I went here to get a new laptop. Usually whenever I go to any Best Buy, there’s someone who comes to ask if we need any help with finding or choosing products and that customer service is what made me a regular customer at Best Buy but this one was lacking in that respect. If it was busy and they were busy with other customers, I’d understand but there were two employees who were just goofing around talking to each other and even though they saw me and my friend looking around, they didn’t come and check once if we needed help. After a while, we decided on which one to get and since the two employees who were in that section were just ignoring us the whole time, I went up to them and asked for help to which they responded by groaning and rolling their eyes. If it was any other time, I would’ve walked out but I really needed the laptop. So I just pretended to not notice it and proceeded to checkout. While checking out, the cashier asked if I wanted to get protection plan for my laptop. So, I asked her to let me think for a minute but she seemed very irritated and impatient. I ended up getting it but I haven’t had this kinda experience at Best Buy in my years of being a loyal customer. Normally the employees are very patient, friendly, helpful and professional. I was checking out some more stuffs on my way out and encountered a couple more employees. They seemed really nice and friendly. But my interaction with the two employees on the laptop section left a bad taste in my mouth.
Being a Best Buy member, I would expect better service. All I did was call in to see if my boyfriend could pick up the Xbox I bought him if he brought my ID he said no it’s an online order. He then went onto tell me there was no chance he could change it. I was sitting looking at the app and saw that I could clearly change it. He threw me on hold for 10 minutes after arguing with me that he couldn’t change it to pick up in store but I wanted to make sure he could pick it up instead of me since I would be working. I figured out how to change it and add him as a person to pick up in the time he came back to the phone. Instead of arguing with me telling me, I can’t do it when my phone is right in front of me telling me I can he could’ve asked and verified with somebody else before arguing with me. He came back to tell me he could change it and add a person. I told him I already did it and asked for a supervisor. He stated there was none available and was questioning why I wanted a supervisor. He was rude and was telling misinformation and was arguing with me when I came into the call just wanting to ask a simple question. I doubt he left the information for his supervisor and I will not be getting a call back.
Employees don't know what time the store opens or close. I wasted a 45 min drive to pick up a replacement phone after receiving a phone call from geek squad telling me to be there any time between 10am and 8pm. I repeated to the lady on the phone " by 8pm?" Her reply was yes sir we close at 8pm. That is wrong, their hours are 11am to 7 pm. Because or their ignorance I wasted 45 mins and drove from the other side of town after waiting 4 days for one of the extreme amount of thngs that had to be ordered. Even the employee that was at the door had an attitude and didn't care at all about what I was telling him. Just kept cutting off saying we are closed , we are closed. Obviously, I see that. I'm not sure about most people the still milk the system but alot of hard working people have to work before 11am and don't get off until after 7pm. After I closey business during the middle of the day so I can waste another 45 min one way drive to pick up my replacement phone Ill never use the Best Buy again. The way business is conducted here is a joke. By far the worst customer service Ive ever had at a Best Buy
Just 1 ⭐️ bcuz ZERO is not available. I made an on line purchase 12/29 apparently “item is not avail” so I made a 2nd order bcuz shows AVAILABLE on line, on 1/1 order was confirmed for 1/6 pick up date, I called today to check on order status and find out such order was also canceled due to “item not avail” while on the ph I went on line and tà-daaaaa item -IS- available, DON’T tell me 5,6 days is not enough time to update merchandise on the web, the funny part here is that a supervisor (if there is one) “was not avail to attend customers on the ph” I have 2 charges on my credit card which I’ve been requesting refund since 12/30 so Best Buy make false charges on credit cards speedy-quickly BUT to process a refund I have to chase them every fricking day ASKING FOR my MONEY? Seriously? what in the world is this? In my dictionary that’s call ROBBERY, scam moves, thief!!!! Simple as date *I NEED MY MONEY BACK* ASAP!
There were areas that were under remodeling. It happened to be the gaming area, which was the shopping area I needed. I did get help to find the game I was looking for. The tags were in the middle of being updated, and some of the products were with the wrong tag. Overall, I was able to get the game, but the commotion kept me from wanting to stick around and buy more video games, which I did have in mind to do. I wish they would put all the Mario games together in order that they were released for the Nintendo Switch. Finding things quickly would free me up to shop for other things since I was short on time and my husband wasn't about waisting anymore time there, he wanted to grab his item he bought online and get back home. Sadly, we live in Palo Pinto County, a far away location, but that's the location that had what he wanted. Sadly, the location where we live has issues getting our mail to us.
