He screamed out in pain several times the night of his appointment and even laid motionless for a few minutes. It scared us so bad. We still don’t know what happened. Absolutely the worst Banfield in town, I went in with a sick cat and left with a sick cat without even letting them see her because of how unprofessional and disrespectful the front staff is.
