Emile understands that families and individuals live on budgets that also might be limited. He gives you a fair deal. Emile and Randy have been consistently available to us with sound advice and repairs that they guarantee. My family and even some of our friends have purchased cars of great quality from Emile and they are safe on the road because of Autobon Auto services. A recent car purchase was quick and easy again without the hassles of going to the DMV. One less extra errand that Emile saves customers. Although I no longer live in the area of the business, I gladly drive the extra mile for all my car needs and I’ll tell you why: I trust Emile, especially as a woman, because he and his family are welcoming, down to earth and off all things honest. I purchased a truck from these guys and the canopy didn't have the hydrolics to hold up the back window. He said he ordered them that day. I found out the truck break lights didn't work, they fixed it but then the right blinker came on when I pressed the break. They finally fixed that.. it has been a month now and they keep giving me excuses about the hydrolics for the canopy. Every time I call they are very short and rude as if they just want me to stop calling. The last time.. witch led me to do this review, he answered and I asked about them and he started saying "hello, hello" like he couldn't hear me and I tries calling back a few times and he just let it go to voice mail each time. I feel I got a good deal on the truck however the customer service here sucks!! And I don't think I will ever get the hydrolics. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from them. There is some other guy who also hangs out there and just talks rude about other customers. You can't go there without hearing him yelling cuss words about ppl he thinks was stupid.

I've been been looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle for several months now and finally found one at Autobon Auto Sales. I had a nice test driving and buying experience. They let me take my time with test driving, which I really appreciated — every other dealership I visited had a 10 or 15 minute limit, which doesn't give you enough time to get a good feel of the vehicle at every speed (especially since I was purchasing a manual). The purchasing process was fairly painless — no extra or hidden fees and no haggling over unnecessary warranties, which was a relief. They even swung the car by a gas station before bringing it out front to make sure I was driving away on a full tank of gas. A thoughtful touch! The price was not as flexible as I had hoped, but with the market the way it is that's to be expected and I still got a deal I was happy with. The dealership wasn't necessarily spotless or fast-paced, either, but if you're looking for something small and friendly with affordable vehicles, they are worth checking out.

Saturday Jan 23, 2021 I bought a car (2019 Hyundai Kona) from AUTOBON Auto Sales. I messaged them a day before and they responded my message promptly. I met very friendly salesman Emile Attar who is the owner. He accommodated me wonderfully and provided me more than enough information about the car. He explained to me the history of the car, not only explaining but showed me the pictures about when and where he bought the car with the mileage reading and showed me receipts of what they fixed the car and why. He gave me a full inspection of the car. After I bought the car. He asked me to wait for few minutes. They washed, cleaned and polished the car for me. He also filled the gas tank for me. Not only that he offered me and did drive the car to my residence. I had a very pleasant and wonderful experience with AUTOBON Auto Sales. The car was in perfect condition. I also met very knowledgeable and friendly team there. He explained every thing clear and no hostile and no hidden fee.

I would highly recommend people to not purchase their vehicles here! I purchased a vehicle at this location and I have taken it in for the same issue at least six to seven times and they cannot fix the issue at all even though they keep telling me it's fixed every single time. This is my opinion but I believe that they don't inspect their vehicles before selling them. This is in response to the owners comments. I brought the vehicle more than 6 times and the vehicle was never fixed. You say it was but all you did was bandage the issue instead of resolve the revolving problem. As for the loaner car yeah give yourself credit for giving vehicles that were in just as bad condition and a lot smaller than my large suv( yeah pat yourself on the back for that). Just some advice maybe you should not be so defensive when you should be resolving the issue and make it right by the customer not you. Again people let my mistake from buying from this place be your saving grace.