Called to ask a question about my computer and the associate in geek squad department was absolutely rude and made me feel like I was dumb for asking the question. I just wanted to know if it was an option before I bought a new one. She started telling me that she gave me the answer and if I wanted to take it I could if not she can’t help me when I said absolutely nothing about her answer. Not to mention she starts to tell me her experience in computers which I did not even question her on that. I was just going to ask her another question about a new computer I was looking into but couldn’t get it out with all the yapping and bickering she was doing . Ridiculously unprofessional for no reason at all, I felt Really mistreated! Luckily I got in contact with Best Buy chat and the agent helped and answered every question with no issue. Never calling or shopping at that location again.
I have talked to geek squad 5 times or more trying to get a tech scheduled to look at my TV. 3 different times I had people tell me that I would be contacted within 36 hours to be scheduled, never received a call back. I spoke with a supervisor who told me the same thing still no call. She also told me I can't bring the tv in because it's to big. I only bought a TV that was a floor model because of the warranty. As of now I haven't been scheduled. Haven't had anyone tell me anyway to move forward. I did buy this TV and warranty at this location . I'll fix the review when my TV is fixed. I've never had a problem in store. Only with geeksquad and customer service getting me no where and wasting hours of my time. Update: went in store spoke with geek squad manager. He called and got me an appointment set up. They should be here soon. . ..... it was fixed all is good.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE! So I had can in looking to get a new phone. The gentleman that helped me was awesome! His name I think was Jason. He told me I didn't have to come back to switch over my phone unless I wanted to and he would be happy to help me if I brought it in but he said there is an app that can do it for me too! I loved that! since I live so far away. I just got my phone in the mail and I I tryed to call the store to ask them what app. After going through the national phone line 5 time's I finally got the store! This wonderful guy Shane answer and I told him what I needed and he said that they use smart switch!! So no more transferring to another person! He was great! I love that they all know information that is needed and if they don't know it they know who does! It is not guess work! So thank you guy's for all your help!
I always have a great time at Best Buy. They always take care of me, and because of that I’ve been loyal and I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with them in the past few years. I tried to exchange an item today that started having issues. Due to a small mistake on my part, I missed purchasing the extended warranty, which I always buy for everything. This was less than 30 days from when I switched to total tech. They refused to budge even to refurbish it or exchange it for a refurbished unit. For the amount of money I spend at Best Buy, a platinum member every year, they sure are making a big mistake not taking care of this. Literally no loss of money for them to refurbish it or exchange it, in comparison to the tens of thousands of dollars of future business they are losing; not a good decision on the managers part. I not happy at all.
I have mixed reviews. On the one hand, I enjoy visiting Best Buy. The atmosphere is nice and they have nice products. I even made my first purchase last year: 65" Samsung TV and sound bar. My grip about the purchase would be the use of deception regarding the sound system. They have theirs BOOSTED so that it sounds as if you'll get the same affect from your sound bar. I'm sorry to tell you that you won't. It'll sound nothing like theirs. In my quest to achieve the same sound as their displays, I recently purchased a back speaker set, talking about disappointing After I connected the additional speakers to my sound bar, I immediately understood why I purchased them as an open box. THEY SUCKED!!! The only way to hear them was to place your ear immediately up to the speakers. I am SO disappointed in Samsung.
Macbook pick up was bad experience, box was damaged and covered in dirty fingerprints. I brought this to staff attention. Jasmine was rude and most unhelpful. She literary rolled her eyes, and dashed away from me as though my concern was a burden. The assistance of James manager was not any different. He didn’t seem to care. Both clerks at customer service didn’t have name tags to reference who I spoke with. Again when I brought this to his attention he didn’t care. His name tag was under his sweater,. Hard to expect your staff to be kind and in uniform if you as a manager are not. I’ve shopped here many times with previous manager, always pleasant and always willing to help. Not a store I will be coming back to any day soon. I arrived happy for the season. Left with such a bad taste in my mouth.
I went there (Best Buy Burleson) with the intention of buying a good laptop; I thought every employee would be very attentive like years ago, but it surprised me that neither of them took care about me, EXCEPT BY A SWEET GIRL NAMED NATALIA: She came to me, asked me what I was looking for, She showed me more better options to choice and I finally ended up buying a very good fancy hp laptop. She took care if me till I left the store. Next day I went back to there to buy my insurance of my laptop and it was another great surprise to see her again! She did the same, was super kind and attentive. She is prolly the VERY BEST employee there! Really, She deserves to get a raise immediately! There are a few employees like this girl and they deserve to be awardad.
