Went shopping at Betts Elizabeth today and witnessed an extremely rude customer service employee (I won’t name her) who was being extremely passive aggressive and impatient when interacting with customers where English appeared to be their second language. After these customers had left, this particular employee then proceeded to make fun of, and mock them out loud in the presence of other customers at the checkout. This employee appeared to be totally clueless as to appropriate and respectful customer service, displayed zero patience and gave off completely negative and hasty vibes. Clearly a refresher in culturally sensitive customer service is needed!

I was going to purchase some Shoes in there today. But then I remembered my disappointment on my previous customer service. I was not going to chance again being left standing there asking me from a far distance what I wanted? Instead of this young female coming over to me, I had to state if she was coming over to serve me or if I had to walk to her because she was busy chatting away to a non customer related person? So? I opted for Williams near by.

No customer service.. girl did not acknowledge me. Had to take the shoe i wanted to try to her at the counter. No hello, just "what size" .. I walked out and spent my money at a shoe store with friendly staff

Giving 5 stars mainly because I love shoes!! Just wish when Betts are having a % off sale, they would let you know how long the sale will continue for!!

Amazing they had the exact size I was looking for even though there was only 2 pair left. Made my hubby very happy.
