My first time trying this place; I ordered via Uber Eats & selected a small build your own pizza. A main reason I chose this place is because it offered “roma tomatoes on THE SIDE.” It’s rare to find a place that offers toms on the side, especially for delivery; it’s a real treat for me. I cannot stand toms cooked on the pizza & love to eat them cold on a hot pie. Whelp, they didn’t send them on the side like I ordered & paid for - so thanks for that you jackalopes. I had to take the cooked toms off & toss them. Aside from that, the pizza was alright. I liked it better than many of the other options in the Portland area. Not my favorite pizza, but it’s pretty tasty! I liked that the dough is not too doughy & actually cooked. The toppings were proportionate for the pizza. Pizza isn’t cheap & I do expect my order as ordered & paid for. My Uber Eats delivery driver was amazing!

If I could give zero stars I would give less than that. My girlfriend and I had placed an order by phone, and had just walked in the door when we were very rudely told to get out and put a mask on. We didn't know there was a new mandate in effect, but it would not have been a problem if there hadn't been 10-15 other people with no masks on, and zero masks in sight. When my girlfriend asked why we had to wear masks if no one else was she was met with a very rude "SHUT UP!!" Yelled by the lady behind the counter. At this point I'm confused why she felt the need to yell, but she continued to scream at us that she was not going to serve us unless we had masks on, and if we didn't put on masks she would call the police. Never doing business with this place again. Unbelievably terrible customer service, cold food, and favoritism do not at all benefit this place. -5 stars. Don't eat here.

I am of the opinion that 5 stars is reserved for the EXCEPTIONAL place.... if I could have given a 4.5 I would have. (Ok, I changed to a 5 ). I first had Bellagio in Vancouver in 1998 while working as an engineering tech at UL in Camas and we would often order 5-20 pies on the weekly. Exceptional. I have been gone for quite some time. (Boston from 97-20212) but recently started working near the MAC & Providence Park about 4-5 months ago. To my surprise, there is a location 3 blks away - and as exceptional as ever. A LG pizza of this quality for about $20 is a bargain. I remember a LG pizza at 2 vanc competitor locations in Vancouver (Leonardo's &/or Julianos's -albeit VERY heavy pies) were $20+ 25-30 yrs ago). This is a great place, great pizza, great value, great staff/service. Cheers

Worst pizza joint in Portland. They lied when they closed down the Lloyd Center location. Now orders go through the goose hollow location which has rude and lying management. Long delivery times. And no customer service. Had an incident a few months back where they messes up my order. The manager yelled and at me and was really rude. Now tonight I order from them after waiting an hour and a half I called the cancel it. Manager told me online times are not accurate and I need to call the restaurant to get an accurate delivery time. When I told him he had my number and could have called me he lied and said he did call and leave a voicemail. When I called him out on it he told me we can just agree to disagree. They rather just call their customers liars and give them horrible service and expext them to keep coming back. I will never order from this pizza joint again.

This could've easily been a 2- or 1-star review, but due to the manager (or owner?) at the Goose Hollow location, this is now a 5-star review. The other day my partner and I decided to not cook and order some pizzas for us. I called and asked for two pizzas, one with Canadian bacon and pineapple and one with cheese. 30 minutes later, I walked to the shop, paid, and brought the pizzas home to discover there was no sauce on either pizza. My partner and I walked back down to the shop and explained what happened and the manager apologized profusely, had his team make two brand new pies for us and refunded us the cost of the original pies. I really did not expect that last part, I was really just hoping for two new pizzas. I'll definitely be going back after that, I'll just always make sure to be clear that I'd like sauce on my pizza :P

The last time I ordered from here, my chicken wings were cold and the veggies that came with it were lukewarm. I told you guys about it and you said you would correct that. I ordered again yesterday and this was even worse: the chicken was room temperature and the carrot and celery that came were almost warm. Chicken wings should NOT be cold. So unless bellagios doesn’t make its wings hot, then something is going on. My veggies being room temperature suggests it was not in the fridge, possibly lying around and I don’t even wanna think about the health implications of this. All i ask is for hot chicken wings (that you say you make) no warm/ lukewarm veggies. And if Bellagios doesn’t make hot chicken wings and cold veggies, please let me know so i can stop wasting my money on food that makes me wanna puke. Thank you

