This is my second time coming here, why? My mother said it was cleaner, better, great quality of vegetables. Most places have rotten,organic growth in the vegetables but thus Walmart is very clean. Has great employees, they are smiling, you can see them working hard with self pick up orders. They are not dozing off. They are attentive to the customers walking around. Also, they have new grocery carts!! We were so sick of other Walmart ghetto grocery carts that don't even roll, these have a new style, wider and smoother. Also, we all know Walmarts bathrooms are not well known for their cleaning but this one, I'm happy to take my little sister with down syndrome to go to this bathroom. The representative assigned to this did a great job cleaning and maintaining. We also know self check out is a pain in everyone existence...since this Walmart has so many good qualities I didn't even care do do self check out. I'll help maintain the quality of this Walmart if it makes all other employees life's a little easier. That said, their self check outs are upgraded, I like their new double space section to put the bagged items that you already scanned. Very good material. I also like how spacious it is and we are not in each other's throats, spaces. I'm loving that they have more opened as oppose to other stores who have 2 sections but only 2 working. That just doesn't work. Great job!! I have 1 like 5min from my house but I rather travel 15 more minutes to this location from now on. Great job Management! Great job staff!

I've been a long time shopper of this location and am so tired of everything about this store that I am willing to go out of my way to go to a different Walmart just to have a decent shopping experience. The store is always dirty, cluttered, things are always out of stock and things have been moved around so much recently that it now takes me far longer to shop as I have to wander back and forth to find all the things I need. While I've had a good experience with some employees, most are rude and walk directly in front of customers without saying "excuse me" or even acknowledging them, and if you are in their way while they are trying to "stock" they become more rude and unhelpful. When is the deli actually open? I never know, because I've been there as early as 7:30pm and was told they were closed, and if I do manage to get in line for the deli I always have to wait 15+ minutes to be helped because the employees who work there are too busy doing other things to help the customers. I realize the recent renovation is to blame for some of this, but I've been through that transition with other Walmarts and it was nowhere near as dirty, disorganized and inconvenient as this location. Management should be ashamed that this store is run so poorly!

The store is not organized well. Things are hard to find. I had to ask workers where things were located. Luckily, it was grocery restocking hour (hence the 3 stars) on the food isles so employees were all around but most of the time I have to search for someone and that is the reason why I usually shop elsewhere. Wal-Mart does have better pricing than Kroger (for example) but sometimes it's not worth the .50 cent savings. I had coupons for a $1.00 off and the price for the Atkins shakes are $5.49 for a quantity of 6 at Wal-Mart, as opposed to Kroger $6.99 for a quantity of 4. That is a great savings but I did have to visit 2 different Wal-Mart stores to find the flavor I was looking for. Wal-Mart does not stock more than a few items of certain products on their shelves. Example: Cafe caramel Atkins shakes and Sunbelt granola bars, (which you would think you'd find in the granola bar isle, right?)Not, they are located in the bread isle with only 3 boxes on the shelf and like I said; It's impossible to find out if there is additional stock in the back; employees are hard to locate and if by some miracle you do, they are usually not helpful.

I’ll get someone but the employee never return to the phone as I waited there to complain. I suggest putting tape, wrapping it, idk but that way common sense will let buyers know the associate was responsible enough to pick good items, was properly wrapped so it got damaged on the way so y’all have no responsibility for it. I’ve never bought eggs to get delivered, won’t do it again. Other than that I’ve never had a problem with deliveries and I use the membership for it a lot. Not that I was been lazy but this service was offer to the public. HALF of the eggs in the carton were cracked or broken. Now, a couple I could look past it, but half? I have no idea when they were crushed but I can assure you it was not me who did it. Walmart owes me some money back or some eggs. The picture was taken AFTER I turned the eggs over. They were all broken on the bottom. I used the missing one for breakfast.

