This place is spectacular! Dr twinkle and her assistant Dr Aprarna is simply amazing and knows exactly what shes doing You helped me with my chipped tooth and have me given me confidence again , my smile already looks so much better The atomosphere is astonishing and so clean even got a nice tv to help relax once your in the beautiful chair, Dr twinkle and her staff is so passionate about teeth she told me mostly everything that she was doing with my chipped tooth even my gap in my tooth helped come to a resolution very knowledgeable and i was taken away by how caring they are about your smile and teeth asked alot of questions an even helped me with gaining confidence once my braces come off to get those lovley vanners on my two front teeth! Im so excited as iv been accepted its been a journey for me finding the right dentist for this I appreciate the hard work you all did today And thanks hannah for helping me set up my plan for my teeth! This is definitely my now go to dentist the price is definitely worth more than anything especially advice on how to look after your teeth too! The absolute BEST dental clinic in all of Melbourne, my wisdom tooth was severely impacted which was effecting my other teeth and causing me a lot of pain, I had gone to 3 different clinics prior & all of them said they couldn’t take it out as it was a ‘ special case ‘. Luckily I discovered Bayswater dentist where I was greeted by the lovely Pareen at the front desk who promptly took all my details down! My Dentist was Dr Ash Gulati who I can personally say has hands of magic, he made sure to tell me about the entire process and answered all my questions! He numbed my tooth up well, as I was not under anaesthesia, he made the process painless as possible for me Can confidently say this is my new go to dental clinic, thank you to the team at BaysWater Dentist for making my experience amazing!

What a wonderful dentist clinic, I went in for my 2nd appointment and was made to feel at ease by Dr. Twinkle, she was kind, friendly, making sure I'm okay with what she was doing and explained everything so I could understand. The receptionist was very friendly as I was greeted on the way in, I was worried about going to dentist but she helped me feel calm, they also give you a follow up call to make sure everything is okay after your appointment, thank you for such a great visit.

Honestly the lack of care, bedside manner and basic kindness was too much. I made my special requirements very known and felt they were not taken in to account. Really poor. The highlight was being told not to cry- people will see you. I am so angry and saddened by this. I don't understand how there can be so many good reviews. Didn't get much of an apology although was able to gain some understanding of why my procedure was so painful.

Excellent service, cannot fault. Front desk was efficient and professional. Dr.Smitha was thorough with the extraction procedure made me feel at ease. Very caring and gentle. Explained at every step what was happening. Also made sure I was comfortable with everything. Assistants we're also kind. They were all very respectful. This place is totally amazing. They are my family’s favourite dentists in Melbourne and have been recommending them to everyone looking for a great dental treatment experience. Not only the doctors but the assistants are also very professional. There is no other clinic I would go to or recommend. When you find the best, you keep it.

Finally found a clinic where everyone feels and acts like family!