I purchased my vehicle from Autobon back in early March, pre-pandemic. At the time I needed a work vehicle a.s.a.p. and really couldn't inspect much. Having already visited a few other used-car dealers, I immediately had a good feeling in my gut when I arrived: place was busy, family run, and absolutely zero pressure. I was test driving the van posted in their ad within 10 minutes. Drove better than all the other vans and trucks I tested, so I figured I'd had enough shopping and bit the bullet, made my offer, and away I go. Oh! and they went the extra mile to fulfill a verbal agreement regarding a missing interior piece :-) Well, it's been 4 months and 3k miles, busy as a bee. Found the time and found a good mechanic to attend to the fluids and make a full inspection: everything checked out 100%. Love my van. I'm gonna need a pickup truck before the year ends; really hope this place has the right one - I'd do business with them again any day. Thank You!

Had looked for several weeks at this 2006 VW Beetle. Just looking. Then my 2001 Mello Yellow hippie bug got hit and the insurance co totaled it. Well I live in Cali part time but live in Ore part time also. So while I was up a couple weeks ago went up and drove this bug. Manual transmission which I haven’t driven in years but just like riding a bike. Emile had to charge battery so okay drove it 60miles home but wouldn’t start next day. So got a new battery Emile paid me for it immediately. Had some drain on new battery Emile said bring it in he would look at it. I also asked him to fix the CD player. He replaced the radio CD player and checked the draw on the battery. All is good everything works and no draw on battery. I found Emile to be a very generous kind honest man and the office is very friendly. No pressure. Kathy Eback

This dealership is a joke and fraud. Not only do they up charge every car extreme amounts, the quality of the cars is absolutely horrendous. The company tries to place false defective and temporary band aids to huge issues within the cars before selling them. The cars will breakdown shortly leaving you with an empty wallet, broken car, and no sympathy from the company. This dealership is the epitome of a junk yard scam operation trying to make a quick buck on unknowing consumers. This has been evident over many transactions and is definitely not a single isolated incident. Avoid this fraud at all costs. There are many other alternative dealerships which have quality cars and integrity. There is no reason to even consider this one. It blows my mind that this fraud operation has not been shut down already.

I rarely leave reviews, like never. But after the way autobin auto sales treated me while buying a car, I had no choice… I had to take the time and let everybody know how incredible auto Bon Auto Sales was through the entire purchasing process of my new jeep! From the moment I walked in it was nothing but A+ service. Not only did they find me the EXACT Jeep Rubicon / vehicle I was looking for, but they sold It to me farrrrr cheaper than any other dealership in the Portland Metro area! I’m Beyond impressed with everything honestly, The entire team continuous to go out of their way for you each and every time you walk onto the property. Bought a BMW for $6000 cash in April 2017. Car has broken down every month since. I have paid $4000 for repairs, tows, and rentals. Just took him to court Aug 2017, I won my money back Now he does not want to pay me. Watch Out!!!! bad, bad customer service. I am filing a complaint with BBB Update: After I was awarded my judgement. I received monthly payments deposited into my account by the owner. I have been communicating with his wife on the payment dates every month. He’s wife I can say is an amazing, compassionate person. I wish that I could have worked something out with her before having to go through court and paying $2000 for repairs. I thank her for being a great mediator. I’m glad that it is over. I received my last payment this month.

Over 3 months have passed since my younger daughter bought a car from Autobon Car Sales. This is our third family car from this dealership; we cannot be happier over the years. The owner stands behind his sales, when the AC needed a checkup, they checked it and immediately filled it with the needed refrigerant. They are courteous, professional and run the business as a relationship; that's why we go back every time someone in our family needs a newer car. Their prices are second to none, the cars are inspected by the owner personally; he has been in the car repair and sales business for over 35 years and his experience is reflected in his careful inspection of the vehicles prior to purchasing them. I highly recommend Autobon.