Went into this location 2 days ago to exchange some diapers I had just received from my baby shower for a different brand/size. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have my 2 year old with me.. customer service tells me I can't get a store credit that I have to just get the diapers I wanted. So I did my shopping, got the diapers, rang myself up then went back to customer service for the diaper exchange only to be told you can only exchange sizes not brands. By this point, I had been there over an hour, stood in 3 lines and was frustrated. So I ask if someone could please go grab me the correct size then in the particular brand I was returning. The cashier was put off and sent someone else to get them, only to find out they were out of stock. So instead of just exchanging the diapers I had brought up and letting me pay a price difference she just said "sorry" and sent me on my way. I went to target and made the exchange NO problem and spent an additional $200. I will not be returning to Walmart.

Horrible horrible customer service specially at night the employees kick you out the store at night it doesn’t matter if you have an emergency late at night. I came to the store before closing and my wife had to use the restroom after paying for the items but she told me that she was not feeling well and that she needed a pregnancy test and I run back to get one and one of the employees starting screaming at me telling me that already paid and the store was closed still being inside the store with other customers that were still paying for their items the employee did not let me go back screaming and furious because of that even though I told her that I just needed a minute for an emergency she did not care at all. We are the customer and we did not do anything wrong and have an emergency you shouldn’t treat your customers like that there is always an issue with this store the only store that so far has treated us like that. It has horrible customer service horrible..

I love Walmart! I haven't been to this location in years but I went there today and it has changed so much!!! No cashier's, only self checkout which is fine but I was shocked lol. There was several employees standing by in case they are needed. They now have a Claire's inside, not sure for how long but very nice! Organized, clean and the displays just look great!! Self checkout was not bad but the only thing I didn't like was every time I put a quarter in it would confirm that I just put 1 quarter in which kinda slowed the process down. But overall the whole store was great and everything was where it was supposed to be and employees were very nice and professional. I would recommend going to this location, I don't live in Keller anymore but if I'm over there I would go back

Out of so many items. No customer service. Why would you pay your employees to stand around watching us check ourselves out and bag our own groceries? What is accomplished? The only thing they're doing is having personal conversations about which other employees they think are cute. It's insulting! The only actual interaction I had with a Wal-Mart employee was when the lady getting items for other customers' online shopping. And that consisted entirely of her huffing, puffing, sighing and rolling her eyes because I was apparently taking too long choosing which cereal I wanted and I was in her way. It's like Wal-Mart has gone beyond no customer service and become anti-customer service and we're only there to annoy the employees. Will not be going back anytime soon!

This Walmart is the worst. Go to either the Neighborhood Walmart half a mile down the road at Beach and Heritage Trace or go to the Supercenter on Golden Triangle. I was supposed to have an InHome delivery today and instead of following the delivery instructions, the driver just turned around and returned my order to the store. The delivery instructions weren't hard, just text me when you get here so I can buzz you in. Then I tried to call the store for over an hour and could not get a single person on the operator line or the Pickup and Delivery line to answer the phone. A couple of times I heard someone pickup the phone and then immediately hang it up. Great Customer Service Walmart. I am instead going to do my delivery from Kroger.

I only go to this Wal-Mart because of how close it is to my home. I actually had a worker accuse me of stealing at the self-checkout. $250+ in groceries and she accused me of stealing a $17 item, as if that would have made a difference in how much I spent. I showed her my receipt with the item in question on the top 5 items because I ring up ALL unbagged Items first. She basically called me a liar. After having to PROVE everything was paid for, I left. I was so upset when I got home, I was shaking and crying. If these people want to accuse customers of stealing, they need to get their facts straight and KNOW what they are talking about. Awful, awful, awful experience. 2 stars ONLY because there are a few good employees.

