Have been in 3 times with the same level of service. 1st time in December of 21, we went looking to purchase a new beach cruiser for our son, he was test riding one of the 2 bike he was interested in, when a man pulled up with 3 wheels in the back of his truck that needed something or other and he became more important than us. After waiting 15 minutes for him to return we decided to leave. It's a shame too because we had seen only one of the 2 he really liked. We purchased his bike elsewhere. 1 month later we had to replace an innertube due to a leak. There was one woman before me and 2 people were assisting her from behind the counter. I had brought the wheel with me and once they had finished with the other customer, I asked if they could replace and fill it for me. "I'm sorry we're really busy we could have it for you in a day or 2." I purchased the tube went home and did it myself. Took me about 25 minutes which included 10 minutes of hand pumping, as it had been over a decade since I last had to replace a flat bike tire. With the maintenance equipment they have at their disposal, wheel racks, custom tools and an air compressor, it would have taken them 5 mins. Another lost chance to make a good impression. 6 weeks go by and my son ran over a small branch that had an inch long thorn that punctured the tube. Back we went, once again with wheel in hand. Empty store with 3 people working on bikes in the back. I explain the situation and again ask if they had time to replace the tube. Once again I was told they were very busy and wouldn't be able to do it till the next day. So again I went home with a new tube and did it myself. So to sum up... Stike 1 the salesman decided the guy with the wheels was more important than selling a new bike and making a new customer. Strike 2 "Sorry were to busy to take 5 minutes to help you out." Another lost opportunity to make a good impression and gain a customer. Strike 3 See strike 2. So your out and so am I. I won't be returning. P.S. You can learn how to do most anything thanks to YouTube videos. Perhaps the ownership and staff should take a little time and watch one or two on good customer relations.

I ordered a bike to be shipped here and assembled by the Bike World team. When it was ready, they called and left me a voicemail to let me know. When I arrived, a very kind man named Frank assisted me. He showed me the basics of the bike, ensured that the seat was at the correct height, and gave me some advice on the various lights available. Once I chose some lights, he installed them for me. He also gave me some pointers on maintenance. Even though I am in the process of moving to a new city, Frank offered to help me with the bike any time and wished me the best of luck. We had a very enjoyable conversation throughout the process and I am sad I won’t be able to return to the shop in the near future! The customer service was prompt, personal, and top notch. I would recommend this place to any local Las Vegan.

Helped me remove stubborn parts off my EBIKE that I needed to take off to fix a back flat. This shop doesnt prefer to work on Ebikes, and they are a little pricy for installing a tube... so I did the work myself. The service person, was very nice, and they sold me FAT 4 inch tire for a good price. The tech person also helped me out w a torx tool and new bolts to use for my gear derailleur protector part. Their fee was modest for removing the bolt/s I need ... so it was a big help. It was a bit of a pain removing the back wheel.. so their pricing is pretty fair. I put the tube and tire on... and things are good.....good shop for repairs. I am sure their acoustic bikes are great values. I think their main brand is SPECIALIZED .. and i saw Schwinn sign in the front window....

I give this store two stars because most of the staff is extremely nice, mostly the younger guys. I bought an inner tube with a hole in it, I have been working with bikes for years, and have changes hundreds of inner tubes. After calling them a man named Frank answered the phone, after discussing the problem he said he could not do anything about it, he accused me of the problem, and said he could look at the hole but for 5 dollars. the inner tube i bought was 2 days old after i found the hole Frank said he would not help me with my problem at all, the only way to get help from this guy is to pay him, even if you want help on a product bought from his store. all the staff is very nice and helpful except for Frank, SHAME ON YOU FRANK

Use to be a good shop. Ive been here twice before getting my bike tire fixed on my ebike. Now i go in to have my tred changed on my bike and apparently they dont do that on ebikes anymore. They have done it twice before now all of a sudden its a issue? I dont understand. So i ask about getting my brakes fixed and now i get a story on how they might not get the parts for that. How are you a bike shop that doesnt want to fix bikes? Kinda defeats the purpose. Granted it wasnt the guy i delt with last time. Maybe the technician is just getting lazy since he recommend that i go to golden crown bikes. So maybe next time i will take my business there and tell all my other friends about it since bike world doesnt want to fix bikes anymore.