Just bought my new car here!! Best experience ever and they went through it to make sure everything was in top shape. I bought the 07 Honda Odyssey and Iove this van. I felt confident buying from them. They even did the oil change on my other car and replaced the stripped plug. Didn't charge me for the plug!!!! Where else can you ugo where u are treated like family??? In fact if I need any other work done on any car I have or anyone I know has I'll send them here!!! Look forward to a long relationship with the dealership and mechanics team.. side note if you like hot wheels including rare hot wheels stop in and ask about them. Just don't touch the bird lol. Got my first car since I was 16 here about a month ago - the same car I drove then I am driving now. A 2005 Toyota Rav4 in great condition. It was only the second car I viewed and Emile was very helpful, after he shared that a previous client returned to him for oil changes on her own Rav4 and that hers reached over 300,000 miles, I felt confident in getting a car from him. He even filled the tank up and put new tires on before I visited for a test drive. I have been driving it for a little over a month now to my new job and have not had any problems -- it drives just how I remember. Will definitely return when my car needs an oil change next or for any other issues!

The salesperson Emile accommodated me in every possible way. He answered all my questions truthfully and was very forward with any information. He was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I had an issue delivering payment that was entirely my fault, and it took almost a week to go through. He was understanding and patient with me, doing everything he could to help me correct my mistake. The car I purchased was in perfect condition. Their shop is top notch and I can't imagine them selling a lemon. They also offer repair and mechanical service at a very reasonable rate. I will definitely be returning with any future auto needs.

I’ve been on the search for a fiat for about a week and I found this one at autobon auto, was the lowest price, least amount of miles and I drove 2.5 hours to go see it. There was another one in the area I wanted to see but I’m so happy I didn’t. Everyone at autobon was great to work with and I did around 200 miles the day I got the fiat and it ran and drove great. All fluids were good, expect washer fluid it was empty but I’m not docking points for that I don’t care. They freshly detailed the car while I was in dong paperwork and it came out looking great. I would do business here again if I was in the market for a car. Thank you.

Emile is always friendly, professional, and helpful. He allowed me to test drive various vehicles with zero pressure. He let the cars speak for themselves! After test driving a few vehicles, I settled on a Buick. His dealer prices are very reasonable and reflect both the quality and the milage of the cars. I was even able to trade in my old 2003 Corolla for a reasonable price! I came back for an inexpensive car for my daughter, and Emile has stood behind both vehicles after the purchase and has fixed minor things that came up shortly after purchasing. I will be recommending him and Autobon Auto Sales to all family and friends.

I bought a 2006 Acura TL from autobon and they had excellent customer service. The owner Emile was awesome and has lots of knowledge on cars and how they operate. The customer service was phenomenal and I would recommend this car place for all types of cars and awesome customer service. He has a variety of selection of cars and has the best and fair prices in town. I loved the car and service so much that I came back and purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry SE. it is an awesome car and the owner once again greeted me nicely and treated me fairly. Awesome service and would recommend to all future car buyers.

I am a repeat customer. My first car I bought from Emile was 2012 Ford Focus. A great first experience. I was shopping for another car so I went back. I was looking for a 2017 Toyota Camry SE and other places were asking $18k. Emile was the only place that had the same car with good mileage for $15k! I asked to test drive it and he handed me the keys and I went by myself. Have you ever had a salesman not go with you on a test drive??? You can with Emile. No pressure, not one bit. He knows his cars and he prices them out better than anyone in town. I will only ever buy cars from him.

