I purchased 4 vehicles from this lot. 2 ran fine but ended up wrecked 1 blew the engine shortly after purchase. To be fair, this could very well have been my son's driving, and not the vehicle. On the 4th vehicle however it all went south. I was told nothing wrong with vehicle but A/C needed to be charged (no biggie) Once I got the interstate I could tell something was terribly wrong. I called him and was told maybe sensor. Took to a shop and paid almost $4,000 in repairs. Posted the repair bills on the picture he had posted. He removed the picture from the page. I have strings of texts and messages via Facebook where I received little to no replies. I lost all phone numbers after our last conversation, and could not call. Saddest part of this, he was a friend that was more like family. I gave countless recommendations for his vehicles. He knew I needed a good vehicle and my situation. The vehicle has been in the shop more then I've been able to drive it. It's left me broken down more than twice on major roadways. Still needs $2,000 more in repair When I arrived to get my tag his associate said to me "James wants repeat business, he wouldn't have sold you a bad vehicle. I thought you knew him better than that." He was right on one point. I did think I knew James better than that. I never would have expected such a lack in communication. I fully expected him to work with me, but alas that never happened. This is a hard review for me to post. I trusted my friend fully, depended on his experience, and that he sold me a mechanically sound vehicle. I don't care how it looks, only how it runs. I'm saddened over this whole situation, but lessons were learned, and that's simply that.

Wow, Benny’s Used Car is amazing. The people are legit VERY ethical. I flew in from Kansas to buy my mother a car due to an urgent issue and didn’t know where to go. Luckily my brother had just purchased a car from these guys a few months ago and said they did right by them. The vehicle they previously bought was running great and very happy with it. So we went there. I was looking for something “that ran” and lower mileage, around $2,000 out the door. And they brought me to the perfect little car. I asked about another vehicle that was priced higher that I maybe could have made it happen if I had really needed to, (if it was a better car). And the guy told me I was better off with this lower priced car. He said it was clean and you can tell a good car by the way it’s been driven and how people left it. So he really wanted me to get the more reliable car, even though he could have made more off me, selling me the higher priced car. I am VERY HAPPY with this place. I would hands-down recommenced it to ANYONE looking for a straight-up honest deal. Thank you James and your whole team for the amazing service received yesterday!!!!

Paid $2000 for a Kia Spectra that was supposed to be in perfect shape and all it was supposed to need was an oil change so not even 30 min on our way back to Lake City we stopped at the Walmart in Mclenny to get the oil changed and there was a really bad transmission leak where someone overfilled the transmission fluid. We got the car home and drained all the access fluid and it sat for 2 days and now it doesn't wanna shift gear correctly. The transmission is shot. DONT buy here. I'm extremely unhappy. This was supposed to be a reliable car from a "trusted" source and now it's undriveable and I'm stuck $2000 wasted and a car that's more expensive to fix than it's worth.

I bought a cheap car here. The guy that sold it was really honest and gave me a really good recommendation for what was the best car for me as a mother whom would be traveling with my kids. That car today still runs and I have only had to get the tires changed. My car also had cool AC and it's very hard to find a cheap car with AC. Anyway thanks for being upfront and honest and making my car purchase as quick and as easy as possible.

This is one of the most unprofessional places I have encountered and comes off as very scam like with the interaction being a nightmare and then the cash only but then not all the paperwork for vehicles that literally fixed just enough to sell and not his worry after you get it off the lot because of that "cash sell" Warning to stay away and find other places...... Just trying to help others.

I’ve bought a Car and within 2 months it gave out asking me to buy it a new engine new ignition recoil new catalytic converter now I have 2,200 in the trash I can’t get a hold of this man from his website or nothing I have to find a way to his shop because I can’t ride in my 2,200 dollar Honda Civic 01 LX …

They sold me a truck and advertised no engine lights but in reality he erased it with a tool and told me the knocking noise was coming from the exhaust and literally the next day the engine blew and he ignored all my messages up until he had to give me the license plate for the truck.

They need more professional car shows near me it's a family-owned business it's been passed down from generation to generation but I wish the father of this generation is in there now was still working there but he retired that bless y'all keep up the good work
