I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a dishwasher from BestBuy, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The delivery process, orchestrated by BestBuy in partnership with Metro Supply Chain Group, has left me with a damaged kitchen, endless frustration, and a complete lack of accountability from the company. From the moment the dishwasher arrived at my doorstep, I sensed trouble. The delivery team, seemingly untrained and careless, managed to inflict significant damage to my kitchen during the installation process. Despite documenting the damages immediately through written complaints, verbal conversations, and a plethora of photographic evidence, my efforts to seek compensation for the destruction have been met with outright refusal from BestBuy. Their customer service, which boasts unending hold times and a baffling lack of empathy, only added to the distress. Hours upon hours spent on the phone have yielded nothing but empty promises and a continuous runaround, leaving me feeling unheard and utterly frustrated. To make matters worse, BestBuy decided to involve a company called Metro Supply Chain Group, presumably to handle the evidence and compensation process. However, it quickly became apparent that Metro Supply Chain Group was not interested in addressing my legitimate concerns. Instead, they fabricated evidence and provided fraudulent reasons to coerce me into billing my home insurance company to cover the damages. This level of dishonesty and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. BestBuy, a company that claims to prioritize customer service, has proven to be nothing more than a corporate entity willing to sacrifice integrity for profit. The fact that they would employ a company like Metro Supply Chain Group, known for unethical practices, only further tarnishes their reputation. In conclusion, my experience with BestBuy has been a complete disaster. From damaged property to a lack of accountability and the involvement of a dubious third party, this entire ordeal has left me questioning the ethics and values of BestBuy as a company. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting BestBuy with their purchases, as the aftermath of dealing with their customer service and delivery partners is a nightmare I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

I have been back to this location many times. The first time was to return mom's tablet and it was piece of cake with Tojo. Then I asked for a quotation for a phone upgrade and extra data in June. I did not able to do it right away as i was away. I came back Aug 11 and Salauni helped me get my phone switched from chatr to Rogers. It took a bit longer but she did spend time with me to explain the process and the phones capacity, efficiency specifications. Sagar was there to help her. Today, i brought my husband so he can upgrafe his phone. Sure enough, Sagar helped us with his specialty, professionalism and his patience. For going back and forth there many times, he already knew that i am on budget so he even provided a suggestion. We took his advice on which phone to get. The staffs in this location is very helpful. They made sure that everyone who comes in the store are served or asked. They work as one big team. I have my commendations to the Best Buy Mobile Square One location. Great job you guys, see you again soon for my screen protector. Cheers!

Cheaters. I was at the mall, and I walked into the Best Buy trying to see if I can exchange my old phone. They said they can only offer me $40 store credit for the old phone as it was in a poor condition. I thought that was fair - so I bought a new phone from them and said I will be back after I transfer all my data. When I went back 2 weeks later, they started finding new faults with the phone and refused the $40 store credit they had promised earlier, saying they can recycle the phone if I want (basically they did not want to give me the $40 incentive as they had already made the sale). Its not a lot of money, but the fact that I drove all the way and wasted all my time is bugging me. DO NOT TRUST these people and be careful about fake assurances.

Horrible, deplorable and sad. At this particular time which was January 3rd, at around 10:30 a.m. I stood inside the store, looking to by a Bluetooth and a C type cable, for about a good 15 minutes. I saw no body, there were no body to be seeing on the floor and no body ever approached me to find out about what I was actually there to buy. There were two of them seating behind theyr desks at the back, pretty much immersed in what I believed to have been a deal, each serving one customer. In the period that I was there I saw about 4 people walked in and then to walk out, just as bewildered as I was because they couldn't talk to anybody. Ps.: The Best Buy located at the Heartland town center is really not doing much better.

Amazing store! This is my go to place for cell phones. We have bought several cell phones in the last 4 years from here and are really satisfied with the service. Jojo is a fantastic Manager, extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Last December when I bought a phone, the plan Bell was offering seemed a little high. But he took the time and effort to call Bell and after talking to several agents got me an excellent deal. I also noticed how he supports his staff even though he is extremely busy attending to multiple customers. Jojo and his team have exceeded my expectations always. I have recommended this store to many friends and they have had good experiences as well. Keep up the good work!

Never upgrade anywhere else! We just upgraded our phones yesterday with the assistance of Sagar and Zaheera who were both amazing and went above and beyond what i would expect. They helped with everything relating to our phone upgrades from contacting rogers to helping with the back up from the old phones to new. The prices and promotions being offered were also unbeatable. I will never upgrade directly with the provider again. The deals at best buy mobile have always been better and the 5 star customer service tops it off. If it werent for the staff, I would not have upgraded. I will be giving this best buy mobile all of the business I can in future. Thank you!!!

