I was happy, and it was a nice place until they cancelled one of my two memberships without me knowing. They said I cancelled it in person on 9/4/2023. I have no recollection of being there on that date. My daughter arrived yesterday at the Palm Ave location with her father my ex to get her car washed under the membership plan (I'm actually the legal owner of the car), and they were not allowed in. No assistance. And I'm SOOO EMBARRASSED because now it appears as if I was trying to get her dad to pay for the wash. Think about it. I had asked them to go to get the car washed and said, "I have a membership," then they arrive, and it says membership cancelled. This is 50% why I'm mad. The other 50% is because upon hearing this, I go and check my credit card and find out they charged me anyways on 9/16/2023 for the membership. Now why would LUVs charge for a service 12 days after it was "cancelled?" I contact them, but all I get is a vague text. Before all this happened, the services were nice, the young folks working there were always courteous, work hard, my cars came out clean. I am so disappointed. I cancelled my membership for my other car and filed a claim with my cc company to refute the 9/16 charge. I'm concerned they are going to keep charging my credit card anyways. This is an energy drain. I'll go to the local Chula Vista car wash now. Follow up 11/22/2023 My credit card was charged twice afterwards. Two of their team members have responded and they say they will refund the charges. I hope so. Otherwise the car wash is a good place to get the car washed. I get a bit edgy with my credit card and technical issues.

You should be taking care of your facilities even if you are going to a transition because you are still charging me the full rate for half functioning locations... well, what did I expect? You didn't take care of it before, so why now .... well, you don't have my Luv, or should I say cash ... taking it to Soapy Joe's Luv, I understand you bought them out.... but you also should understand that the good m, the bad, and the ugly came along with that purchase.... solution: take care of your existing customers, so they can bring you new ones ... as you can tell in this review, I can not say that Luv showed the Luv even during the transition. 2/20/2023 ... need the help of an employee. The first thing he did was make the "give me a minute" gesture with his hand.... wow, talk about customer service... and when I approached him about it ... he stated, "I can understand if you are having a bad day." This is the worse car wash business I ever experienced.I noticed charges on my credit card for memberships I never signed up for if I did when I would go the gate would automatically open up and I wouldn’t have to pay each time but I do so after noticing this I read other reviews and see I’m not the only one who has experienced this issue so I emailed the manager at the palm location and I called I haven’t gotten a response at all so they keep taking unauthorized payments of different amounts off my card I feel like I’m being robbed of my own money and they don’t care what business does this to people and than ignore the emails and calls what do I do next I see there’s plenty of others who’s been through same thing maybe we should get together and file a lawsuit this is theft and it’s not just once it’s every month

Russell (manager) is a great problem solver, and delivery an exceptional customer service. In the other hand, there's an employee name Carlos, bad attitude, rude, bad customer service at all. People like Carlos shouldn't be working as customers service representative. That's a shame having someone like that who doesn't want to help you. He used derogatory words towards me. This is the second time that I have the same problem with him. That's because the cameras doesn't read my license plates and he has to do it manually, but I think he doesn't do that or he is Again in a BAD MOOD...

What a rip-off $10 for a wash, it's not like you're getting premium wash or anything special, I only got the basic wash for the exterior of my car I didn't need to vacuum or anything else, that pricing should be corrected for exterior washes only, even in December of 2022 the wash was $5, now $10 just because they changed the name of the business, won't be back with such ridiculous prices without any justification, totally out of touch and common sense pricing with the current state of the economy!

First time going and it was a great experience, I was nervous as I’ve had my car damaged at other places before, but they have good equipment, staff was super nice and efficient, and the place is very clean, they had lots of vacuums so it didn’t take any time to get a place. Compared to other places, yes it’s more expensive, but given the service, I think it’s a great price. Will think about getting a membership now.

I began coming here because of a special they have for two month. The price is unbeatable, but I will not be renewing it because the back of my car is always dirty when I bring my car through this wash. I don’t see anyway for them to rectify this. I have been to several of their locations and always get the same result.

Worst place ever! Horrible customer service! Horrible customer care!!! I was a loyal customer since 2015! Never have I ever had so many problems as well as issues since LUv car wash took over wash and go! You voice your frustration and no one follows up at all! Not once , Not twice, not three times did the issue stop!

Horrible service. Staff seemed shady. Canceled my membership with wash & go which LUV Car Wash purchased (after my first wash experience) LUV still charged my bank account . 5 bucks for them to let you run your car through their machine. You still have to wipe down spots that the machine missed, along with windows, dash, jambs and vacuuming floors. But Luv bought them out and the basic car wash is now $10. Seems like a rip off but all prices are going up, sigh!

All their washes are the same so don't waste your money on the top tier wash. Also leaves strange grease smears on my white paint down by the tires... Also they raised the price from $3 a wash to $5 a wash and now it's $10 a wash. Very disappointing

Wow!! This car wash is my absolute favorite!! The staff is so friendly and helpful!! Specifically Russell!!! My car comes out beautiful everytime and it always brightens my day to stop in. Thank you to the staff there ☺️

I had a membership and I cancelled the subscription online, however they kept billing me for two months until I noticed the charge. Just watch out if you have a membership. They won’t give you a refund.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I ran my car through and it did nothing. This car wash is supposed to be new and improved but it doesn’t even work. Wash N Go was way better and CHEAPER. Bring it back.

Benedict is great, but the price is not. Was $3, then$6, now $10 for the basic cheap wash. Usually no clean towels either. Boxes was empty in the end row. Sorry, not for me.

Please bring back the wet wipes i ues them to clean inside while going through wash. And members should be notified when payment due for month . Not as good as before imo

The last three times I've gone to this place they've been out of clean towels. Likely, they got a bunch of kids working here that don't want to be bothered.

Fast & Cheap! Awesome car wash, near the freeway exit. Vacuums always work perfectly fine and always are well stocked with clean towels.

Really scammy. Used it once as a normal car wash, but then they used my card to start a subscription. Pay cash or avoid it.