My Insignia ice maker, which is less than a year old, has been acting up for about a week or two, so i called the Insignia customer service line. She makes an appointment for me at best buy, so i drove here, and they tell me they dont fix ice makers. if i had Geek Squad Protection, which i dont, they'd have let me exchange it for a new one. And i cant get geek squad protection cause its been too long since i bought the machine So basically, if i had the protection plan, they were just gonna give me a new one and chuck the old one in the garbage. Thats so wasteful! That doesnt even make sense! They got computer repair guys, why dont they have any HVAC guys! Im never buying anything from Best Buy again, its all just cheap garbage.
Absolutely piss poor customer service. Going on 25 minutes of hold on the phone and 3 associates to no avail. I finally gave up and just went to the store seems how no one could just tell me if they had the actual product in stock. Guess what they ain't very busy. Employees standing around talking to each other. I've been standing back in automotive for 10 minutes with zero help. Finally 29 minutes later total I'm told they have the product in their hands. Unbelievable. They could care less about your business. I know if I don't answer the phone or address my customers I don't have them anymore. Guess it pays to be the giant Monopoly in all things sold techy.
Deceptive selling practices! I was looking for a tablet for my wife and was shown a Samsung Tab 6 LTE for $232. Was initially told it was out of stock. A different sales person said there were many up high locked up and got one down. At checkout, it rang up over $300 and the original sales person couldn't explain and called a manager. He said while it was in fact an Samsung 6 LTE, it had a more recent manufacture year and wouldn't honor the shelf price even though there were no shelf displays/pricing for the higher priced one. I called this deceptive sales practices and left. I've been a Best Buy patron for 30+ years but will no longer be one.
I will never use them again. Ordered online for same day delivery through their shipper Shipt (not my choice). 4 hours later Shipt arrived in store to pick up my item and cancelled the order. I called Best Buy Burleson and the rep told me the item was ready for pick up, he was looking at it, and I could come in to pick it up. I drove up there and they couldn't find the item and claimed I had actually talked with the someone at the Best Buy Hulen store. My phone clearly shows I called Best Buy Burleson, not Hulen. I will no longer shop with Best Buy, Burleson or otherwise and will not shop with anyone who uses Shipt.
A very clean store, and the sale person was very helpful. He wasn in the middle of helping another customer and after he was finished with them he came and sought me out and asked me if there was anything particular that I was interested in. I said yes, I'm looking for a sound bar for my LG OLED C1 series tv. He proceeded to show me newest the LG GX|OLED 3.1 w/ Dolby atmos. 420 watts of PURE AWESOMENESS. It also has an optional (2) rear satellite speakers the (SPK-8) for a 5.1 surround sound experience. I have those waiting for me to pick on Monday to complete my set. I cant wait.
Very honest ‘Geek Squad’ staff. I had a cracked iPhone screen (two bullet type cracks). I had a diagnostic done and they informed me that if they fixed the screen and came across some hardware issues, I would have to pay additional costs upon what I already paid. But if I sent it directly to APPLE, Apple has more tools to be able to maneuver around the tricky crack locations and only charge the initial screen cost. Not having any hardware issues to charge in addition. That was an honest way of dealing with customers, even though they sent us to someone else. It proves integrity.
Team and management went above and beyond. Employee was getting off his shift, he stayed and helped me locate the ONLY Z fold 4 screen protector in the store. Did I mention, it was NOT in its designated spot. We searched the entire phone area, each alloted spot, due to someone picked it up and put it down 3 isle and 4 shelves away from where it belonged. Manager, took the time to install my case and screen protector, and wouldn't even let me tip him, after it took awhile to get the case and protector on. Keep up the great attitudes and customer driven support. Will be back
If you need anything installed that you purchase from Best Buy DO NOT pay for their 3rd party service. I bought a security system and they weren't helpful or communicating with me at all. My wife missed a day of work for no reason. I rescheduled again and missed a day of work and they didn't show. Claimed they had vehicle trouble yet didn't call me. I had to call throughout the day and they last minute canceled and tried to reschedule 2 weeks out. I love best buy, but their partnership with this company needs to be cut. I will NEVER again rely on their services
Wish I could give 0 stars. Posting here so that maybe you can save yourself a trip. Had out optical cable go out this evening while watching our ppv event. It was 8:00 and we were 8 minutes from this Best Buy which is posted as closing at 9:00. I drove over, got there before 8:15 to find one gate down and the doors off for the other side. Employees looked at me through the door, and didn’t so much as acknowledge my presence. As a business owner I’d never treat potential customers with such disregard. It shouldn’t be a surprise why online stores are taking over
Associate Cynthia was wonderful. I received a phone for Christmas and had absolutely no idea how to transfer data, pictures, ect. She told me step be step and I asked her to write down the instructions and she had no problem doing so. She was very nice and polite absolute great customer service. Best Buy has always been great but I figured with something like phone transferring that the associate would quickly mumble instructions and send me on my way. But no, it was great. Best Buy has a great associate....Cynthia. Thank you very much.