I just wanna say Mary at the vision center has extraordinary customer service. She went above and beyond to help all my needs and just really put the client first. I was trying to refill my contact prescription with another Walmart location off of beach and they need training from this store. This store deserves a great reward and they need to know that they stand out from other Walmarts just by simply providing great customer service and speaking with the client and not hanging up the phone in the middle of a sentence like the other store did. Mary you are awesome!! Keep doing what you’re doing!! I have changed my local Walmart store because of your excellent service!!!

Very rude employees. Nobody was attending their fabric section. I asked two employees already and waited half and hour. They just told me that they would call somebody but nobody showed up. They very ruse that I had not finished asked my question and they just cut me off. Looks like they didn’t want to be there. I called their line and the one who answered it just picked up the phone and did not even talked to me and I heard them talking. Sounds like she just picked up the phone and put it on the desk so nobody could call her again. I called the number again and the line was busy. I did nit know how the manager of this store trained his workers.

Incompetent employees. Lady tried to tell me I couldn’t pour some of the peaches in a different bag even though they are priced by the pound. Pretty sure I don’t have to buy 5 pounds of peaches if I don’t want to. She really sat there and argued with me for 10 minutes about it. I can’t ever find an employee when I actually need one but sure enough they will be there to harass you when you are minding your business. They can’t open any registers because they are too busy with the peaches task force apparently. I mean seriously, you would’ve thought this woman’s paycheck depended on guarding these peaches. Insanity lolll

Would give zero stars if possible. Judy and jimmy are some of the rudest employees I’ve met. I asked jimmy since store just opened if he worked in electronics and he goes would I be standing back here if I didn’t? Really? So when Judy came to help me she didn’t want to be bothered either. Was trying to show her something on app I was looking for it said they have in stock and wouldn’t look at what I was showing her. Was very uninterested in my question. In the morning, after my appointment, I went a first Walmart neighborhood where the blackout was. Then, I drove and thought another Walmart is there soon, however, I already passed that where I missed. So, I kept on driving and looking for Walmart until I found... here. But, after finishing shopping shortly, I drove and saw the same hospital where I passed, that meant I was here before. Anyway, about this store,... it's nice to shop. But I had a time to go home. Because I had been driving around the city by looking for Walmart.

I feel they need to finish their replanogramization or re-organization of the store because it is almost impossible to find the essential items that have always been known to be in the exact locations of the stores nationally. There are pallets full of product in the aisles making it difficult for one to navigate through and around this store. They seem to be working diligently to amend these slight hindrances and I'm sure given a few months time they will have the store in tip-top condition.

All under one roof, and the 24/7 go-to place. Always stocked well. The newly added self checkouts are good and saves time. Long wait times are check out at any time. But tough to find any help in any department. I literally had to go 5 times to the store to cancel an online purchase, since I couldn't get any help. Need to be careful with picking the produce, have had rotten fruits in bulk several times. Overall, product range, location proximity and hours makes me go here again.

Good selection, helpful employees. I had an issue with a coffee maker in a badly damaged box. I asked a young man if I could get it discounted. He walked with me to a line with a short wait, spoke with the cashier about the matter & went back to his work. The cashier & her (really cute) trainee smiled at me throughout the entire transaction, gave me a satisfactory discount, & I left a happy camper. Oh, yeah... The coffee maker works "as advertised"!

Someone please tell me why ALL the food products I picked up yesterday through grocery pickup are expired and the one frozen food item that typically has a long shelf life expires in less than a month. Now I get to go back, return everything and shop for it all again. So much for saving time and having breakfast this morning for myself. Won’t shop here again. Teach your employees to rotate items and quit giving people expired food.

Kay in the Vision Center was amazing!!!! She’s SO FUNNY, FRIENDLY, and HELPFUL!!!! She was able to assist me with my family and she has the patience of a saint! We changed our mind about something and it caused her to have to rewrite the whole prescription, but she remained in great spirits with contagious laughter!!! I would recommend that you visit this vision center and ASK FOR KAY!!!!! THANKS KAYYYYY!!!!!!

