I went to purchase a small almond latte and saw a board advertising a egg and bacon roll and coffee deal for $10.50 (with a small coffee). I decided to purchase the special. The server at the counter asked whether I would like cheese and sauce on the roll for extra, which I said yes. When I went to pay for the items she charged me $14.70. When I questioned her why I was been charged an additional $4.20 her response was it's an extra $.50 for the cheese and sauce plus extra for the almond milk. Even if that is the case it still doesn't not mount to an additional $4.20. Despite this the coffee was warm and lacked any coffee. It tasted like burnt milk. The sauce was forgotten in the roll and only had 1 slice of bacon. Personally will not waste my money here again would rather go out of my way to another estate. McDonalds cafe even do a better job than this. Disappointing and not worth the money.

I’m fortunate enough to live within walking distance from Bella Vista Cafe. I’m now a regular and bring my family and friends here as often as possible. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. The food is fantastic, always hot and fresh, and a little different to other cafes around. The Steak sandwich is both my and my teenage son’s favourite. I’ve eaten my way through the menu and everything is delicious. The coffee is absolutely delicious and I love it. Not the cheapest place around, but excellent value for money. In fact, I’m writing this review whilst having another yummy lunch and coffee at Bella Vista! Cheers

This used to be my regular coffee shop for more than a year until the barrista who made great coffee and worked there, left recently. In my view, ever since this occuring, things started to go down hill. Over the past 4 weeks, I was patient enough and have repeatedly raised during many instances that the quality of the coffee made had gone down substantially, and the fact that at most times it tasted just like soy milk. Today was the final nail on the coffin for me, where I once again was served a "soy capaccino" which in my view tasted like " soy milk".

I was very pleased to find such a beautiful cafe as soon as I found a new job in the area. The coffee is excellent and the food is delicious. The effort put into the presentation of the food is very special and certainly gives a nice, upmarket vibe. The souffle pancakes were an amazing breakfast and they almost looked too pretty to eat :), and I also can't wait to try lunch or dinner soon. I live close to the city and even there, not many put so much effort into how the food looks, as well as its taste. Great work guys :)

We have been regular take away customers at Bella Vista for a while now as this cafe is within walking distance to us. This morning we decided to give a sit down breakfast a go. I think I can be pretty fussy when it comes to giving a good review but these guys smashed it this morning! Service was great, always friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is calm and upbeat and the food....coffee is always consistent and the fritters were fantastic! Well presented and tasted as good as it looked. Yummmm! We’ll be back

Really sad to write a negative review on a local business. However all 3 front counter staff were wearing masks around their chins or not at all. Prices displayed in large writing on the display were incorrect and when over charge was simply told the advertised price was wrong (too bad). Cashier also had no clue about products on display resulting in a lengthy discussion rather than a quick order. Was really looking forward to trying this Cafe but was sadly left really disappointed and taken advantage of.

We love Bella Vista! Service is always fantastic, good food and even better coffee! No matter how busy they may be you’re always greeted with a smile, every staff member remembers you and will have a quick chat! There’s nothing better than seeing a friendly face while grabbing your morning coffee. Family friendly venue too, our little one loves that she gets to choose from her own kids menu :) Special mention to Kat!

Coffee nice but one piece of bacon for $5 extra was over the top. It wasn't even nice. It was thick cut and definitely lacked the taste of a good crispy bit of bacon. The bacon in a Hungry Jack's burger is nicer. The multigrain bread was a bonus as many places don't have that. The bacon was your biggest mistake. My partner had bacon as part of his meal. Tasteless and fatty. Not a nice mouth feel. Very cheap cut obviously. Such a shame as you are local.

We came for breakfast and we waited over 1 hour to get our breakfast/lunch. The lady was very apologetic and advised that they're short staffed which is 100% understandable. However, feedback for the cafe is if you can't service customers because your short staffed then don't seat a full house inside and start telling customers that we can't seat you down due to shortages. Quality over quantity.

Came here one morning for a change in scenery from my usual cafe, and can gladly say I'll be coming back. A lovely young lady, I believe named Harishita, took the best care of me. The girl served me, I dare to say, the best cup of coffee I've had in years and checked on me multiple times to make sure I was happy with everything. Beautiful service from a beautiful young woman! I love to see these type of employees in the cafe field!

Lukewarm coffee. Last time ordered egg and bacon roles and when we asked for bbq sauce got tomato instead. This time told them of the last mistake and assured us they "selected" bbq, but not only did we get tomato again but the rolls were burnt, bacon was overcooked and to top it off we ordered 4 rolls and got 2. Tried to call the manager and was hung up on. Never coming here again. 1 star is very generous.

Got here at the end of service on their opening day. Great coffee tried the Quinoa salad though I am not GF or vegetarian I often find great efforts made with these dishes. Fairly priced at $15.50 You can add salmon or chicken for an extra $5.50. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stylishly presented mountain of greens.

My girlfriends and our babies went to this very sweet and unassuming cafe and were blown away by the very upmarket food from the chef who will often deliver food to your table and have a friendly chat. It’s become our go to for brunch and lunch and couldn’t recommend the calamari salad and avo smash more!

Happy to have this local Cafe around us! Great coffee and friendly staff. Usually always get takeaway coffee but this time we sat in to have a feed. The food was yummy!

Great little find out west ! Enjoyed the food which was generously portioned, lots of gluten free options and has a kids menu. Recommend the breakfast roll with hash Brown and the baked eggs. The service was fast and attentive. Recommended giving it a go, supporting a local business.

Got some takeaway from here and it was beautiful. However, I really wished their "all day" breakfast was all day, but their kitchen closes at 2. Also reconsider your lunch to end at 3, 2 oclock is the most busiest time for tradies looking for a place to take away aswell.
