I have been here before, and yet again when I arrived- great atmosphere, the receptionist was very pleasant and warm, and gave me her full attention as soon as I walked in. I could hear lots of laughter down the corridor, not what you'd expect in the dental setting, but still reassuring and also calming. The practice is clean and modern with plenty of open space with lots of natural light. When I went in for my check and clean, I could see where the laughter had come from, both dentists Suzanne and Caroline were working today and they have great camaraderie together. I normally don't like getting my teeth cleaned with the ultrasonic cleaner, so Suzanne offered me the happy gas for it, and I thought why not? My first time with it and "OH MY , WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING ALL THESE YEARS?" The clean was a breeze this time so I'll certainly be having it each I go now. My teeth feel superb, and no fillings hurrah! Thank you to Suzanne ,Caroline and team. You guys make the dental experience - enjoyable! I will be back!

Suzanne and the team at bayside family dentistry were incredible. I had an implant done and veneers on my top front 4 teeth. My case was a complicated one, but nothing to complicated for Suzanne who smashed every curve ball my mouth had to offer out of the park with extreme professionalism. My teeth look natural and amazing. I am always greeted with a smile and a chat from all the team when I go in. They make it a delight to go to dentist. Special mentions to Mandy for always working around my schedule when booking me in, for buying me coffees before my appointments and for just being a general star. A dentist for life. Dr Susan Cairns has looked after our whole family’s dental needs. Every time we arrive for our appointment we are greeted so warmly by the administration staff. The dental practice is spotless. Dr Susan is always upbeat and her friendly banter puts everyone at ease prior to and during their procedure whether it be a clean, filling or both my children have had their braces applied by Dr Susan leaving them with an excellent set of straight teeth and a beautiful smile. Excellent, professional, friendly service I highly recommend this dental practice for all your dental needs.

My 8year old son went today who was very scared of going to the dentist, he came out asking when he could go back. Izabella worked her charm and got him to sit in the chair and have a full examination, clean and X-ray. Between both Suzanne and Izabella they were so friendly and made us both feel comfortable. I never thought We’d leave there feeling so happy. My son said he should go back in 3 months and not in6! This is coming from a child who I had to bribe and drag to the dentist because of his fear and anxiety. I cannot recommend this dentist surgery enough.

What a friendly team at BFD! I was experiencing sensitivity and pain from grinding my teeth while sleeping. I had a check and clean as well as a scan to get a new bite plate made. I was impressed with the tech as well as the knowledgeable and informative staff through the process. Thanks Dr Suzanne - the bite plate is making a huge difference to my teeth and the sensitivity I was experiencing disappeared within a few days as a result of using the bite plate. I can't recommend Bayside Family Dentistry enough.

After wanting my crooked teeth and bite rectified I couldn't be more satisfied three months into my treatment and for having chosen this clinic. I visited Dr Suzanne Cairns - from the initial assessment ClearCorrect was recommended (avoiding the braces yay!) and I am thus far very pleased with the progress. The regular check ups have been extremely caring and professional. I have absolutely no regrets and the service and experience is exceptional. Strongly recommend.

Caroline was brilliant with my wisdoms. Had them both out in less than 30 minutes. It was comfortable. No after pain and I woke up the next day getting on with normal activities. Didn’t even need to take pain killers. People make so much fuss about getting wisdoms out. I am definitely going back there for more work and taking my partner along. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone genuinely looking for a dentist who knows what they are doing.

Loved this place! My children were initially nervous to see the dentist; but as soon as we stepped foot in the door, they felt very at home. The receptionist was friendly and there was a little children’s area for the kids to play and colour in while we waited. Dr Suzanne was fabulous and so good with little ones. The clinic was spotless and modern. I’ve told everyone I know to go there now! Highly recommend!

I’m not afraid of the dentist anymore!! Suzi explained everything so well and gave me plenty of breaks while she did my clean and X-rays. All the staff there are really nice and Erin the receptionist even went so far as to give me a glass of water sit down and chat to me before my appointment.
