Timing is everything. I arrived around 4.30pm on a Friday hoping for a drink and a feed. It was late night shopping at Southland, yet Bed Keen were winding down for the day. No cooked food at that time so settled for an apple slice and a chai latte (wife had iced coffee) These were all perfectly fine. The staff were most apologetic about not having what we wanted on arrival. It was good enough to earn a revisit in the future at an earlier time when they are all systems go The fact it was quiet and lacking buzz (no, that isn't a bee joke) was a hint I suppose.

BEE KEEN CAFE SOUTHLAND is a great place to grab a Coffee or some Honey! The food is also pretty good but I would definitely Recommend trying the Honey as it is 100% pure Australian Honey you can't compare quality of Honey like this to supermarket Honey as this stuff is straight from the hive! No mucking around! I love the passion and enthusiasm that the guys at BEE KEEN Cafe Southland show, I look forward to my next visit and wish these guys all the best in the future! I highly Recommend BEE KEEN Cafe Southland Shopping Centre.

We have getting takeaway or dinning in at Bee Keen for a while now and their food coffee and service is impeccable. The staff are so friendly and nothing is a problem. Orange Poppy Seed cake was stale & hard. I asked for an extra hot coffee - it was tepid. When I tld the girl about the cake, she was not concerned at all, I said I would have a cheesecake instead, she said "Well, that will be an extra $1!!!". There are much better Cafes in Southland.

Very clean and spacious cafe serving awesome coffe and chai latte. There are many sweets and cakes to accompany the coffee. The staff friendly and attentive. Good place to rest our feet after walking around Southland shopping centre.

Had a lovely Earl Grey tea served the right way in a pot with tea leaves. Good menu for lunch .