Definitely some of the worst bike stores I've ever been to. First off they don't carry any decent components just knock off parts from tires to pedals. 2nd they price the knock off stuff just as high as Specialized or Giant components would be. The real kicker though is the service. Literally not a single one of the employees want to be there and they all hate their jobs. Went to two different locations and at the first one guy was literally telling someone how he hated working on bikes and thought he was wasting his time working there the second I rushed to get there 15min before they closed and the door was locked with two guys leaning on the counter. Only go this place if you are desperate

I commute by bike. I don’t put my bike in a car and drive to the shop. I came in one day maybe 2 weeks ago now because a link on my chain snapped. I was thinking I could purchase a new chain and have them replace it for me right there so I could safely ride out. They wanted to sell me the chain, but no service! I could just go on Amazon if I wanted a chain to swap out and replace myself. I offered to pay more and tip generously! Still no. My bike is the easiest bike to work on too. Single speed fixed gear bike. Swapping the chain would have been a 5 minute job for a professional bike shop. Bummer because this is the closest shop to me, but I definitely won’t be returning.

Went to 3 other local specialty bike shops and encountered the typical sales pitch of, "yes it's a good bike, these are the features, great price on this right now." Came to Bike World and our questions were answered as well as adding more precise knowledge. We were not rushed or pressured. Bought two bikes and serviced two others in the family. We won't go anywhere else. Due to covid, their inventory is extremely limited despite them trying to receive more from the manufacturers. Please keep in mind that EVERYONE is buying up outdoor activity equipment so what they normally have can be ordered but it will take some time to receive it.

After a bought my bike one of the workers there gave me very good service. He explained in detail the specifics of my bike that can help me take full advantage, like the gearing he was explaining what gears to use on level, inclibe, decline and when and what gear to chance. I asked him that the seat might be not comfortable he told me that if I haven't been on a bike in awhile to give it try for a couple of days which made sense because I haven't been on one for awhile. He didn't rush to sell me a seat, he was honest. I really liked my experience here. Will come back.

Helpful and knowledgeable. Their emphasis appears to be mid range and eclectic rather than high performance. I took off stars because of repair pricing and communication. I was quoted $20 labor for the replacement of a valve stem but I was charged $25 more for labor plus another $11 for replacement of my rim tape and sealant that I was not warned about. I would have appreciated some prior notice. Received a $3 discount for the lack of notice but still left annoyed. I probably would have done all the work myself had I known I would pay $70 for all of this.

My new road bike was making noise like a broken spoke or loose part - the mechanic found that it was just an internal cable line shaking against the frame - he wrapped electrical tape where the cable meet the frame and the bike was silent (on a smooth road) - they also put on some new pedals and the whole thing cost me 25 bucks - prior to the bike store, I went to the Giant store and the mechanic said “all bike rattle” and nothing could be done - don’t always trust the name brand shops. Bike Store has some amazing mechanics who are honest.

Very disappointed . Needed new tubes for my bikes . They charged $10 a tire to replace a tube on top of the price of the tube . $75 for 4 new tubes . we had bought the tires and tubes a year ago from Here and they went flat right away . Bikes have been sitting in garage since . Thought they would be a little more helpful considering the tires and tubes were brand new . We dropped off the bikes in the afternoon told it would take 2 days to fix tubes . Never again will we back here and I will not recomend this place to any one I know .