Just came into get a screen protector and all i got was unsolicited attitude, awkwardness, and passive aggressiveness. I’ve always had Best Buy put my screen protectors on free of charge, the old guy with beard and glasses said they charge now and had an attitude tried to tell him that i’ve always had them do it for free. So I went to customer service to ask them and they put it on for free just like every other time. I went to tell him that they did it for free and his response was yet again rude. Needs an attitude adjustment.
The customer service here is subpar you’ll be waiting around for help for a cool minute but honestly all of the women that have helped me whether it’s a simple question or a 40 minute processing a return/exchange/find the best deals/using rewards on one transaction type service they’re so helpful and know what they’re doing! Shoutout to DANIELLE in customer service she went above and beyond and was so calm and patient love that energy ♥️ whole line of ppl behind me and she was like don’t worry about them
My Company had bought 5 laptops from Best Buy that were having software issues. We took the laptops back and found out from Brennan (One of the Geek Squad gentleman) that the laptops had a manufacturer defect. Gerard G. the Best Buy supervisor was kind enough to price match a better laptop for our troubles. Both of theses guys went above and beyond for us, and the service they provided was outstanding. We will definitely return for business just because they are amazing at their jobs.
Once upon a time Best Buy was the go-to place for any electronics purchase. Not so much now. The fact that when you call the store & get sent to a call center is ridiculous. I want to talk to someone in the store. Not some far away place. The front of the store looked like a junk sale. Finding what I wanted was a nightmare. Ultimately I ended up making my purchase somewhere else because it was easier to get the answers I needed & find what I wanted.
Horrible customer service!!!! We found our item online with 3 in stock. Drove all the way there and the first associate left us hanging for over 20mins to look for it and did not return to us. SMH. We found a second associate and the same thing. At this point we asked for a manager who checked the back again and the site. Still nothing there physically. A waisted Friday evening as we drove 30mins to purchase the washer dryer stacking kit!
It was ok, at first it was difficult to get someone to assist us with making a decision on the best Mac computer to buy,, have to haunt someone down, even though more than 3 people were in front talking and seem to be joking around,, my 4 star was for Derrick in Geek squad ( Burleson Tx )who went high and above to help us activate our Microsoft office even when we were already discouraged by a colleague.. thank you Derrick
Edit: managers Elijah and Ryan are super helpful and made this bad situation so much better. Thank you for helping work through the complications. Much appreciated!! DO NOT TRUST THE SALESPERSON… they have no idea what the delivery service can or cannot do. And now Best Buy customer service says they will not even give us a refund for the service we paid for. BUYER BEWARE. Don’t waste your money. Hire a local electrician.
Unlike most stores.. you will most always find someone that is informative and knows the products in their area. Well staffed and easy to find assistance when you need it. Always found every employee to be friendly and glad to help. Though some people think they can be over priced. I find the prices to be fair and competitive. Easy to return items. Lots of selections. All around great electronics store.
Went in to the store to look at gps trackers. It was obvious I needed help, tried to get someone’s attention. 4 employees walked by me, not a 1 said a word, acknowledged that I was there much less asked what I needed help with. I left. It was a sorry excuse for employees. It’s a sorry excuse for a store. I will tell everyone I know, to go somewhere else. I’m contacting corporate.
My husband and I went in to just look for a television. We had some questions so we walked up to a guy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the tv. He answered all of our questions and gave us information that helped us decide on the brand and size so we decided to buy the tv for that reason. If you are looking for a television, go see Saul. He is amazing!!!!
