Poor Customer Service. I have been going to this express car wash for over a year now and hold the platinum membership. The brushes they use in their carwash are superb, my car is able to get a quick rinse without getting small swirl marks ingrained into the paint job. It is unfortunate that they are the only carwash in San Diego that uses the "scratch free, rubber bristles" because I wish I could go somewhere else. I had a family emergency and had to leave the state for more than a month. After leaving San Diego the following Sunday I was charged for my carwash membership, since I am no longer in town it would be nice not to have $40 go to waste so I reached out to Balboa Car Wash via email that same Sunday asking if I could have my membership canceled and refunded. Instead of simply canceling and refunding my car wash they simply ignored my request to have a refund and just canceled the wash. I emailed them back asking if they could also refund my $40 since I am not going to be intown and less than 24hrs has gone by since I was charged for my membership. Instead of being helpful and providing their customer a refund for a service they are not and will not be able to use they instead responded quite argumentatively listing out all the reasons why they don't issue refunds. If you are going to issue monthly memberships you better be prepared to accommodate customers when emergencies happen, especially a loyal customer who has been memeber of your wash program for over a year. I'm pissed at their lack of consideration for their customers and pissed that $40 is going to waste. $40 that would be very helpful to me during this time period. The way they were more argumentative than helpful is disgusting and I hate to know that I was feeding the pockets of a greedy business owner that has no interest in retaining loyal customers or achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction. Shame on the owner of this establishment for borderline finessing me outta my money. They can expect me to inform fellow peers to not waste their time at this place unless it's a last resort, or until they make a major turn around with their membership system.

I've been coming to this car wash because it's pretty cheap, near my place, and gets the job done. I'm not overly picky about how my car looks as long as I can drive it properly. I came in on the morning of 7/8 to get my car washed in between errands. I guess they were offering a promotional deal at that time, but in order to offer it to me, one of the workers came up to the machine as I was getting my card out to pay, cancelled my selection and then gave me his pitch. Honestly I wasn't interested in it, and was in a rush to just get my car washed and leave, so I told him "I think I'm okay". This guy then proceeds to say "I don't think you are. Have you seen your car?" In the most condescending tone ever. He then proceeded to yell to other cars that they should sign up for the offer so "you won't haven't to stop and pay like she's doing". Seriously?? You're going to try to publicly shame me to sell your monthly membership? Shame on you. I was taken aback because that's NOT how you sell something to someone. It just made me angry and frankly, I will never be going back there again. Good job on losing a customer.

Used to be one of the better deals for a car wash in town. They used to have staff available to do a quick dry/ wipe when you excited the wash, that stopped even pre covid. They don't always pay attention to what option you purchased (last time I went fancy and they were supposed to do a pre treatment spray and didn't). The wash itself moves faster that it used to and faster than other drive thru car washes, so not getting that same clean feel. They do have vacuums included at a 10 minute limit. It's probably worth it if you use your car for a ride share service, then you get the best deal with the monthly packages, but for one or two washes it adds up. They do offer a bogo deal that I use, I think it's buy one wash then you have the option to add the same type of wash in for a discounted price - this is the only way I can justify this place. Don't lose your receipt though or else you just lost your second wash (must be used in 30 or so days).

I had to go through the wash for a second time and made the mistake of getting back in line and waiving down an employee named Diego to ask how to go about it. I think he thought I was cutting in line without paying and proceeded to yell at me saying I couldn’t do that, and gave me no chance to even ask him the question I was trying to ask which is “how do I go through the wash again!”. I asked him not to talk to me that way and he called me a B and told me he would talk to me however he wanted and that I would listen to him and do what he tells me. By then he already had his finger a few inches from my face so I got scared and closed my car window. He proceeded to flip me off and do this creepy hip thrust dance towards me. I spoke to another employee on my way out and it seems like she talked to him. But I am shaken by the experience and wouldn’t return, this entire situation was scary and uncalled for.