This is our Walmart to go! We love it! They restock the products pretty fast and I have almost always found what I was looking for! They have a great selection of products and prices are not bad!! All staff are super friendly and helpful and there are lots of self checkout machines!! The best part is the pickup kiosk, it literally took me less than a minute to get my item! That’s just freaky fast! Love it l!!!

I go here all the time. Wal-Mart is too big to earn 5 stars. Sorry. 4 stars may be unreachable too. I give this one 3 stars in general, but they recently replaced ALL of the carts. The new carts roll like they are on butter, not making a sound. That makes this Wal-Mart a destination unlike any other shopping center, and I recommend everyone experience it. Everything on the shelves looks better. Really!

Finally after so long I got a PlayStation 5 went shopping last night a guy in electronics asked if I needed help? Me joking I go if u got a PS5? Then yes. He said yes we do have some in stock,I didn’t have cash on me at the time but today at 8am I went back up there and got that PlayStation 5, thanks Walmart employee. This store is dirty, the employees are rude and the fact that it's almost 100% self check all of a sudden makes me not wanna shop here even more!!! I just left your store and what bothered me was while bring checked out the cashier at register 27 was on her phone. I watched her on her phone while checking other's out before me. And while checking me out as well. Do better Walmart this unprofessional, and rude to your customer's. 05/23/23 21:28:42. This is not the first time I've experienced this at your store.

DO NOT buy a phone from the Premium contractors at Walmart. Their WARP data system and customer services are deplorable. We spent 6 hours (from 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm) trying to upgrade our phones and we were still billed incorrectly. Their system is the worst and I DO NOT RECOMMEND it, however, the managers at Walmart were extremely courteous and helpful.

They say it doesn’t match serial number I said we bought it here they say we can’t refund to your card we can give you gift card. We accept it but it didn’t work at cashier. No help no cashier's. No produce and the produce that they have is icky going bad. The ails aren't organized shelves aren't stocked properly. You should get paid for checking yourself out, at least to they should give the passwords to the registers,so that they dont get interrupted while standing around talking about life to the other employees.

Too busy. Let me say this nicely, some employees, not all, are overworked, or need an attitude adjustment. It's Sunday night and they have a lot of empty shelves, so our bottled water was sold out. Only a few 1% milk left near expiration. Some prices are higher than Kroger, like chicken. FYI: Three stars was a generous rating.

Grocery Pickup with 16 stalls is irregularly understaffed especially on some weekends of all days (hopefully that changes), but no fault of employees; they move fast, work hard, personable and courteous. This location of many surrounding Walmart locations seems to have the least substitutions.

Judge me! Lower prices on almost everything, LOVE the “Scan & Pay”. However, I did stop the pick ups bc more times than not my order was missing items, or I’d have wrong items…I waited longer & longer. People next to me would come & go. Last time I was there waiting for almost 30 minutes!!

I am 74 years old and have shopped at Walmarts all over the United States. I have NEVER been in a cleaner, more organized, nicer, well stocked WalMart than the one on 8520 N. Beach in Ft. Worth, TX. I wish it was closer to my home because I would shop there more often. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!

The outside pick up area is always full with people who park and go inside to shop or people hanging out. Either there employees taking up parking or a group that is always there on Saturdays can't tell If there employee's on brake or meeting up for other reasons but seems suspicious.

This particular Walmart is laid out backwards from most others. Walking to the front door the pharmacy is to the right and the groceries to the left. We found everything we were looking for fairly easy. There were more cashiers than some other Walmarts. I don't like self checkout

The manager the front desk was not helpful. And it appear there were 3 different managers that we talked to none were helpful and I don't believe all were managers. I situation was handled poorly and talking a lot among themselves before the new person came to talk.

This location is very well stocked. Employees I interacted with were friendly, including my cashier. Tip: ALWAYS check your app for the price of each item. I've had instances where the price is different at the register than the labeled price.