Not too bad! Great customer service, especially from Chad who was very knowledgeable about the computers and laptops! This was my niece's first big purchase so the knowledge and great customer service was much appreciated! The atmosphere was set perfectly for buying! We will most likely be back for our next computer purchase! Thanks again
Best Buy in Burleson is a tech lover's haven. Their wide selection of electronics and appliances is impressive, and the knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist. Whether you're shopping for the latest gadgets or seeking expert advice, Best Buy Burleson delivers on both fronts. It's a go-to destination for all your tech needs.
Ordered 1 item online and picked it up in store. I went inside to pick it up because I realized I needed an addition item. There were 2 Best buy associates that helped me find exactly what I was looking for & even made other suggestions I had not thought of. Excellent customer service & great online ordering efficiency!
These folks are fast! I placed my order online, got an email 15 minutes later, and I didn't wait more than 4 minutes before I picked up and walked out with my stuff. This store has it all - friendly staff, teams that hustle, and everything I wanted in stock. No waiting around for store transfers or porch deliveries.
Great employees and customer service. The woman working the Apple electronics was extremely fast, very knowledgeable and made quick work of retrieving my product and checking me out while juggling other customers. The front employees knew exactly where to direct me and who to ask for. This store is always on point.
Bestbuy Heritage Trace is a decent location to shop. The store stays clean and the staff is helpful. If your looking for good tech, most of the time it is better if you shop online and get all your research done, then have it sent to the store. They are very organized and helpful if your order has any problems.
This location gets rather crowded and it's hard to find someone to help you. They have plenty of staff members on hand but they can never seem to assist you when you have questions/concerns. I prefer the Fort Worth better for that very reason. I was able to get what I needed however it took me much longer.
My iPhone was having some issues, and I went to several different T-Mobile stores and no one could figure out how to fix the problem. Went to here and Cynthia was able to help me and steer me in the right direction! She was so kind, though she was wearing a mask I know she was smiling the whole time.
This time was better. Sales associate was polite an kind .very attentive an answered all my questions. Now young lady with no name badge an medium brown hair an playing on her phone was super lazy and rude. Best buy look out for these rejects because next time I'll drive to Arlington an got to frys
I'm a diehard BlackBerry user and the staff was so helpful helping me pick out my new phone. Once the new phone arrived, they helped with the set up and the multiple visits from me just trying to operate my Pixel 6 Pro,!! Never a sigh or an eye roll with all my questions!! Great customer service!
Came to look for the new Harry Potter game but no body offered me help. I went to look for help but employees were busy on there phones or chatting in conversation with each other. So I just decided to leave. I’m not gonna be chasing for someone in the whole store for someone to come help me.
I walked in and thier sales people, who were all white were crowded around one white customer, it was like I was invisible. After 5 minutes I walked and order the items I needed on my Amazon app. My daughter got the same experience, she left, I told her to order her printer on Amazon prime.
My experience was great at this Best Buy. I had some questions about which headphones where the best ones for the value. I had an employee spend more than enough time helping me make the right choice for the budget that I gave myself. I would highly recommend the Best Buy in Burleson.
I came in to pickup 2 reams of paper and hp ink, I walked past 5 people (employees) 2 of them standing at the front door holding a conversation, at least the other 3 was actually working and not a one even acknowledged that i was there, I WILL CHOOSE TO SPEND MY FUNDS ELSEWHERE
Taking into consideration that it was indeed a couple days before Christmas and all that goes with it, the customer associates were very nice and the store still had a decent stock of some high demand items, but they were going quick! Quick in and out though. Good experience
So they no longer have a regular checkout line. You have to go wait in customer service to checkout, meaning, you will stand un line behind people having customer service issues instead if just people trying to check out. It's nonsense and I will stick with Amazon.
The great thing about Best Buy is there is always plenty of very knowledgeable staff to help you. Even better is when you tell them your good and don't need help the actually listen and leave you alone. Thank you Best Buy staff that is what keeps me coming back.
Went in to look at security cameras. A decent selection. Had a real hard time finding someone to answer my questions and detail the features of their products. Once I did get help they didn't know anything about them. I left without buying anything.