Walked in second and only one guy was at the counter. A father and teenage son were infront of me and my daughter. After about 30 seconds a second guy came from the repair side to offer us help. After about 2 minutes waiting for him to locate the part the gentleman helping the other customer confirmed I was being helped. They located the part I need and gave it to me promptly and it fit my son's bike. Good experience, if I need something in the future they seem to be a larger shop that would likely stock or be able to order a part.

Buying two new tires for my specialized I thought it wouldnt be a problem to use their air yet some how a very uncomfortable silence fell hard before I was finally handed a pump. FYI. Being the incorrect tire size made the job a hassle REAL fast... Bad choice putting a thicker innertube for rear tire as the valve proved faulty... I went back to the one I been riding... When I did receive customer service it was in the form of pinching the good tube I had left..... Already having a bad day I walked out speechless. Thanks guys 415

Disclaimer: I only paid for service. I didn't buy merchandise/products from this store. Bought a used bike with shredded spoke nips so I took the whole tire in and they let it sit for almost a month (I called them twice) just to finally tell me they didn't have the size I need and would not order on my behalf. I bought and laced new spokes on a new rim myself only asked them to true the wheel and with zero consideration for my safety they handed me a wheel that wobbles side to side.

Walked in to the showroom and wasn't greeted or talked to for over 10 minutes. Once someone came out from the back, he asked what he could do for us. I explained that we wanted to purchase a 29er BMX for our son, the gentleman gave ZERO interest in giving us info on any of the bikes, but responded with "if you want one of those, you should put some money down because they will sell out".... We went to BUY a bike and left with nothing. Guess they don't need the business

Service was good at first and my father was thrilled when the backend of my beach cruiser was redone. However, we popped the front tire, and it sat for a few weeks. I later replaced the front inner tube, and was riding normally. The next morning on my way to school, the back end that they had rebuilt locked up, ripped open my inner tube and sent me over my hand bars. For a flat tire they are good, but for anything else, they are a temporary fix.

Went to fix my bike for my son. Wanted to charge me 120 to fix my $20 problem. Then after got my consultation, was told I can't buy product because my shirt fell out of my bicycles trailer on the hot day I rode to the bike shop (all facts you can google) The passion bike world has is full! It's just not a passion for your bike they have. Also they claim only quality products but my bike axle lasted 4 days.

Had assembled my own bikes from being shipped to my house. Wanted to make sure everything was tuned and ready to go. Dropped them off with Bike World and got them back the same day. The staff was kind and exceptionally helpful. They even helped me get my bikes fitted to me and my wife and loaded them on the truck with us as we left. Definitely recommend this shop for everything bike related!

Frank at Bike World is the best! My father is disabled and unable to fully use his right hand. We bought a very reasonably priced tricycle and Frank modified the brakes and gear controls over to the left handle at no additional cost. He also threw in free lights and helped us load the trike into our trailer. My father loves his new tricycle and it was ready same-day! Highly recommend.

Showed up a hour before they were to close with my bike to get turned down by a nerdy hippy dude with glasses, telling me "we close in 30 minutes, so that was a lie, all I needed was him to answer a few questions about my bike, he seemed annoyed & he wasnt helpful at all almost like he was just trying to get me to leave or buy something. Try that attitude again with me bub...

Brought in my Haro MTB was very pleased with the service Frank is the best!! He took care of it right away and now I can go riding tomorrow!! This bike shop has been my go to since I can remember. Unhelpful demeaning and worst experiemxe I have had. If you have any questions dont expect it to be answered. Came to look into buying 4 mountain bikes potentially budgeting 4k. Its not about what they had available. Person was rude in answering my questions. Expect when you get your stock in that this is not where I will be spending my money.

Spend thousands on families bikes!! Great quality will last the test of time! Some bikes we have had customize in the shop before we ever took them home! Lots of fun crazy color combos you can be creative with, when choosing sprockets, grips, seats, and I always use the same location! Because I have always been happy with the results!