Excellent customer service right from the start and followed through to the end. I love my new VW Bug which is my 'dream car'! This is a family run business and they made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. I usually feel really anxious at car dealerships because of all the haggling and hassle and back and forth games, but I felt really comfortable throughout the entire process. We had a great experience at Autobon, a father son family operation, I cant remember their names, but they were more then helpful, the dad was very knowledgeable and helpful showing the vehicles and after every test drive had the next one ready to go, the son handled the paperwork side of things and took the time to get us the best possible APR and monthly payment rate, I was very happy and satisfied with his service. After totaling the only car I ever had and loved, it was a long and hard process to find a new one. Autobon has such a good and affordable selection of cars. It took me a few visits to find the one I wanted, and Randy was so helpful the entire way, as well as his entire family. He answered all my questions, and made things as easy as possible for me. He was responsive and helped me out quickly and easily when I had a hiccup with the process. These guys are simply awesome. I purchased a BMW here two weeks ago with which I am super happy. It had one small issue which was fixed immediately at no extra cost. The entire purchasing process was a great experience from start to finish. No pressure, easy going, quick, helpful and super nice staff. About a year ago I bought a used 2011 Impreza outback sport from these guys. They were friendly, helped me understand what was going on throughout the whole process, and were completely fair on the price. I noticed the AC compress on the car was broken during my test drive and they fixed that and a few other minor items I noticed before I even bought the car. I even came back a week after I bought the car cause one of the wheel well covers was completely missing and they replaced it with no hassle. So thank you guys for the great car buying experience.

I have been going to Autobon auto for 15 years. We purchased our son's first car there and it was inportant to have a safe, reliable and dependable car. Emile went far and beyond for us. we have purchased three more cars in the 15 years since then. Each and everyone have been very reliable. Every time we have needed them serviced and maintained, they have gone far and above in their service. The most important thing for us is that they are so honest. That is hard to find today. I wouldn't hesitate in referring them to anyone I came in contact with.

Just stopped by to check out a BMW they had for sale. The car had low miles and good carfax records. When I read the engine code using my OBD reader, I found 27 codes. Told the staff about it and he got angry with me saying that there's no CEL so the OBD reader is wrong. They either 1) know about these codes and are trying to sell lemons - which is really shady or 2) don't know about these codes - which means they should reassess their pre-sale inspection process. Either way, ALWAYS always run your own pre-purchase inspection.

6 months ago I bought a 5 speed 2003 Mazda Tribute and it has been a great vehicle. I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves it. This is a great family business with a good atmosphere. One of the sons also gave me a wonderful Hot Wheels car of my favorite car when I told him what my favorite car was. They only sell high quality used cars and only accept trade-ins of quality cars. I've never been fond of used car dealers but will buy all my future cars from here due to their high integrity and quality vehicles.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Emile and Randy both stayed after hours to run my finance application and were very patient with me, an anxious, first-time car buyer. Randy was able to get me a great deal with the financing, and Emile was very willing to accept my trade-in and show me around my new vehicle. The purchase process took about an hour or so, and I drove away a more than happy customer! Randy also has an incredible Hot Wheels collection, and who doesn’t love that type of nostalgia?!

Bought my very first car here just a couple weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. We needed to replace our totaled 2004 Scion Xa and wanted another small, economical car with lots of practicality. Craigslist led us to Autobon and we quickly found numerous cars that fit our needs and price ceiling. The staff was friendly, no pressure and very helpful. Our purchase went smoothly and we now have a 2015 Kia Soul in great condition. This dealer was out of our way since we live in Columbia County but can willingly recommend Autobon as a great place to buy a car.

Bought a 2005 outback, couple days later CEL(p0420)turned on. Took it there and they cleared the codes only telling me that I wasn’t using the correct fuel. Took it to firestone to get a diagnostic and needed a cat so I got a hold of them. I ended up buying a new car. While replacing it find out that the old one didn’t have any honeycomb inside. 4 months later motor blew. Now I need to spend a lot of money on a car that was suppose to last me longer than 7 months.

We don't live in Portland but had a few hours to car shop on a recent visit. This car is exactly what we were looking for and although we didn't have cash, they were able to accept a check to make the buying process go very easily. There were no high pressure salesmen :) They were helpful but gave us space to talk and decide without looming around. It took less than an hour from the start to driving away in the car. Easiest car buying experience ever. Fair price on a 2011 Subaru Outback with a 6 speed manual transmission. No pressure, no real sales people. Talked to a mechanic who was the owners son. Small family business. The finance guy was also extremely helpful and made the registration, plates transfer, and title process fast, easy, and I could tell he genuinely was interested in helping me save a buck by providing good information. Highly recommend.