OK people here is what happened today . I purchased the Silver Carwash for $ 11 . It all went well until I moved to the vaccum area . Here I found unusual scratches on the car hood . I have an ford explorer . The attendant called the manager to inspect . He arrived and looked at the scratches and he said that it never happens in his place . His explanation was that I scratched it with the Vaccum hose when I moved from one side of the car to the other . That's a great imagination indeed , I have been to at least 20 automatic carwash places in the last 2 years and never had an issue . He really did not want to help at all . Did not offer a complimantary carwash or any other gesture to keep a customer . I really very disappointed . I probably do have a choice than to file an official complaint the BBB in San Diego area and even seek a legal action for the damage . I suggest be careful at this facility

Not pleased at all with this car wash. I've spent 6$ at a car wash before and have gotten a way better job done. I paid for the highest tier of washes they have which INCLUDES tire and wheel scrubbing and shine, turbo dry, high pressure prep, and a free towel and I genuinely don't think I received any of that. The tires were so dirty still after including the rims. Additionally the car was super wet after coming out of their "industrial dryer", there was still dust on the car on the top after washing, and never got this supposed "free towel". I will not be coming here again. I told the car wash attendant about my issue and he essentially said that they were busy and sometimes that happens. Didn't offer a solution, nothing. Oh, and still no sign of this towel. The only thing that was cool about the car wash is the lights inside the car wash, otherwise it's short and not very good. I

I wasn't aware you needed a membership to use the vacuums & after getting to the last part of my car an employee came up to me asking where my sticker was. "Do you think you can do all this for free? Do you go into mcdonald's and order a burger and think it's free?" Like really? I told him it was my first time here and I'd never been to a car wash like this one before. Continued to be very condescending and when I asked if he could just explain his point rather than be disrespectful he pointed at his brain and said "You're just not allowing yourself to hear me, Im not being rude that's just the way you're taking it" After another employee came up I got in my car and left. Please correct the short hispanic man as he's a terrible representation of your car wash. Based on the reviews I can tell most of them are about him too.

Awful employees....granted, came in on Thanksgiving but if you're going to be open, be open! Bought a wash, drying off ready to vacuum, no vacuum hoses. Employees gathering them up. Was informed they are closing, period. Spoke to a so- called manager.,.he informed me he stayed open later like I should be grateful, and that that the way it is. Tried to continue conversation, but he just walked off...tried to ask another employee about management, she just looked at me and walked off like the other guy. Never seen anything like it. Ended up at last hose and got a vacuum....glad for that. Attitude by employees was stunning and felt a little unsafe with the stare downs. These folks do not appreciate your business...many more car washes around that area...my suggestion is to go to one that appreciates your business.

I've been a subscribing member for over a year. In the beginning it was great, unfortunately over time the quality has declined. I'd say the most frustrating things are they no longer offer a hand towel dry (they do provide some micro fiber towels for you do to it yourself), the car wash seems to break down a lot, oftentimes I find myself sitting in a long line with nobody moving while the staff wanders around inside trying to fix something. I've had the machines not read my car tag a few times. Twice now I've asked to upgrade my tier of membership and none of the staff seemed to have the ability to do that. The pros are: the location - it is centrally located and easy to get in and out of. The vacuum bays are good, they offer numerous tools and their suction is strong. Their hours of operation are good.

I had a bad experience with this car wash. I was vacuuming my car and ended up hurting my finger and it took me roughly 5 minutes to look for a worker to get me first aid kit. The worker was with someone else signing their subscription. I had dried blood on my legs and when I approached him, he said “awww you got hungry and chewed on your finger??” and he did an expression of chewing his fingers to show off. AT THAT POINT, I wanted to cry. I WAS GOING TO CRY. The workers here ONLY care about getting you their monthly subscription when it should be FIRST IMPRESSION. So don’t go to this car wash. Rude, unorganized, loud music, just plain horrible workers, layout, organization and company!!!

I highly recommend this car wash, it is the best do it yourself car wash in San Diego, Soapy Joe’s does not even come close. This place is super clean, the vacuum and drying stations are always nice and cool, because they are covered, they have the awesome compressed air spray guns so you can spray out all the crevices when drying your car. Heba who I spoke with last time when I needed help at one of the stations was super friendly and professional, the other female manager whose name I do not know, is also top-notch. Also, I normally do not take my black car through brushed car washes, however, they have very soft bristles, and it is well-maintained so you do not get swirl marks

After the small recent rain we had my car needed a car wash. There was Balboa car wash that was right next to Chick-fil-A. I decided to get my car wash and get lunch at the same time. Chick-fil-A was awesome and so was Balboa car wash. The car wash here is really painless. All you really need to do is drive up and they will take care of the rest for you, except for the vacuuming. My car turned out great after the car wash, it was like it never rained. All the staff here is really nice and always willing to help you. This is such a convenient part of San Diego for me cuz I do most my business here. This would be my regular car washing spot from now on!

