WORST veterinarian experience in all my years of owning animals. Misconstrued prices, you never hear the same price from different staff members, charges you for things without telling you then expects it to be paid in full. Rude staff, unprofessional office and overall just a terrible experience.

Friendly staff. The pricing for the wellness plans are a bit of a bait and switch. I was told one price to get me into the door and given another upon leaving. I do love how well they treated my pet, and appreciate how thorough his doctor was when explaining his test results and treatments.

I am amazed at the difference between Banfield Pet hospitals in NJ and NC. So very clean, welcoming, and professional in NC. It is so easy to transition and to make appointments. Staff is knowledgeable, and even when busy, everyone is acknowledged and taken care of in a timely manner.