Found our perfect 2003 VW beetle turbo on their website. Skeptical of used car dealerships and the good deal. Reviews were good though so we went to look. Best experience buying a car from this family business. They were upfront and easy to talk to and we felt they cared. Emile said he would take care of us and he has! Even after we drove off the lot he continued to support us. They love what they do and their customers and we love them! ❤️

Scheduled an appointment to go look at a dodge caravan, we were hoping to buy it. Drove an hour to get there and texted the owner on our way. When we arrived they said they just sold it to someone else. Very irritating!!!! The least they could do was let us know they sold it so we d isn’t have to drive an hour in Portland traffic with a screeching baby and toddler. Very disappointed. Will not be buying from them in the future.

Amazing we walked in there with what we had in mind and walked out 30 minutes later with an amazing 2007 Acura RDX. This is a family owned business that makes you feel part of them. They are auto dealers, but not like the pushy SOB's that try and sell you anything and everything you don't want for an unreasonable price an keep you for a full day just to wait your turn to do paperwork. Our daughter was in the market for a new car. We searched several lots and ended up coming back to Autoban Autosales, due to the fact they had a large selection of what she was interested in. She purchased a one owner Acura RDX, which she just loves. Ronin was excellent to work with, no pressure, family run business and they stand behind their vehicles. My husband and I went in for a minivan. They were knowledgeable. There was no pushiness. One of the headlights was out and it was an immediate replace without asking anything extra of us. Everyone was friendly, we were able to really inspect the car. We will definitely be considering this as a place we purchase from in the future and we came in from Vancouver, WA. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Brought in the car with a small problem and it was promptly taken care of. I highly recommend using AutoBon sales for your next used car. He knows what he is doing and knows what it takes to make customers return over and over again for their cars.

I bought my car just this past April. I can't say enough about this place. Emile went out of his way to make my buying experience a pleasure. I have not had a car for about 12 years but found it had become a necessity. I admit I was skeptical at first about buying a used car but Emile made me feel like family, answered all my questions and took care of all the paperwork so I didn't have to.

Bought a 13’ Acura TSX from here. Looked at multiple from other dealerships that were in really bad shape and they wanted a lot more. This one was perfect condition and the price was very reasonable. We did have one small issue come up with the car, and even though Emile was not obligated to do anything about, he returned my calls promptly and helped me get the issue resolved.

I bought a nice 2003 Toyota Camry here and it is serving me well. I wanted to write a review because of the nice extra service they give me. Every month or so, for no charge, I take the car in for a "service station check" and they do all that stuff like checking the oil, tire pressure, etc. They are very friendly, helpful people and I really appreciate the service.

My brother has purchased 2 cars in excellent condition at great prices. I have been servicing my car there for 5 years-never a problem. My RAV 4 broke down near the shop and I needed a alternator. I called and the owner saved me a tow by using a battery pack and got me to his repair bay. Came here to look at a few cars as a brand new buyer with new credit and little work history. They were straight up and still let me browse. Also, I locked my keys in my truck while I was there. Went in to get my wife a car and spent the typical 2 hours. Test drive, credit check, etc. Left with a great car and experience. Randy was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying. Great selection of cars and SUVs. A must if you want a good car and great experience. Would have been 5 stars but the bird Koko was annoying.

These guys don't check their vehicles out very well before they. Went to test drive a Cadillac and it was leaking fluid from several components under engine. Big disappointment. I Was going to buy that car until i Luckily Discovered what may be very serious and expensive problems in the future. I went there to buy a cadillac and I won't go back.

Outstanding customer service. We drove all the way from Olympia to buy a Van from Autobon Auto. The Van was in excellent condition as described by the ad. The owner, Emile was very nice and honest.