The only game this side of town, they can do pretty much any repair I've needed, but will over charge for it, and will refuse to give me a firm estimate "This wheel will cost you 90 dollars give or take". They also look at me with disdain for not wanted to pay 700 dollars for a bike to ride to and from school. Big 5 got my business

I went here tthis afternoon, Tuesday November 6 to purchase 2 bikes. One for me and my daughter. Stood there for about 15 minutes waiting to get help, and watched 2 customers come after me and they got helped immediately. I would have spent about 600$ but guess NOT lost a customer for the poor service they provide.

If you want your repair to be perfect and safe there is no better place in Vegas! Frank the manager there goes beyond the call of duty ....they also now have the best selection of new bikes in town! Definitely worth a visit to any bike enthusiast or anyone just looking for great service , selection and value !

The man at the counter was fairly rude and had a pretty negative attitude during the whole 2 minutes I was there, even though I was being respectful as can be. I almost walked out even before he checked his stock for what I was looking for. Bad customer service. WILL NOT BE RETURNING, very unproffesional.

Needed a simple tire repair, called the day before and was told to bring my bike in. I was not told I would have to leave it for an entire day. I felt the guy who helped me was very rude. I guess demeaning would be a better word. Definitely won’t go back or recommend this place to anyone.

I went in to get a new rear tire, mine had a busted tube. These guys not only took care of that, but they fixed my front brake and the basket that sits on my rear wheel. They were so kind and helpful, and it all took less than 15 minutes. Seriously the best bike shop ive ever been to.

I get the whole "social distancing' issue, but they wouldn't let me in UNLESS i was going to PURCHASE something!?!?! How do i know which tire & inner tube i want WITHOUT seeing it FIRST & checking prices??? I don't think i'm the only person who buys the first item i check out!!

While visiting Las Vegas I had my seat post binder nut strip 1/4 of the way into my 60 mile ride for the day. Frank was able to help me out at no cost to me and was super pleasant and helpful. Just the kind of shop I'd frequent regularly. Highly recommended! Thanks Frank!

When i went to get my front tire changed the service was nice until i noticed the rim of the bike was all gouged out and scratched up from the screw driver from changing it i was very disappointed from the property damage and the lack of care i do not recommend this place

I bought bikes here years ago. I always come back for the service. Recently my bike was in an accident and they fixed the wheel, they could have easily sold me a replacement - but instead saved me some cash. I'll go back the next time I need service, or a new bike.

I have bought two e bikes and two bike racks I have never felt ripped off there and I have and will continue to drop big bills there so when it comes to the owners haters. Please rember some of the people in the bike world are crack heads and he deals with a lot!

I don't know much about bikes so when I walked in for the first time they explained everything to me perfectly. I have been a customer many times and they always take the best care of me. Amazing guys. It's the only place I go to when I need repairs.

A more recent customer but I absolutely love this place. Decent pricing, they will do payment plans, & everyone is very patient when answering my endless questions in an effort to learn more about my secondhand bike. Definitely a high recommend.

Faith in humanity restored! My bike blew a tube on the way home and I walked 35 minutes to get to this place, and even though they were close to closing, they changed my tube for me and aligned everything. I was very stressed, and both guys

They have never tried to screw me over. I even came in there one time and said I needed two new tires and the guy told me I don't need the second one even though he could of just taken my money. REMEMBER to tip these guys, they deserve it.

Bike was with them for 3 months to Change tires and tubes and fix a few spokes. When I picked up the bike head wrong size tires on bike that were rubbing the fenders. Had to leave bike again to get smallie tires. Not good customer service

I had to buy a new seat for my bike, I asked the sales guy if he would tighten the bolts for me and attach the seat to my seat post. He said yes no problem. Thanks guys!! Bike world rules, it's the only place I go for my biking needs.

Wanted to buy new men's bike, they sold me bike that was too small for me. My legs don't extend fully on downstroke and to get on or off I must lean bike over. Too much money for a bike that does not fit!