I purchased a Samsung phone 6 months ago from the Square One mobile store. My device started to overheat and my first call was to Best Buy. Each time I tried to reach them at the store directly, I was hung up on before actually being able to speak to a live person. I called on multiple days/times-no less than 10 times to be exact. Then by calling Best Buy customer care I found out that even with a 1 year manufacturer warranty on a phone, Best Buy washes their hands of the issue after 30 days. I should have purchased my phone elsewhere for less money. I thought a big company like Best Buy would offer more in terms of customer support/care.

Someone from store 202 calls me at 7:30am to tell me the item I ordered for store pick up cannot be found on the floor and they tell me “So dont bother coming”. No recourse or substitution offered. Two minutes later, I get an email saying the item is available for pick up. I call the store several times to clarify - no one picks up their phone. I can’t cancel the order for pick up either. I have to ensure now that my cc is not charged. Process is unnecessarily confusing and such a time sink / hassle. Please fix your CS or don’t bother offering a service you cannot provide.

Gonna have to give them a low rating by i tried purchasing an Xbox game from them that u get in ur email digitally (no physical copy) and both orders got canceled for no reason. Luckily I called them and the girl was really nice and she said she's manually accept my order. But it literally doesn't make sense why it kept getting canceled. How does anyone order anything? Update - my order was canceled 4 times. I've spoken to 3 reps who say something about my information is making my orders get cancelled. I got my friend to buy the item for me.

Where do I begin, the store reps are absolutely amazing, my friends family and I have probably purchased more than 15 phones from that location and every time I go in it's as if I'm the only customer thats in the store. They treat you as if you were family, one of their own. If it was up to me I would recommend every single person I know to that store. Now for the manager, I have dealt with that manager more than 20 times regardless of what the issue is he finds a way of fixing it and make sure that when I leave the store I am 110% happy.

I would rate this store 5 out of 5 for the adequate management of crowd during Black Friday period (2023). Under the able leadership of Jojo, they attended to the customers with patience and even put chairs inside the store so that customers would not have to stand for long periods. They explained the plans and different options well. I had to cancel my plan and return my phone for a different reason but they courteously did that as well. I highly recommend this store. On the board at outside if i contract 2 years with s10 plus, they will give me 300 gift card, but she said 200 and erase it right away and talk to other workers. If they even act to went back inside garage and checked stock and say sorry out of stock then, i can beleieve but they just said sorry out of stock... Believe it or not. I used to contract with jojo he was good manager but now i will not come this location anymore and post to asian community website and bestbuy customer service.

Especially the staff at this store goes out of their way to help you. Miss Salauni at this location helped us out and she did an absolutely amazing job! My friend bought a new phone from this store. Outlet representatives were helpful and provided accurate and factual information. They actually suggested ways to get things done economically with the phone and plans. Their policy says they will give 10% off the price if you see any identical item below their listed price. I am yet to try this policy though. I would suggest checking prices of phones and accessories with best buy before you buy from anywhere else.

I got an open box phone online described as mint condition, received the item and it was all scratched up. Filed a return and said I can go to square one to return the phone but square one best buy refused saying I have to go to a larger best buy. Long story short, turns out I could've gone to square one but for whatever reason they turned me away and inconvenienced me as a customer. It's sad and no wonder they're behind Amazon in customer service

This is best phone buying experience I had. All credit to Sagar who was well informed and totally patient in explaining to me all the options. He went out of his way to do research for specific technical concerns I had. The maze of service providers, phone options and rates/ deals can be quite a lot to take an informed purchasing decision. The guy has no sense of customer service I went for a particular phone after enquiring in other best buy area and they mentioned this people has in stock and the person there did not have the patience even to check if there is any in stock and he said its not available when I mentioned about the availability he was like its a reserved ... zero customer service and the attitude is so poor he is not fit for this job

Geek Squad protection is the biggest scam - you pay $15/month for 3 years only to find out you have a $200 deductible when you need to replace your phone (which was never mentioned in the initial contract). Such scammers, don't waste your time and just go to the apple store to buy your phone.

Really bad customer service. There was a senior guy who doesn’t know how to attend the customers. We know it’s little bit hectic from usual days but it doesn’t mean they need to forget how treat their customers well. They need be more polite so people can go anytime without any hesitation.

Really good store. It is pretty good despite how small it is. It sells all the basic electronics and a few phones. If you are looking for a place to be a tv or a computer you should go to the normal Best Buy as it is not at this location. Either way, pretty good place.