I tried giving this place three chances but it’s failed me twice and I won’t be coming back. First time the wash came out fine but the last two times it was awful. My third and last time, the car wash was extremely rough on my car, didn’t even clean my wheels at all, and the towels they provided were NOT MICRO FIBER or were DIRTY. It scratched practically every spot I used to dry it. Check the photo for more details; the small scratches towards the edge were made by these towels. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Don’t give your money to Balboa Express Car Wash unless you want your car covered in micro scratches.

Decided to get a car wash today, and it left the car soapy and with streaks all over for $22 and on top of that…they double charged me and ripped me off and I tried calling to get a refund..no answer. The main Manager guy was disrespectful and condescending towards me and kept repeatedly calling me “little girl” in a rude and passive aggressive way when I tried to politely ask for help on how to pay for the car wash. He made me very uncomfortable and I felt taken advantage of by him, I’m very upset. If I could give the customer service ZERO stars on this review, I absolutely would. Not coming here ever again.

I can't say enough about the service and shine at Balboa express car wash. The gentleman that checks you in just prior to the wash was kind enough to wet my rag for easy cleaning after. However, the manager Jurushia was absolutely extraordinary. Even during a super busy Saturday she held a space for me as I came out of the wash. Then, she helped me purchase an unlimited wash while refunding my wash earlier. She did all this effortlessly and with a big smile. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Regarding the other reviews, yes you'll still have a few spots on your vehicle. That's what the rag is for after the wash.

There is a heavy turn over with the employees at this car wash. I have bought the silver service and paid $13 on many occasions. Lately, they do not scrub or foam the front of the car to get rid of the dead bugs (which it advertises). There is no manager on duty that I have ever seen. And, when I called to complain about the service, I only get voice mail and no call back. I gave it one star because they are so inconsistant and I do not get what I paid for. In addition, be aware that if you buy two car washes at the same time, there is an expiration on the second wash and I found that out the hard way.

I got a 1 time silver wash ($13). While going through, parts of the wash sounded exceptionally rough on my car. My car left the wash as though the dryers weren't on (aka my car was soaked) and there were noticeable streaks on the car showing where my car wasn't touched. I didn't expect perfectly clean, but this was extremely noticeable all around my car. Most of the back of my trunk looked completely untouched. I didn't stop to use the vacuum or wipe my car as I needed to get somewhere, but I saw the streaks after I had been driving for a while. I ended up getting a second wash at my destination.

Terrible experience this morning. Do NOT purchase “premium.” My truck was still dirty, bugs all over the windshield, cob webs on the mirrors, dirt all over the side of both door panels. Attempted to reconcile the situation by speaking to the young man running the wash this morning, he had absolutely no interest in making it right. Will not be returning to this establishment, plenty of other options in the neighborhood. If the business had been open to making the situation right, a review would not be warranted. I did not walk away without trying to allow them the opportunity.

LOUSY PLACE! Inconsistent service! NOBODY CARES HERE!! Too many times my cars are coming out still in need of a wash! $ 16.00 and they stop the wash 3 times when I was inside because they do NOT manage traffic and capacity! Cars piled up at the exit and NO VACUUMING AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL BE LEAVING WITH A DIRTY CAR AND OFTEN NO CHANCE TO EVEN DRY AND VACUUM! This is the best car wash in San Diego, the membership prices are cheap, the detailing area, where you dry your car and vacuum is completely covered, they have a compressed air spray gun, so you can blow all the water out of all of your various areas. And they use solar panels and reclaimed water.. The management is top notch, it’s always very clean, and it does a great job in one pass. Heba who works there and I believe Mark who is usually at the car wash entrance, tall, gray haired with sunglasses are super genuine and professional

Pointless, just wasted $14 for my car to get wet and a vacuum. Mentioned that it didn’t clean my car at all to the attendant there and he weirdly asked what I was talking to another customer about, which was really weird considering I just was making small talk with someone next to me. Then he said had I bought the more expensive package he would refund me. Then he told me to wait and he would check on something and come back, but he never did, just kept talking to all the other people washing their cars. Weird and very poor experience

I never leave reviews but I truly cannot recommend this carwash enough!!! they’re the nicest people ever. I didn’t have my card or any cash on me and i realized too late the chip reader was out of order so i couldnt use apple pay. i was literally trying to back out of the drive through with like 3 people behind me, horrified, but the owner came by to help and was SO NICE about it & in the end they gave me a free carwash. Turned a really embarrassing moment into the highlight of my day!! I’m a Balboa Express Loyalist now.

