I had a great experience renting a car with Avalon. I needed a reliable one for travel work and Barry assisted me with everything. They also have a travel nurse discount program which was a plus! On top of that, they gave me a complimentary pick up ride from the airport. My flight arrival was delayed for more than an hour, but Barry still stepped up and accommodated me. As soon as my plane landed, he came right away! It was raining when I arrived, and I was so thankful because I didn't have to wait outside the airport and go through any hassle. The rental signing process was super quick as well because Barry prepared everything already beforehand. The car that I am renting is super clean and drives well! Just what I needed! I've used Avalon several times now in Austin for my longterm car rentals and each time the experience has been great.