I keep trying to give this place a chance especially since I live in the neighborhood but every time it’s a negative experience. I’ve had workers be annoyed when I’ve used discounts, I had a girl literally walk away while I was asking her about it (politely) and tell her coworker she couldn’t “deal” with me. Dough has been undercooked when I’ve ordered pizza and then this last time was the last I’ll be trying sadly… dough was undercooked again, I paid extra for vegan cheese and there was barely any, I found a hair in the pizza and when I picked up there were no gloves being worn, masks were partially off a mans face and another worker lifted the large very dirty wet rubber floor mats right by all the food on the counters. I still tried because I paid for it already but the hair… well,,… it was the last time.

Ordered for delivery yesterday. An hour later the driver shows up and says "it's been a crazy day, I wasn't able to bring the root beer and plates and napkins that you wanted". OK, not the end of the world. I asked if I would receive a refund for the price of the root beer and he said yes. Ate the pizza, found a grey hair embedded in the cheese. Not to happy. But now still no refund for the product I did not receive. If i ran my business this poorly I would not be in business for long. I guess they think its OK to charge for items that you don't get and then they hope people will just forgot about such a small charge. In my book this is not an oversight, but a way for them to take advantage of customers. I will be calling the corporate office to get my money back.

If I just base this review on the taste of the pizza I think it would be 4 stars. Maybe a little less. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because in a city like Portland if you order half a pizza without meat you'd expect that to be respected as there is a large population of vegetarians and vegans here. This pizza arrived and they clearly thought about only putting chicken on half. But it looked as though they threw or sprinkled the chicken on in a rush and reorganized it. The whole pizza had smaller pieces of chicken all over it. I know this is partially my own fault for trying to get a pizza that can appeal to both my vegetarian partner and myself but if you are going to offer a half and half option you should actually make good on that option.

This place can make amazing pizza and has many times for us. Unfortunately the last two times, it was sub par at best. Time before last they forgot our olives. This last time, they completely oversaturated one half with too much tomato sauce and completely left off the tomatoes on the other half (the oasis) and barely put any spinach. It was pretty much inedible and I am out almost $30. E-mail to corporate for resolution yielded zero response so here I am leaving a review I was hoping I didn’t have to and wouldn’t have if they cared enough to make it right. With so many good pizza places in this neighborhood - you gotta do better or everyone will just go somewhere else.

I ordered Gluten Free jalepeno cheeseticks through Uber Eats and they sent me their normal jalepeno cheeseticks. I have a gluten allergy so I was unable to eat the normal jalepeno cheeseticks. I called the location and they said because uber Eats is a 3rd party, there is not anything they can do about it. But if I wanted to order through their website, they can deliver. They said I would have to pay again and it would take over an hour and half. This was the WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever received. I spoke to a woman, around 12:00pm 4/5/2021. I regret not asking for the manager. I will NEVER be eating at Bellagio's again, and ensure this review is sent on other review platforms as well. SO DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED.

I tried to call in an order for a gluten free pizza for a person w celiac. The representative (Amy) told me that they only had two gluten free crusts and could not sell them to us as a call in order, and not even if we walked in because she had to save them for “emergency orders”. We asked what an emergency order was and she said it was an online order… so we can order gluten free online but not walk in or call in an order for one? She was pretty unhelpful about it besides blaming her boss, which is unprofessional even if it is true, and doesn’t improve the abysmal customer service standard set by their boss. Really disappointed.

The pizza was delicious - the crust, topping, and fillings were all good! I ordered it via Uber Eats for my moving crew and they loved it. However, two days in a row I also ordered Coke, Sprite, and jalapeños on the side, and those never arrived. The first day I figured the team at Bellagio’s was just overwhelmed, like all restaurants are during COVID. However, same exact thing happened next day except now the jalapeños were not missing, but on the pizza instead of on the side! Also I asked the Uber Eats guy on the second day what happened and he said they just hand the order to drivers - so I do not think it was their fault (especially not two days in a row). Regrettably, I will not order from here again for a while.

