Went to Beacon Hill Home Hardware today (Friday 11.30 am) brought in a can of their paint and asked to have it tinted ( bought it not tinted) The lady told me the can base I bought was the wrong one for the colour I wanted. Asked to exhange it for the right one she replied no not without your receipe. Didn't have it. I had other things to buy and left totally disappointed. What harm was it to change a unopened can of their own paint. Went to Home Hardware in Orleans not a problem, my can of paint was fine to tint. ( Go to this one quite often) I have always supported Home Hardware, but won't be supporting Beacon Hill in the future. Maybe a review of some customer service is needed.

21/06/22 I work beside home hardware every time i have a break i go shopping at the store only today I was accuse to be a thive by the manager of the store on 1934 Montreal Road on Gloucester ...omg I was so upset to be accused of something I did not do just because of my color of the skin or the way I look. Shame on you if you did this because I look aboriginal , well have a nice aboriginal day Mr. Manager. 21/06/22 today is National Aboriginal day is a day of reconciliation not to accused aboriginal of being a thive like the old days went white people tough the is what we were. kind of a smaller location but it's perfect for the area; i don't get lost inside or overwhelmed by option paralysis and everything i've ever needed from a home hardware has been readily available here. if you're a budding DIYer or a master factotum looking for major parts for a project, this location will probably not be enough for you; for everyone else looking for some screws or common tools to outfit your toolbox, this will do very nicely.

Was told by a store clerk, galvanized fence 3 feet by 35 feet was $34.99, once I got home, noticed galvanized fence roll was actualy 3 feet by 5 feet, and still got ( $%^%*&%$) trippled overcharged, when you need something don't rely on what store clerk says. 2 rolls 3' x 5'=$ 69.98

Nice little store that has a decent selection of small DIY items for small house projects. The staff were very helpful and stock wasn't bad. I was looking for a few things and didn't find it here (maybe it's only with larger home hardware stores). Overall, good experience here.

Great service. Bought some paint, and it was a little older (worked fine and looks perfect). Offered a discount immediately and thanked me for shopping at their location.....I have bought all my remaining supplies since. Doing a full reno 35k plus.

It’s great having this store in Beacon Hill North. Very pleasant and helpful staff, especially a young fellow named Mark. He actually opened a package to show me how an item works, and went to the shelf to get me the correct item.

You can always find what you're looking for in this crammed but well organized store. The housewares' section is amazing with gadgets and great knives for the kitchen. The staff always greets you and is very helpful.

Friendly, but not taking Covid 19 seriously. No masks to be seen on any employee. Even when I arrived for curbside because my son is a 3x high risk for dying of Covid. Try harder. Wear masks. Do your part.

Excellent customer service. Twice I was turned away from Canadian Tire during the lockdown and went to Home Hardware and they were able to help me. Very satisfied with he Beacon Hill location. :)

I work here. It's a small store but we tend to have alot for our small size. Also our customer service gets along very well with customers and generally is a very nice welcoming environment

Customer services.... has no clear answer for a store deliveries . They said 2 weeks and after that 2 months. place order on Sep 23 and they expect the to be in January. Just a bad service
