Bought a truck with a clean title from this dealer yesterday for slightly above KBB value. The sales person told me that the truck was purchased by them at an auction with no issues or damage which I stupidly believed. At the time of purchase I noticed the driver door not quite lining up perfectly when closed but they assured me that it was a common Ford issue that I could adjust it easily at home. When I got home I also noticed that there was new bolts fastening the truck bed down and could tell that the old ones were grinded out. This triggered me to look more closely under the truck and I noticed they replaced the shocks and spray painted most things black. After seeing this and already knowing about the door issue it becomes very clear that this truck was in an accident of some kind that wasn't reported and the frame of the truck is likely tweaked. I followed up with the dealer today to see if they would make things right but they said they would not do a return. They said the bed was taken off to replace the fuel pump which means they lied to me at the time of sale. They also said I could bring it in to get the door aligned but I would have to pay for the repairs. Furthermore, the truck only came with one key which was a spare key that was programmed to only allow the vehicle to go up 80mph and play the radio at 25% volume. The said they could reprogram the key but it would cost me $200. Stay away from this shady dealer! They buy wrecked or broken vehicles cheap, cheaply fix them, then sell them at a premium price.

My husband and I were looking for a BMW i3. This place had one and was less than 2 miles from our house so we checked it out. The dealership is very small but it seems to have a pretty good selection of cars. The person we dealt with, Tony, was very helpful. He let us type and answered all of our questions. He referred us to OnPoint credit Union for an auto loan and basically he made the process very easy. We did have the car inspected by a third party and everything checked out. We were able to do the loan of the credit union online, pick up the check, and then sign all the papers with Tony. Overall the process could not have been easier and we were very pleased with how everything turned out. We would definitely recommend checking out this dealership if you are looking for a used car.

Buying a car comes with a lot of pressure, especially if you're pressed for time urgently. I needed to figure out a car for my work commute after my last one died on me unexpectedly but didn't want a piece of junk out of desperation. The good reviews led me to give BCR a try and I was not disappointed. My experience with Tony and his associate Surin was really great. Tony was reasonable, straightforward, and accommodating of my limited schedule. They are a NO BS type of place and this was honestly so much easier and laid-back than going to a big dealership to deal with the sharks. I love my new car–which was pretty much in perfect mechanical shape–and am glad i got it from BCR. These guys are definitely worth checking out, they deserve your business.

This place seemed like a shot in the dark at first but ended up being a diamond in the rough. Being on Division and having vehicles that have been in collisions only for sale had me a bit skeptical but Tony was absolutely awesome and open about the vehicles history and just seemed to be a genuine guy all around which was wonderful. I bought a 2009 Forester and before I officially made the purchase I asked them to do a pre purchase inspection which they happily paid for and everything has turned out just fine with the car nearly a month and 750+ miles later. Highly recommend just make sure the vehicle was well cared for in the past and do a bit of research on the vehicles VIN number.

To start off. This Dealer is Amazing. We bought a car here after being in a terrible incident with another dealer. They answered all my questions and supported me with my PTSD in regards to having been in my first accident recently. The price the their vehicles are also pretty reasonable. However the reason they have more than deserved a 5 star review is the fact that after the check engine turned on a few days after getting it they took it and found and fixed the issue for free. They even took it through the DEQ for us. They are amazing and supportive. So much more than any other dealer ive ever seen. If you need a vehicle come here because they will take care of you.

Searching for a car is an headache as you all know. Finding an anniversary present is even worse. Searching online for hrs we found BCR Auto. BCR's lot has nothing but high quality of vehicles to choose from. You need to put a bright red trim on gray building though, it would make it easier to find. Lol Finding Vic was a blessing. Even though he is young, Don't let that fool you his knowledge of the auto industry is extremely high. My husband found what he was looking for. Just bought a new 2016 Veloster from them best used car dealership ive been too. The salesmen was nice and quick the test drive was thoroughly and i go to enjoy the car on city streets and highway to see if i liked it. My bank took almost a week and half to finance it and the entire time the dealer worked with me and made sure i had all the paperwork i needed to get the loan done as quick as possible. Will def. go back and buy a car from them again. UPDATE: Have had the car for a little over a month, still works great and no issues glad i bought from these guys!

Drove from Washington to see a car because I’ve been talking to one of their salesman online about a car. When I got there, they had 0 maintenance records of any of the vehicles I was interested in. They said they did online. The car I drove 2 hours for was actually falsely advertised too. It was stated there was no issues with the car but it had a cracked windshield, the drive belt was about to rip off, and the bumper was falling off! They didn’t apologize about any of their false information. Went somewhere else instead and was treated better.

First off, I very much dislike car sales lots. That being said, it was VERY REFRESHING to find BCR Automotive a cut above the rest. Vic is awesome not only helping with questions, but he called a few days after to make sure we were still happy with our buy.. WE ARE. We live in Salem and the thought of driving to Portland to a used car lot was at the bottom of my list. I shouldn't be so closed minded and put all car lots in the same "scummy" category. I would recommend this lot to anyone who hates car lots. *like me*. You'll like this place.

I arrived after searching for months for the right vehicle for my family. Met this guy name Suren, seemed knowledgeable but also hesitant when dealing with used car salesman. He was very informative and straight forward. Found a car that was the best fit and provided a compromise deal. Took the car to my 10 year mechanic and it passed the pre purchase inspection with mild repairs needed. Overall the customer service was exceptional and would highly recommend checking this place out. Check inventory before arrival. Great folks!

After weeks of searching I found the exact year and model of car that I wanted. The price was fair and reasonable considering the current used car market. Both Luka and Tony were incredibly efficient and professional walking me through the buying process. And upon further inspection the car turned out to be in better condition than I originally expected and they even knocked 500 bucks off the purchase price! I would one hundred percent recommend buying a car from BCR automotive.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a Ford F-150 from here a couple weeks ago and it’s given me nothing but problems since I drove it off the lot. They do a very good job of masking the issues with their vehicles. The guy I worked with (Tony) didn’t even know what he was doing I had to practically do all the paperwork myself or I would of been there longer than the 5 hrs I was there. Overall it was a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor a do not go here.

If you're buying from this place be sure to bring a seasoned mechanic with you. Back in May of 2022 I bought a 2007 impreza from them and it turned out to be an enormous financial mistake. Broke down less than week later and couldn't keep it running no matter who's shop it got towed to. Despite paying over $5,000.00 in repairs it still won't run. Thanks guys!
