My dad had a CT scan in the Sandringham hospital as part of his cancer treatment and he was asked to drink a large amount of fluid for the scan. He did use the bathroom before we left the hospital but only the way home he urgently needed to use it again. I asked the lady at the Bentleigh train station if she could open the gate and let him use the bathroom. I explained the situation and promised we only need to use the bathroom urgently. She said to me ‘this bathroom is not for public, but passengers only’. But she also said if I had a Miki card I could go in and use it. I told her that I left my card in the car as we were in a hurry. She refused and emphasised that this was not for public. I’m not revealing her name but she looked Indian/Pakistani. I don’t know if she got any empathy and a little more kindness could would be appreciated.

Ahh the infamous Bentleigh Railway station - the last stop before entering zone 2. The parkiteer cage has been demolished so secure bike parking is no longer a luxury to be enjoyed. Hopefully once the Level crossing removal project is completed we can once again enjoy a secure bike lock up

Bentleigh station on Frankston line is one of the stations that had its level crossing removed and makes for smoother traffic however when you're on platform the huge expanse of wall is overwhelming. But station was rebuilt and better for it. All the facilities you need.

I just had the worst experience with the operator 9:50am 19/4. Kept turning her head when communicating with me and spent 10 minutes going back and forth as she refused to use the microphone. A little bit of commonsense would have saved a great deal of time…

結構なサバーブですがフリンダースストリート駅までフランクストンで約30分、トランスファーなしで便利です。 通勤ラッシュも運が良ければ座れます。 シティにこだわって高い家賃を支払うより、このあたりなら治安もそんなに悪くないし近くにジャパレスや日本人向けグローサリーもあるので住みやすいです。 ただ病院は日本語対応のところが近場にないので語学力と保険関係が心配ならキャッシュレスの日本語医療センターまで足を運ぶ必要あり。

Toilet was absolutely putrid, the station staff were rude and to busy on their mobile phone to answer any questions regarding the running of trains. Very disappointed with the service that wasn't provided

Good place for trains, if you're into that sort of thing. VERY long ramps, don't go down the ramps if your train is in 2 minutes coz you'll be trapped on the ramps

Woo .. Beautiful place around.. near beach only 15 minutes by here… Good location at this area have some food and have nice Ice cream beside the station..

Not bad, but I feel like they have way too many construction projects around this station... Will have bus replacement at least once in 2 months

The only time I end up here is when the trains have broken down. Never a good experience. Some nice surrounding shops though