Had a problem with my laptop. Went into Geek Squad to restore the data. Most was restored but not all. Still a great place to buy cool stuff. Calling into talk with someone sucks but.... Folks are always eager to help in person …
I have to say this is the worst Best Buy I have been to. I pay for the BB membership, every appliance I have is from this company, multiple TVs and computers and other things. I spend a lot to shop here because I love the products. However
Complete trash, drove 30 mins to look at car audio systems could not get one single person to help me finally I flagged two employees down they said they would send someone over sat there another 20 mins no one in sight. Walked out no one
I always enjoy going to Best Buy. Everyone is always friendly and tries to help you anyway they can. The best part is that they know how to take no for an answer or not constantly bother you about helping with something. They walk up from
2nd day in a row that we ask for a sales associate in appliances, wait for 30 minutes and no one shows up. I see workers just walking around. I had never had an issue with this store. Not sure what is going on but management needs to pay
The sales people here are trained very well and always greet me warmly. They didn't have what I needed but also didn't let me leave until they had the Item on the way to my doorstep. So mission accomplished. I love Best Buy for trying to
We had the best experience buying new phones for my husband and myself. We had a young associate named Kaleb who walked us through the confusion of the new equipment options. He was also friendly and polite through the entire process of
Great customer service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Especially in the mobile dept. The manager on duty was Jeremy he was able to find the right associate to help me. This store was more helpful than other stores in the area.
Staff provided excellent customer service when I visited the store. Friendly, warm yet professional atmosphere; all questions answered. Customers felt comfortable and not rushed. Will return to this location for my future needs. We have
Had an appointment to set up my Fitbit he absolutely did nothing showed me absolutely nothing and he gets to get paid for that! Unbelievable and I don't want to say his name incorrectly but it started with a D! the Best Buy in Burleson
Experience was excellent because the tech guy was SUPER knowledgeable. I had an appointment at 10 am and I didn't see a check in location, so you had to get in line. It took about 25 minutes because it's one line for all issues …
I love going to Best Buy. The people are super nice and helpful. However, I couldn't find many gaming PC's. We needed one that day for a decent price and couldn't find one anywhere. Luckily they had 1 left so we took it. I know it's
I was dragged to Best Buy by my wife who needed a new computer. Apparently, she had already been there and wanted me to give seal of approval on her purchase. The one she wanted was not in stock. We learned that a red X next to the
We received help right after we walked into the store to buy a laptop. The young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable about everything we were looking for. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Great shopping experience.
Went to Best Buy and the TV part was on point that's me if they can help me went to look at another piece of product I asked one guys anybody here he said to send somebody over I waited for 25 to 30 minutes and nobody came by
The staff at this location is always very helpful they go above and beyond to help you no matter if it's a purchase or a warranty and repair have probably spent thousands here and will spend that much or more in the future
Danielle was the best. After one sales rep gave me wrong information, Danielle stepped in and gave me the correct information that helped out greatly! Turned my instore experience from dissapointment to satisfaction!
Staff is friendly, I'll say that first. When I pop in to just browse, helpful employees are everywhere. When I go in to buy something, I can't find anyone to help me. Years later and it's still the same.
Geek squad needs MORE people to wait on the customers. I know EVERYONE is short handed. I understand that. My experience was good because I was in the door as soon as they opened and there was no line.
Gabi was very helpful, she was very patient and shoe me different option, she even let me use her phone to look for something bc my phone was broke, she is a very nice person
I enjoy being able to go in and do things like listen to speakers. My last visit, the associate that helped me was great - very knowledgeable and in no way pushy or "salesy"
AK was amazing she help me when purchasing a new phone. She was understanding and very helpful. She was willing to help me transfer all my pictures and contacts.
The staff was not keen on helping to buy something. They were like its better if you come back tomorrow since we have to close store in half an hour. Just wow!
I went there to look at 55" TVs, and I had the best experience with Allen. He went above and beyond answering all my husband's questions, which were numerous.
I received the BEST customer service via chat. Not only was the agent knowledgeable, my order was completed for me to pick up in the store …
They had exactly what their website said they had in inventory. Exactly same price, with an easy check out. This should be the norm for shopping.
Friendly greeter, clean store. Employees are kind, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed. Parking lot was clean.
Bummer this locationkeep little stock on high selling items and can't seem to keep up with demand. I'll have to stop looking at best buy first.
Ebin was our service consultant and he was fantastic. He was full of great information that helped us choose our product with ease.
They need a better exchange policy for Xbox cards that don't work. I think they making duplicate cards whoever they get them from.
Jacob was a wealth of knowledge. Exceeded expectations from the computer monitor Dept, to the televisions. Very helpful, not pushy
Don't waste your time, nothing that you can't find at Walmart, because you basically have to order everything else online
