My order was extremely late 2 hours, I contacted the store , The person who answered the said , wait your order will be with you soon . I said it has been Almost 2 hours ? The guy said wait , its coming soon . Finally when the Food Arrived, we were Straving, Unfortunately the Chicken was burned, We were so disappointed , We tried to eat whatever we Could . I contacted Just Eat and Explained to Just eat, However just Eat said , We shouldn't have eaten the Food . And they can't do anything thing .

Absolutely awful. Chips were hard, the burger was burnt. When I had the chicken it depressed me. I once tried a lamb wrap and was nearly sick. Unfortunately my bf thinks it's great which I put down to "some mad voodoo that must make people think this place is great" Absolutely awful establishment. Avoid at all costs. I've unfortunately eaten food there about four times now and I'm actually angry at how gross this place is. Cook something well, just one thing would be good. The worst bit is I have to eat it because I'm hungry.

I wish I could give zero stars the delivery drivers are very rude and aggressive. The restaurant manager/workers were very nice but I was waiting over 2 hours for the food and was blocked from calling the restaurant whilst I was waiting for the delivery. Very unprofessional in the driver and restaurants side. If you don’t mind waiting 3 hours for food then go ahead and order but I was very disappointed with the decorum and attitude of the workers. I understand being busy but don’t lie and cut off customers for wondering where there food was and show attitude to customers for no reason.

DON'T BUY YOUR FOOD FROM HERE...very rude delivery boy. normal it says in just eat 25-40 minutes it took about 2 hours to bring the delivery i have asked him to take it back was trying to rude will not take it back finally i took it and then i saw all burn & frozen burger and cold chips because took them 2 hour to bring the delivery. better order some mcdonalds or KFC or Subway. but not from this shop

absolutely disgusting. waited over 2 hours for my delivery, in the end has to drive down myself and pick it up. tried to lie to me and say phones not working since morning but i can tell by other comments that they tend to turn their phone off, so it goes to busy whenever you ring. ruined my evening. never ordering again.

Absolutely terrible, went there with friends as we thought it would be a quick and easy way to get a munch but to my absolute disgust, the food was cold and very unhygienic as they touched the meat with their dark, yellowed nails with dirt clearly visible under the nail. Will definitely not be coming back.

First delivery got after 1 hour and then. Completely unhygienic food shop. Got a HAIR in my food and called them was trying to be smart and then they said will send another one and got after 2 hours and no appetite after that and no mood to have same for from the same shop. Will not recommend at all.

Food was lovely - always is, but delivery was 30 minutes beyond estimated time slot. Can not recommend the peri peri chips enough

It seems they find it impossible to get the order right. How difficult is it to not include that disgusting jam sauce in the burger? And sometimes there's mayo, sometimes not, sometimes they include cheese but again, not every time. Won't be eating from there again... …

used to be regular costumer but from past 1 month staff being rude.. not punctual,ask 40 min to deliver n take almost 2 hours. say its halal but one of the driver told us its not.. worst service, burnt food,rude staff..see the attachment of burnt garlic bread.

Pick up your phone! Been trying to call for the past hour and it's going though as busy! You don't have another number or email address advertised. Rubbish service. Such a shame because the food is nice.

It used to be good.. but when you order for delivery they take too long about it and they get to your house two hours late and the foods cold. All in all i like the mix wrap meal except the chips are aload of rubbish they not cooked properly.

Foods okay nothing special and not worth putting up with the terrible service for. When ordering online food took 2 hours. When actually in the shop food is fast but the attitude of staff leaves you feeling uncomfortable and ruins your day.

Terrible customer service. Horrible delivery times. Waited over 2hours for something that should have took 40 mins. Plus lines always miraculously "busy" after your ordered so you can't when chase up the order. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Tasty food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. They have some seating/booths but not much, personally I wouldn't plan to eat-in but certainly would be more than adequate in a pinch. Plastic utensils are available too.

Ordered food from this restaurant and was given a time of 1950hrs, after 4 phone calls made by myself the food arrived at 2102hrs all soggy. No attempt made by the restaurant to contact the customer to update me at all.

Stopped off here towards the end of a very long walk along the Thames Path. A few seats inside. Quite busy with delivery orders going out but we were served quite quickly. Chicken was tasty. Staff were friendly.