I love, love, LOVE this place. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review, because I found them a few years ago, and they have been absolutely amazing to work with. They donate tons of pizza to our children’s cancer non-profit, the Healing Hunter Foundation, when we decorate their Oncology Unit every year for the holidays. The pizza in the pic I actually devoured most myself. I picked it up when I dropped off our thank you cupcakes and it was soooooo, freakin’ good. Edit: Changed the review from 3 to 4 stars. The manager contacted me and apologized and Ive been there a few times since the review and things seem to have improved. If they started stocking Coke Zero again it wouldn’t break my heart. Used to be my favorite pizza place. The pizza is still good but the place seems very disorganized now. Prices went up (which is fine I get inflation). Service is slower, not quite is friendly. The soda machine seems to always be broken or the fridge is out of half of the sodas they carry. I suspect it has to do with turnover. It used to always be the same people here but now every time I come (which is often) it’s ALWAYS new faces.

Pizza was 3 stars, not even close to being "the very best". When asked they said they have organic and natural ingredients, but nowhere in their website or in store does it say anything about organic, seemed very non organic to me. The ranch was TERRIBLE and overpriced, tasted like it was crappy store bought ranch, not home made as being the very best would imply. Crust was too chewy and pizza had nothing that tasted special about it. ALSO, they had a special that day but didn't tell me about it, which would have given me AN extra topping AND saved me 1 dollar to boot. The only thing good about this place was the customer service.

I've only ordered takeout from them. Pricing is a bit high, but not out of range with places like Round Table. They do require a delivery charge, though. What's handy is that you can order and pay online, even for delivery, handy if you have a smart phone and want to pre order dinner to arrive close to when you get home from school or work, for example. I found the quality of their pizza to be excellent. Toppings fresh, and plentiful, crust solid. I've ordered meat and veggie only pizzas, salads, and all exceeded expectations. Delivery times have varied wildly, but when delivered the pizza was hot.

Despite the other reviews on this place, our experience was amazing. We had the pizza delivered to our hotel, and though when we ordered it they said the wait would be fourty-five minutes to an hour, the pizza arrived within thirty, and the delivery girl was very nice. The pizza itself was delicious, very nice crust, and the breadsticks were equally delectable. The marinara sauce was cold, but went very well with the warm breadsticks. Overall a wonderful experience, and should we find ourselves staying nearby again, we will definitely be ordering from here

When they’re good, they’re great. Biggest problems are they are inconsistent, and they close way to early (9 PM on Friday???) . Sometimes it arrives hot and fresh, other times it is clear they have had a breakdown of communication and let your order sit in top of the oven until they figure it out. They also never seem to get the order or sauces right (and trust me, it’s not complicated). Again, when they DO get it right, it’s great. You just can’t count on it.

Was visiting from out of town and our hotel recommended Bellagios and oh my gosh I'm so glad they did. The crust is fluffy with a nice little crunch to it, seasoned perfectly, and had the right amount of sauce on it. We got the BBQ chicken pizza and wished we had gotten a bigger size! Pizza arrived hot (like right out of the oven hot!) and our delivery guy was super nice. Seriously one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Like I said, I'm from out of town, but I would drive the hour just to get more. It really is THAT good.

We drove two hours to Portland for a show and a friend told us to go to Belagio for great pizza. It smelled great, but I never got my pizza. The staff was very friendly and apologized. While I waited for my pizza 45 mins I saw numerous people being apologized to, so it was little surprise to me, when I finally asked where my pizza was, to be told that they did not know what happened to it. Had it been made? No one knows. This place is probably fine if you have literally hours to burn. Please fire the manager.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I waited over half an hour for my pizza after I made my order only to find out one was made and one was not, then I waited another 10 minutes only to witness them drop a pizza on the floor, thankfully it was in a box but they proceeded to sell it to the customer. Nor did I see anyone wash their hands afterwards, and they make the pizza without gloves. This is a shame and disgrace to Bellagios. Watching the employees hired is like watching flies without eyes. Avoid at all costs!