Awkward experience. I happened to be on the area and decided to do a quick wash. The attendant apparently had a bad interaction with a young woman who went before me, and proceeded to tell me I hope you're not another rude one. I understand that people can be rude, but to be condescending and telling someone to take off your sunglasses so you can see them while they are going off on an awkward tangent and pressuring you to sign up for a membership is unprofessional. It was really creepy and I am never coming back.

I love this car wash! I go every week with both mine and my husband's cars and the staff is always so nice and helpful. We have the unlimited monthly memberships, it's so great to go whenever you want. They give you a towel to wipe down your car, and the vacuums are super strong and everything is very clean. The owner Meddi (spelling?) Is always so nice and helpful. I don't think he gets a break I see him every time! Thank you Meddie and Balboa Car Wash you rock!

Every time I come to this car wash, Diego is always welcoming and with a big smile! He is a bundle of joy that always makes me laugh one way or another. As far as the car wash, I've been coming here since September of last year and would never go to another car wash. The membership is awesome and you can go back to back if your car is insanely dirty. They provide a microfiber towel as well. I've asked for two in the past and they've always accommodated.

Car wash is just fine, the setup is completely useless. If it is busy which it ALWAYS is you cannot get to a vacuum or even pull off to dry the car with the towel provided. The turnaround for this carwash is so poorly thought out. Basically once you are out if you want to use the vacuums it had better be open otherwise you have the potential to block traffic coming out of the wash or you have to exit. There is no room for anything else.

Only ever do the basic wash when I get my car washed, but that normally does the job at other locations. This was was terrible. Their whole machine seems improperly designed, where the main roller initiates too soon, and for too short a time. They also don't have towels available, and gave me a single dry towel when I asked if they had any. Literally didn't wash off the streaks from the last time I used a squeegee at a gas station.

Decent little car wash. It is the drive-thru type with a couple of attendants. Very compact and tight turns to get it through there an in and out. Would not recommend going there with a large truck. But it's okay there are others in town that I would recommend more but this one is closest to me and use it on occasion when I'm in a hurry. Prices are average and comparable to other places with similar services.

It's sad to write a bad review of a neighborhood business. I got $14 service with tire shine. You can see that about 1/3 of the tire got treated. Car came out dirty, many areas were skipped over, and with a lot of hard water spots on the windshield and other places. You need to add $1 for a towel, they don't provide you with one. Stars and Stripes at Miramar Road is so much better, it's really worth the ride.

Attendant told me they were charging my card for a 1-time car wash but instead I was enrolled in a membership where my card was charged $19.99 per month. Phone calls are not answered and voicemails not returned. Instead of Balboa Express refunding my money I had to dispute the membership charges with my credit card company. In addition, the car wash does not clean the back vertical surface of an SUV well.

First time try it but also it the last time. It was so a terrible! PREMIUM wash just in 5 minutes for $18. came out still wet, supper dirty. don't even see someone come to clean tire and dont have Air Freshener. think about for choosing this place, it wastes your money. Another car wash are charge $10 with air Freshener with a man walking around stop your car to make your tire shine and clean around.

Expensive service! They charge 11$ for silver car wash and it's completed in just within a minute as you can see in the video. They offer few other options but I do not think more expensive options offer anything better. I would pick a manual wash over this from next time. However they let you use 10 minutes of vacuum service. You can also use pressurized air to clean your car interior by yourself.

I’ve been washing my cars here, since they opened years ago, the convenience and a great price for the monthly membership, I get the Platinum Plan. There’s so many spaces available to vacuum out your vehicle, my favorite is the air-gun, it helps blow out the water inside the door jams, mirrors, behind license plates, & more, I get a very nice drying towel every time I run my car through

I love coming to this car wash purely for the customer service. There is one person in particular who is super nice every time I visit! She helped me out when my ticket barcode wasn’t scanning properly, and she is just super sweet and friendly to everyone each time I visit. The car wash itself is decent, like any other car wash place in SD; I do appreciate the free vacuums and towels.

