Bears wynberg is pits. They harass you to make payment on the date that satisfies them and tell you about the contract that they themselves not stick to it when they are looking for sales. I bought 3 items in December and I received 2 . Then later after so many stories, I received the bed which I am now complaining about.And they are not even bothered about that. They contacting for payment which they did not receive . Yet I am still waiting for their phone call regarding the bed!!!! These people called to confirm when will my first payment go through, I answered and said last day of the month. The lady said okay. Now I’m being contacted by a very rude lady who’s name is Patty (not sure about the spelling)who can’t even listen to what you are saying. All she wants is money and threats that the contract will be cancelled. Which at this point I do not care. They are busy emphasising about what is written on the contract whereas at the time of making sales , they acted as if they consider my payment date. I am so ****ed and never in my entire existence experienced such customer service. Anyway,My sales lady great and very patient.

"Absolutely atrocious service. The Wynberg branch was quick to accept deposit and unashamed at the excessive interest and delivered to the wrong address. The driver/assistant had an unauthorised person sign for the goods and when we enquired about it the saleslady said she's rectifying it. Despite us being in constant contact with the store,goods were still delivered to the wrong address at the wrong time. We were told that neither the driver nor his assistant has a cellphone but they assured us the goods will be collected at wrong address and delivered to the correct address. 19h22 and we're still waiting. Zero communication from the staff. Absolutely horrendous service. Atrocious service."

I must say Bears really cares about you. They live up to their motto. Friendly staff. Clean place. Nice atmosphere...just welcoming all round. They help you even if you dont have credit and assist where they can. The staff go out of their way to assist and make you feel welcome. They do same day delivery and the service is really great. If ever in need of furniture, cupboards, chairs, tv's etc that is the place to go.

I would like to express my disappointment with the service i received from this branch. The manager does not return calls. Once your warranty is over they not concern where they sold you default product or not. They not interested in assisting you to solve your problem. Very disappointed customer. Please be careful when you purchases furniture from this company.

The way business is done at this store is absolutely insane. Ripping off the less fortunate. Making people pay r13000 for a microwave worth r3000. What kind of interest is that? Never again. Don't fall for the installments that seem so "little". Go to game rather

I am utterly disgraced by the service of this branch. The items that was sold to us was not even worth for what we need to pay for it. Manager never available and staff always to busy to get back with feedback.

To be honest I'm very disappointed, I bought a bed on laybuy but when I went to do my last payment they didn't have the bed ,so I asked for a refund but up until now they haven't given me back my money

I bought a couple of things which one was a dining table 3 months down my delivery it's still not assembled I have communicated and set a date and no help still. The service is really awful