This pizza tastes far more expensive than it is. Like, ridiculously delicious for what is a pretty cheap pie (in the land of pricey pizza) - top notch ingredients, a perfect, crispy crust, and a delightfully zesty sauce that manages to not compete with the rest of the package. The salad was clutch too, crunchy and jam packed with chonks of veg. 10/10 dinner, didn't break the bank. Keep up the good work.

Just picked up our pizza and bread stick from this place, I’m terribly disappointed. First time getting food here and I was kinda excited to find a close pizza restaurant near me. The pizza was cold and undercooked, the breadsticks were a mess. They were all cooked and formed differently. It looked like I ordered from a fast food pizza joint made by high school kids who don’t care about their job. Domino’s pizza is far better which is sad for a local joint.

I asked for breadsticks and asked if they would be a quick thing or a long process and the guy said real quick way under 10 minutes and then i ended up having to wait 25 minutes. I'm disappointed I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience. I just wanted to get on my way.

Put in a order for a pizza and waited two hours for nothing. Called the restaurant and they said they never received a order from me. I have emails and a order number sent to me. My card got charge and when I spoke to the manager, he straight up sounded so unprofessional and told me “I didn’t order”. How you going to tell me when I’m literally looking at my email receipt? I get that you’re in a rush to closed but next time sound more professional.

These guys don't know where Jubitz truck stop is, and it is 4.4 miles from their Portland store. I wait it's worse they had no idea what a truck stop is? After I patiently explained (though very condescendingly I must confess) Where big trucks park They replied I was outside of their service area.and hung up. I don't think they would've appreciated if I had taken the tractor trailer down to their store to get a pizza Damnit they really look good

I was here a while ago. Their pizza was dry and slightly birnt on the bottom. Wasnt impressed. Then i go back, decided to get chipotle for myself before getting house mates pizza here and then i get a big sticker that blocks out driverside window with a warning saying parking was only for thier customers. I was only gone a few minutes. This sticker was a saftey hazzard and to drive bay with my window down. Way to treat your customers..

First time I came in was not a bad experience, and the pizza decent although maybe a little pricy for a slice....today however was not a good experience and probably won't return...got in line to order, after a moment the kids came in a stood in front of the counter but kinda to the side. We ordered online and after 2 hours we finally called cause our pizza still wasn’t delivered. I placed a large order (16 pizzas + group salad) completely last minute for work and Belgio's (Goose Hollow) absolutely rocked it! They had the food here with a few minutes to spare! Our awesome delivery driver (Katelynn) walked across the hospital with me schlepping tons of food with a smile on her face. Pizza were great and the salad perfect - we will most certainly me ordering again! THANK YOU!!

First time at Bellagios !:) Great experience! My husband and i had the very veggie pizza small and two drinks. The pizza was delicious topped with fresh veggies. Not a bad little spot and not bad price is either for two people 14 dollars with tip. We will definitely be going back. So if you're in the area check them out.

Back in September my boyfriend and I took a weekend trip down to Portland, and we happen to stumble upon this little place. The guys who made our pizza were friendly, and super fast. The pizza was phenomenal. It was an amazing yet casual dine-in experience. There aren't words to describe how much I loved this food. I just wish there was one in Seattle where we live. EAT HERE!

In town from Canada and this is my favorite pizza place in town. Great service, never waited longer than a few minutes for a pie. Excellent meat lovers toppings, thin light crispy crust. Cheese and sauce are great aswell. Seems like not everywhere makes small pizzas but Bellagios pumps out tasty personal pies . Never very busy, good number of tables if you want to eat there

We order from Bellagio's every office party we have. The Garlic Chicken pizza is delicious, I always stop myself from eating more than a slice, or I would finish the entire pie! I have yet to have a pizza from there that I don't enjoy, and that includes their Gluten Free! It doesn't even taste like it is gluten free! I want one closer to my house so I can enjoy it more!

