Good prices but the layout could use some work. We found beverages in 3 or 4 different places and other things you really have to hunt for. When checking out patio furniture we came across several that were broke or messed up in some way so make sure you look everything over well before purchasing. The last three times we have been in to shop there has only been one cashier who tells everyone she waits on that she is to old to move fast so she just takes her time. And that's fine but when it takes 15-20 minutes to check out when there is only 2 people ahead of you is a little crazy. Especially when there is a handful of employees standing around chatting.

I have shopped here a couple times during covid-19 and I have got to say the staff (as always) is so nice, patience, greetings, welcoming, goodbyes, helpful, etc. I am extra patient when shopping with stores during this time because of the impact essential workers have and do. This big lots store on Michigan road acts like nothing has changed for them! Bravo to this team it really shows the appreciation they must get from the higher up! Keep up the good work it’s so nice shopping there!!!

20% Off weekend! Started off rough trying to get everything we needed with an employee who didn't really know all the options we have with stuff they didn't have in stock. 2 hours in and another employee came in he might be the manager but he got us together in 30 mins, paid and out the door. We got a living room set, bedroom set, dining set, tv stand, Definitely good looking man so that helped. Saved over $700

Kudos to the manager! I purchased a mattress & box springs and the store manager went out of his way to accommodate us. Providing twine and assisting us by making sure our short trip home was secure. It's special when you receive such service. This store manager is a special guy and we appreciated all his help.

Store is bigger than most ,Clean and convenient. I worked here for 2 1/2 Months and it was a very great job it's Ron who makes the job hard. He is very rude and disrespectful to customers and staff. He made it hard to even come in to work tho I was never late and never called in working with him was stressful.

I always go here because they have such awesome price's. On everything and well made thing's as well. If you want great price's on anything you are looking for then go check them out. You won't be disappointed. I buy all my cleaning supplies there and save a bundle on my paper supplies as well.

9-22-2020 Keith, African American lady w glasses and the young Caucasian guy with the long hair were very friendly and professional. The way they spoke and how they treat u, was very uncommon...almost like family. This kind of personality is what companies strive for in looking for employees!

I had a wonderful experience I was greeted as soon as I entered the store I had questions and my questions were answered in a friendly manner with smiles on the associates faces and they had great knowledge of the store and I was directed in the area I was looking for with no problems

Don't buy any bulk furniture there. Their products break right after their warranty is over, and DON'T TAKE THEIR CREDIT CARD. They will lure you into a promotion, and if you are unable to finish the payments, they will charge you interest on even all the amounts you've paid.

A great experience thanks to Brian. I wanted a piece of furniture and he helped me by knowing what was in stock and the quality of each brand, plus helped squeeze it into my van. He was eager to help and it was classic customer service. So glad I chose this store!

This store has gotten a major overhaul in terms of cleanliness and organization, as opposed to past years. The staff were all quite friendly and the selection of products was very good (not to mention great prices!). The selection of furniture was great as well!

It is a Big Lots store. You can find a lot of stuff, some of it good stuff cheap and some of it cheap stuff for cheaper. I see a couple of their meat and cheese gift boxes during the holidays. They have a lot of Christmas decorations as well during the season.

Until recently, Big Lots was a good place to work, offering paid time off and holidays for part-time employees. Unfortunately, the management has gone downhill in recent years and the store is often cluttered with merchandise left around

Another superb visit to Big Lots. I scored men's deodorant, shaving cream, toothpaste, all name brand items "Dove, Colgate, Gillette" for $6.74. Seriously I thought the price tags were wrong, don't worry they weren't!

I really enjoy the discounts I can get a big lots but this location appears to not have many of them. Incan get most of the food items cheaper at wal Mart. As for housewares, very limited inventory.

They have everything from food to furniture, housewares and home and garden. Great prices and helpful friendly staff. Today the cashier followed me out the door with two items I had left behind.
