I’m a customer since 2016. BEFORE covid started everything was great! But now the service is SO DISGUSTING. They never answer the phone, they give appointments after 2/3 months! They put you on hold and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! They transfer you to voicemail and NEVER return the call!!! But yet we pay monthly for SUCH A POOR SERVICE!!!!!
This place is ok. My dog lola have insurance and I still have to come out of pocket to pay for her shots. The doctor there takes so long and when telling them to do something dealing with your pet they try to talk you out of it. For anyone who looking for a good Banfield please go to the one on Atlantic Ave they are the best.
Terrible customer service, my dog went for several visits. The doctor advise us to do some testing and after 2 weeks they don't have any results, while they blame the laboratory. My dog still in pain and very uncomfortable. Never go back again to this pet hospital and cancelling my banfield membership.
Very good experience. They took our kitten in the back and have the first vaccinations want trimmed his nails. They tested for feline hiv and leukemia. The vet called us and let us know everything that was done and answered our questions and we took our kitten back from the front desk and went home.

My cat got neutered there yesterday and they were the best! I wasn't able to come pick him up, so they went over everything for after care with me on the phone. This morning, they followed up to make sure he was Ok and see how he was doing. Being a Banfield member is definitely worth it!
Very good experience! The very called us the very first tests and vaccine was given. The vet, Anna, took time with us on the phone, letting us know how our kitten was doing, his test results, answered all our questions. We go back in 3 weeks for the next vaccine but we were very happy.
The staff is always accommodating, they treat me and my pet wonderfully. The vets are very good. If you're looking for the same vet all the time this might not be the place for you. My dog belongs to the Wellness Group , the best thing I ever signed up for.