Disappointing customer service . Was hoping to get a slice after work but no luck because they don't serve by the slice after 4pm. When I was informed of of this, the cashier was condescending and felt the need to mock me. I was hungry though and ordered a small pizza which was decent but wouldn't do it again if I have to deal with such inconsiderate customer service .

Had the earth goddess pizza with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, blue cheese, spinach and a garlic base. Absolutely delicious but the prices were mislabeled so I paid more than was quoted on the sign.

This is by far the best pizza in Portland, with a wide selection of other menu items as well (my personal favorite being the veggie grinder). The staff is super friendly and always greets me with a cheerful "hello" when I enter. If you are looking for hearty and wholesome pizza and a pleasant atmosphere, this is the place to go!

Knowing pizza is greasy, this pizza exceeds that ‘limit’, hahaa. I’d recommend this place ONLY if you want a stomach ache...never again!

Been hearing about this place for years and today was my first time eating here today. To my surprise the pizza was semi decent and had some flavor but the lack of knowledge on how to properly cook a pizza ruined the whole meal for me. The dough was so raw I was able to blow bubbles like bubblegum with it.

Well, the one time i was able to order - pizza arrived fast hot, and fresh. Loved the crust. Their app says they're closed, online says I'm out of the delivery area (7 blocks away). Today, they're not answering the phone. Hope i get to order from them again someday. I'll be sad if they're gone for good.

My family of four ordered an extra large half cheese/BBQ chicken from Amy and the Tuesday crew was AMAZING! The PIZZA was a model of Perfection! We are so happy with the service and delivery of a delicious dinner!! Thank you!

They did not give us warm marinara ssauce. It was ice cold. When I asked to have it heated they looked at me like I just took all my clothes off and heated it in the microwave in the plastic container. What kind of pizza place not only serves cold sauce but can't figure out how to properly warm it.

Bellagios has the best gluten-free pizza crust I've ever ordered from a restaurant. A lot of places just can't manage a good gluten-free crust but theirs is chewy and tasty. I love their butcher's block pizza and their cheese sticks, which are so deliciously garlicy!

The Goose Hollow Bellagios Pizza has a great menu, service and location. The pizzas are excellent as are their grinders. The online ordering is very convenient and the addition of gluten free dough is a nice option.

There are so many pizza options in the city of Portland and this is one of the best! Ken's Artisans pizza is my favorite but Bellogio's is my number two and a lot cheaper and has a laid back,easy going atmosphere.

Stopped by for lunch today and glad that I did. I had a pepperoni and green pepper pie and everything about it was great! I have been to other Bellagios before and they are very consistent at each location.

Could not receive any service. Otherwise, I'd be more than happy to review the pizza. Is the customer's time just as valuable as the employee's time?

The Goose Hollow store bailed me out when a catering order from another company didn't come through. They had food for 20 people, delivered within 45 minutes. These folks are really special!!

The staff was amazing. I love everyone's energy and mood it's refreshing. This is the best pizza I've had since moving to Oregon.

Great place that gets the job done. I enjoy their pizza and the folks there are fair and polite enough. Prices are fair for what you get and it’s a great last minute place.

Pizza was good. I had hungry teenagers with me. Everyone enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly. All this and we arrived just an hour from their 11pm closing time.

Hate to give a 2-star, but the pizza just is not that good. Been twice, and felt like I got more dough/crust than anything else. There are better options in the area.

KILLER VEGGIE PIZZA !! Highly recommend this location. Employees are really polite. Very clean, even at 2pm everything was hot and fresh. That pizza was awesome!!

Who called this cheesesticks? I think the quality of dough also became worse. It’s really chewy and doesn’t feel fresh. Also sad Bellagio’s has no more wings.

Absolutely love the pizza. Best customer service in town and friendly prompt drivers. Also the bacon they put on their pizza is magic. My cat loves it.

the pizza is great, however both times that i have ordered delivery this is how my pizza arrived, and that is just unacceptable.