This is the best car wash in town, I tried the ceramic sealant last time I went through and it made a noticeable difference in the shine on my tesla, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Heba who helped me was Top Notch. I love that they're detailing area and vacuuming area is covered, and they have the air compressor guns to spray all the water out of the crevices.

This car wash is great I was their on Sunday evening and a young lady by the name of Serena assisted me she was great. Very professional had a big smile and was willing to help. You don't see this type of attitude with young people today. Serena is a keeper to have on your team she is the reason I will be coming back to Balboa Car Wash.

Diego was the best. He seriously went above and beyond my expectations on a real busy, hot Summer afternoon at this location off Balboa Avenue SD. He was able to enroll me in monthly membership with so much ease. Come see Diego if you're ever here. He is the most friendliest, helpful salesman that can do anything to serve his clients.

Turn away!!! Paid for Platinum and the extra ceramic-seal and it didn’t clean anything. I’ve been going here since they’ve opened and I’ve had enough. I even have the monthly plan for my wife and we have to drive through the wash several times. It’s a garbage car wash that doesn’t work. I’m going to soapy joes now that it is open.

This is my favorite spot for car cleaning. The prices are very reasonable and it’s a located in a cool spot. The vacuums always have worked well and I really enjoy using them. Today I was there and a really friendly guy named Diego offered me towels to clean my rims and helped out with it too. The service here is always great :)

Love the space to clean your car’s interior; powerful vacuums and compressed air guns at no extra charge. Wished they had more cleaning cloths but we are used to carrying our own at this point plus our own glass cleaner so it doesn’t matter. We come in from Ramona to this wash… it’s THAT GOOD and really different from the rest.

The car wash is pretty decent but I think what makes this enjoyable is the customer service, I've been here for awhile and I enjoy coming for quick wash, I know it won't be as good as detailing it on my own but for an easy wash this usually does the job, Diego one of the employees from this location is really helpful as well.

Although I am happy with the car wash. I am not happy with their website not allowing me to cancel membership. I have made several attempts to cancel and it says it does not have a customer with that name. BUT my bank account shows the monthly withdrawals. I also made two phone calls to customer service. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had a great experience at this car wash thanks to Diego! My friend's car was a bit of a mess and the first pass didn't quite get it cleaned to his satisfaction. Diego was super helpful and offered to send the car through again, which did the trick. The vacuums are strong and compressed air for drying is a nice touch

Don't purchase their membership; they are taking your money. I went there to swipe my car, but instead, they issued a new one and charged me twice every month. When I visited their office, they told me there was a problem, but they didn't refund my money. The guy named James was extremely rude. I don't recommend it.

I just paid $19 thinking it was gonna really clean my car, my car was still dirty after the wash, wow I should’ve went somewhere else. Waste of money, I came here multiple times and my family uses this place weekly with 7 cars total. Bad experience today, I will attach receipt as proof. I’m definitely not satisfied.

Love my carwash...have a membership and do not regret!! All though there are times when a brush breaks down on occasion. It's expected. 17.99 a month is a good deal if you was your car 2-3 X a month. Had to do a double wash today because of the big juice we collected on our cross country road trip. Car looks nice!

Came by but the wash was unfortunately broken and had to be fixed, but JR signed my receipt so that it would be good any time I returned! When I came back to redeem the wash a few days later, JR and David helped out and even upgraded my wash for free! Highly recommend this location, staff is super friendly!

I bought a membership for 47 dollars thinking it was good deal. These machines suck I legit used this place 2 times!!!! They charged my card without my permission for another month, I DIDNT NOT AGREE have a another months with you guys. This is theft! Tried calling this place to correct issue.

My family loves this car wash! Clean and never too busy, staff is always very friendly and helpful especially Diego who helped us pick the monthly membership that best fit our needs. He made it super easy to sign up and walked us through the whole process. We come once a week now :)

i love love love this place!!!! besides the car washed being thorough and getting all the dirt, their vacuum services are so convenient and get hard to reach places! their employees are also the sweetest and always willing to go the extra mile! couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Not bad and not great but got the job done. Mainly the air dry portion makes you go through too quickly and then you spend most of your time drying most the car Actually, after about 40mins of it being done, I check around my car and still is dirty in various places Terrible place

I've been using Balboa Express Car Wash for more than a year. With a monthly pass it takes 6 or 7 minutes to get to the end of the Wash. Then you get 10 to 15 minutes to dry and vacuum your car. Friendly staff and management. I recommend Balboa Express Car Wash to all.

