Ordered a bed from this 'company' and it is absolutely shocking. Put together the 'bed' as per the instructions and it was below sub-standard. Has a splintered, cracked 2x1 timber through the centre as the support. Had to reinforce it and build my own legs for it. Contacted them and they said make a video so they could show their warehouse workers to come to a solution! Total jokers! Don't respond to emails or phone calls either. Have contacted Amazon. Oh and the wheels fell off the drawers and the stops fell off because they're held together by staples that would just about staple 2 pieces of paper. Trust me don't read positive reviews because I did and have been left mugged. Do not order a product from this company!!

If zero stars was an option I would have given that sadly I have to generously give one star to be able to write this review. Got a double bed for my daughter from this company via a groupon deal. The bed arrived and was missing the clips for the slats had to wait over a week for the clips to be sent out. The bed was so low the slats were splintered and quite honestly sh*t would have been better off putting pallets on the floor and shoving mattress on top. When contacted they were rude and ignored. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

I hate to say but I will never look back at this company ever was not happy with the bed I recently purchased it had scratches and dents around the bed frame and the structure of the bed was made from cheap materials absolutely distgusted didn’t feel money worth in the end I was asking for a refund but they refused that and had offered me an exchange which got me more angry .....

I'm very surprised to see bad reviews for this company.. Had problem with one leg on sofa bed, within 4 days complete set of bed legs delivered!!! Then called me to ask if I needed further assistance or full side of sofa replaced.!! I found them to be most helpful, would buy from them again.. Thank you Limitless Base for all your assistance .. Overall excellent product my son loves it everything works as it should and good quality just waiting for a missing part which is a support beam connecting the base and have been advised by customer service that it has been dispatched so I have faith by the time your reading this everything would be in place. Happy days!!

Bought a table that arrived late, and it was damaged. They did send a replacement, however this was also damaged. I'm £200.00 out of pocket, have 2 damaged tables, and am now having to rent a van for £60 to take them down to the dump. So soon I'll be £260.00 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. great!

Sent wrong bed on the Friday could not get in touch with anyone til Monday was told that they would get the bed delivered that day to be told later that day I've got to wait til Tuesday even though I told them I suffer with back and I had already spend all weekend on the sofa disgusted with them

Bought a mattress 3 months ago they deliver wet mattress they took it back it's about 3 months i still didn't receive the delivery or neaither money back every time make excuses willcall you back in 2 days and courier company will deliver you so now finally thinking to send a legal notice now

Not worth the one star. Bed came damaged. After numerous calls I managed to get through and they said i could get a refund however since then i haven't been able to get through and still waiting on the refund a month later.

Ordered a bed, got half of it and 5 days later still waiting for the rest of it. Service is slow and while I would love to tell you about the product I simply cant as im missing half of it.

Had defects to sofa, just ignored me. Was out of pocket to put right. Not happy with customer service, will not be using again.