I moved a year ago and had gone in person to cancel my account. I was told it was handled noticed 2 months ago it’s still charging me. Called and never got a call back. Even disputed it with my bank and they are still charging me. Over 300$ for car washes I can’t get….

Manager has “EXCELLENT” sales experience. We turned down the monthly wash pass and Manger flipped out on us saying we are “disrespectful” and that in his 26 years in sales “hes tired of it”. Soapy Joes down the road is better, never coming back here again. 12/20/2023

Don’t sign up for the membership I’m still trying to get someone to call me back and fighting with my bank to stop the membership and they don’t listen to voicemail and there website is a fake and I doubt I’ll have anyone reach out to me for leaving this review

This is the worse car wash I’ve ever been to! My BMW x5 was beat up by the brushes. The additional $1.00 to remove bugs didn’t do a thing! The air dryer is not working properly so…left the place with a wet car! Had never used the place and never will again!!!!

Balboa Carwash deserves 10 star. I have been washing my car here since they opened 5 years ago and never had problem. Always my car gets clean and shiny after wash. The customer service is amazing and always leave this establishment happy. Thank you.

Not so great for large vehicles, you can hardly fit or make the turns. I wish the auto wash was better at removing bugs, it really needed to go through twice and/or be hand washed. I did like the music playing by the very strong vacuums though

I have been in this place many times, and gentlemen names. Diego always taking care of me and he has good excellent customer service actually because of Diego I’m choosing this car wash and I’ve got the membership for two years.

$8 car wash includes free self-vaccuming and rinsing of car! V nice spot but bring your own washcloths to save some $. Really helpful staff too. Also can get quite busy so sometimes you have to wait to find a cleaning station.

The worst car wash in SD by far. Doesn't clean completely even with the top tier. Brought it up to management and they didn't do anything about it, even after showing them the "light dirt" on my back window. Place is a joke.

Worst place ever for a wash. Paying 20 dollars is the same as just spraying water on your car. The wash also scratches your car and chips the paint. Manger is unhelpful and doesn’t want to deal with the problems they face.

I got a superb car wash. I could not believe how good this car wash washes my car. Jim helped me when I got through the wash. He was very polite and very helpful. This is a must visit facility if you want to clean car.

Buy the cheapest option. We bought the “Platinum” and it barely washed our car. Said hand dry and bug removal and didn’t do either. More than double the price of basic. What a rip off. Don’t go here

Diego was super helpful. We paid for the top tier wash and the car still wasn’t completely clean. Diego assisted us in getting the car thru the wash a 2nd time to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned.

Heba was amazing!! I am extremely grateful for all her help when my keys got locked in the car. She was understanding and made a bad situation so much better! Come here, they'll take care of you.

Automated car wash, it's pretty nice, but i wish it was more accommodating for big trucks. My ram 2500 barely fits, and i almost hit the post wverytime. So if you have a big truck, be careful..

Wow $8 for a splashed of water. Didn't even clean the dust off my car. The wipers y'all have need to be replaced. Your staff need be alert, pay attention and direct the vehicle safely.

Vacuums worked really well and everything is very clean. the staff is very helpful. And made my car look like brand new. Diego was very friendly and help me get my account set up.

Don’t waste any money here. High pressure sales to sell monthly cards. Low level service if you just want a wash. Attitude from the attendant was free. Won’t go back.

I went in for a car wash and it didn't even wash my car fully. The back, sides, and top are all still covered in dirt. This is the worst car wash I have ever had.

The machine that washes the car is very strong, be careful with the radio antenna, and the part to vacuum the car is very spacious and very clean.

Just paid for a $13 car wash and The brushes didn't even touch the back of my car. Super disappointed because the car is still very dirty.

Andrew ($8 in early 2023) and Tim ($9 in Oct 21, 2023) good pricing but car was not very clean after. Mops cost $1 per mop. Free vacuum.
